Lindsey at NVFS is amazing. I had such an amazing experience with her as she helped me deal with an extremely frustrating situation with grace and kindness. You don t meet people like this often, and I do not take it for granted. She and her team are amazing!

We took our company's Isuzu truck to fix an AC issue we have been having; we explained in detail that we could not leave the truck for more than a day and if need be we could bring it in again the following Tuesday. They were able to diagnose and fix our issue the same day without need to bring it again the following week! Exceptional service and we will definitely make the drive out from Stockton in the future again. On behalf of Alpine Meats we thank you!

The entire service staff is incredible!I am a bus driver for charter school with 2 buses. They treat me like I have a fleet. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks. Couldn't ask for a better team to work with!

Better have deep pockets. The service tech was a nice guy but I paid North Valley a couple hundred bucks to test drive my truck all over to try to reproduce a warning I got after I told the service manager that it had a clean history report and wasn't overheating or low on oil either. Then they spent time (my $) to prove what I said was right, and THEN they looked up a service bulletin telling them that it was a false signal from a bad oil pressure sensor harness which is touching the block and melting. $450. Just to tell me what's wrong and not including the fix.

North Valley Fleets has been working on my fleet of vehicle since they opened, I could not have chosen a better place to manage, repair, and fix my small fleet. The service manager, Techs, and Service advisor have been courteous and professional. I would recommend North Valley Fleet to every one including my own personal friends and family because of the high quality of service they provide. The techs at North Valley Fleet are highly skilled, knowledgeable in all types of vehicle, small, medium, and heavy duty semi trucks.

Ordered and old and obscure part. The young lady on the other end was paitent , helpful, and facilited the transction flawlessly. Nice to have a working parking brake again on the old Isuzu flatbed.Based on this experience I'll be back. Absolutely.

Mike went out of his way to help us out after we got in a pretty bad car accident. He not only towed our car to the lot, but gave us a ride to the airport so we could get a rental car. He gave us helpful advice on steps to take with the insurance company and helped calm us down in a stressful situation. Thank you!!

I Love north valley Fleet, Everyone from the service manager to the techs is more than willing to help! Best customer service i have seen in a long time! Everything was clearly explained to me, and I was able to get my truck back on the road the same day!!

Purchased new Isuzu truck in December. Was promised vehicle at end of January. Then told February. Then told March. Then told April. Now I m being told the wrong body was built for the truck, further delaying delivery. I feel like I m getting the major run around at a time when business is picking up and I need the truck the most. Really unhappy with the service.

Offered new equipment on new truck. Upon pickup, equipment was partially inoperable, broken panel which a mechanic pushed his fingers through the indicators. Was told I ordered it used and had no resolution. Think twice before jumping.

Wasted time and money, after your diagnosis and your excellent conclusion that the truck has no problems, on another service my truck found problems for 12 000 usd. Thank you so much for your time and my money.

Be aware of this company with the corrupted Drives One of his employee named Mike he is very aggressive he has serious anger management issues and very rude I wouldn t deal with this company at all God knows who is the owner to let someone like him to present his business
