Absolutely amazing place, great prices, great service.Got a battery service/exchange for $100.00 bucks, 1 year warranty, 3 year pro-rated, even if I had no other choice but to by a brand new battery every time I'd still pay for it. They definitely have my buisness and definitely recommending this place to people I know!

The whole crew are friendly and know about batteries , I was a customer for a few years when I worked in Dixon and they give excellent customer service and always had batteries we needed in stock .TinaCentral Auto Parts

Real take CHARGE kinda staff. A HIGH ENERGY environment, and fast service too, they really get the LEAD out, ACID it before, and I'll say it again. Sacramento battery co is downright ELECTRIFYING. They got just what you need and don't try to up CELL you. I can keep going with the battery puns...or you can just buy your next battery from these guys.

They gave me the wrong size battery and when I tried to return it for another one they refused to help me. I was yelled at and they denied me my money back. In the end I was refunded 25 for a battery that didn't work for me... bad service and policies.

I would give this place 5 stars but, they sold me a bad battery. I had to take my car to Midas because I thought something else was wrong with my car. Only to find out it was the battery that was sold to me. Coming out pocket 50 dollars just to find out it was the battery that was the issue is highly frustrating. I would just suggest that they do better on making sure the batteries they sell have a good charge to it before selling it to people.Their saving grace was the guy that handled my exchange for another battery. He was very apologetic and a pleasant person to deal with. I think his name was Rob. I appreciated his kindness for offering to run a test on my alternator to see if that was the cause of my car not being able to start.Side note: they have really good pricing. I would still recommend this place to family and friends.

I won't buy a car battery in Sacramento anywhere else after coming here. Before the COVID-19 scared and employee would physically change out the battery for you, even without this option currently the staff are always very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment if you're ever in need of a vehicle or tractor battery.

I turned in some scrap batteries . Their service is Top Notch friendly and courteous . Very helpful in knowledge to my Construction needs and plan on doing business with them as we need replacement batteries. Thanks for the great service

My daughter is in med school so she's always pressed for time. They took care of her for a great price. When I came to town they allowed me to update her used battery for a new one for minimal cost. Very reasonable! Fast, efficient service.

You will do no better than going to this independent, owner-operated business for service and price.They deliver on both better than any other business I've encountered around Sacramento in the 5 years I've been here.I had problems with batteries I'd bought 14 months previously.They worked at the issues and never once acted in anyway other than getting the best outcome for me, without my incurring any further expense - in fact, they gave me a couple of small tools to ensure the problem did not recur. The boss's knowledge and his commitment to delivering customer service excellence, carried through by his staff, were the best I've experienced in a very long time.Given the temptation to use COVID excuses and take short-cuts as so many others are, makes him all the more rare, and doubly appreciated, as his prices are the most competitive in the market.He and his people are real gems.Like I said, you won't find better!

This place is great! I bought a brand new battery for my car. They installed it and gave me a 18-month full replacement guarantee, pro-rated to 5 years. All for way less than $100. The auto parts store wanted $165. I love this place and recommend it to everyone. Best deal in the industry.

These guys are amazing. They take care of my business's battery needs AND my families personal battery needs.What I really appreciate is how knowledgeable and personable that they are. I was actually surprised a time our or when they said, "No, your batteries fine", and refused to take my money. I had a starter issue once and, my wife had a bab alternator.Rodney, you've built a great team. Thank you.

Guy at the counter had a sweet mullet and a beautiful stache so you know he's trustworthy. He let me borrow a 3/8" extension which was extremely helpful. They had 2 850cca blemished batteries that fit my Duramax in stock which only costed me $130 out the door which is an incredible deal. 2 year warranty, no complaints here. I will do business with this company again.

These guys were awesome. I showed up about 5 minutes before closing and they were still professional and very nice about it. They tested my battery and installed a new one for me on the spot. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you!

One of the finest places to do business with they're fast friendly they are not out to make a fast buck they are the best priced battery company that I know of. Here in the Sacramento area I've been going there for the years never had any type of problems with their products and their installations are usually free. This is the time of year the step in and see if your battery is up to power and to make sure you're plates are not buckled or your acid too low so take it to one of the friendliest places in town and you'll be the happiest person in town

I've never met a finer group of men. Sacramento Battery's Customer service was second to none. Their prices were the best I found and I was in and out quick. They were very informative and trustworthy. Without a doubt they have gained my business for life. Being in the Car industry for 15 years... I know how hard it is to find people you can trust. Just one less thing for me to worry about. Its hard to tell who's BS'n on these reviews but I promise you when I say... you will be in GREAT hands with Sacramento Battery. Thanks Rod!!!

The customer service there was great I just left about 15 minutes ago I needed a battery for my car, they changed the battery for me and gave me a great price for everything. My daughter and fiance felt right at home as well. I will be sending my entire family and friends back for great service thank you so much.Mercedes

I am always impressed with the customer service offered by the staff of Sacramento Battery. Seriously, only Nordstrom is better.Knowledgeable, polite, and professional.I highly recommend this business. It's worth the drive.

These guys are literally The Best. As long as I'm living in Sacramento and need a battery, this is where I'm going. I'm making sure my friends know this place and go here as well. Their prices are great their attitudes are great their service is fantastic. In and out within no time. If you are in there for over ten minutes that's only because you won't stop talking. I got myself a brand new battery 5year warranty for only75 bucks and that was one that wasn't on sale. Then they offered to give me a ride back down the street to my car. This is the place to go.

These folks have your back. They have just the battery you want at a price that is of course perfect! My 6-month battery lasted just shy of 5 years. Ok, my battery is mounted in the trunk which will always extend battery life, but it was top-notch. I would recommend that you too go experience their great battery products...
