I've been coming to O'Reilly often for car parts. The customer service is excellent. I was given a recommendation for a top of the line battery, which was a fair price. The battery out beat other competitors. Ben was so awesome and helped install my car battery like a pro!

There was only one employee working, we bought a windshield wiper, asked for assistance to put on new wiper he told us he was only person there and can not help or go outside of the store which is understandable but while we was outside trying to put the wiper on, he came outside to vape and I asked him why he couldn t help us with installing the wiper but he can clearly go outside just to vape. He gave us a rude look took another puff and went inside, and didn t answer me. I m retail executive myself and this is such poor customer service. Please train your employees better.

I came in looking for a motorcycle head light and tony rhodd was was really helpful with me finding the right one for my motorcycle and it was the right won it was the best experience in that store

Easy parking, relaxed atmosphere, helpful sales associates, and a decent inventory stock.It helps if you have some place to start with your vehicle issue(s) in order for them to best help you find your solution. They are not auto techs, but they can still bring you some insight on common problems and solutions.

Had a great experience at this O Rilly. Our car battery needed to be replaced so we went over to the store and they replaced it. Samuel provided us with exceptional service. He went the extra mile and looked over the rest of our car needs. Needless to say I recommend this place

I was at the worst O'Reilly's yesterday from a friend that took me there and today and actually last night after I was at the worst this O'Reilly's was the best sterilizer ever been except for one other in Orangeville which is what they managed your name Chris that used to be a Chp... But this guy I think his name was Brendan I wanted to write it down right before I forgot it I'm pretty sure it was Brendan or Brandon two nights in a row hese been polite re Jared everything the rude and haughty other O'Reilly's prior did without a blank and with a smile and completely those guys smashed my they're in such a hurry to get back in they smashed down my hood without taking out the stand-up rod it's been the hell I had the car not even 24 hours the battery cable wasn't even attached and I was wondering what was still selling and they're telling me it took that good I went back in and saw my hood and I stalled again going to Target and thank God there's another O'Reilly's there I'm telling you there's a lot to say for respect taking the time and to listen they don't know where I've been in who I am and the same but how you act and how you treat somebody and what you say and when you do what you say you're going to do is here and doing it right is even better Brandon redid as well as repaired everything the other did wrong. same company whole different attitude the thing I'll be back to a second one cuz I didn't think there's anything wrong with my battery except I didn't put the cable back on and smashed my cable I mean my hood holder upper and I got to go good luck Brandon I love you got a good heart and a good attitude you'll go fardefinitely management material if you're not already smart right respectful knows what he's doing and doesn't mind getting off his butt and doing it right!!! good nightp PS to the management he's management material let him run the show very trustworthy damn placehe explain it to me broke it down everything this disabled grumpy and elderly old lady wanted!he also referred me to trustworthy shops that he knew of. to places that were trustworthy took the time and listened treat me respectfully also t everything I ask without a blink I didn't even ask. I was going did you check my own transmission oil on a brand new car I bought an old car and he was doing it before I could get my sock out the wipe off the oil LOL ...good night you guys

Shout out to the staff who greeted me and Adrian who got my battery replaced in like less than 10 mins. Super friendly staff. Was recommended to come here instead of AutoZone

Worst experience I had with them I called for part and they say they can price match when I got there after 30 minutes spent time his manager she said oh we can t do the price match and we do this much which was way different for price match and not helpful at allI think she doesn t deserve that job lol needs more customer service training
