Mike at Nor Cal RV was incredible! Mike was instrumental in a positive outcome after a nightmarish experience with our insurance after our truck camper was stolen. Mike was thorough and responsive and helped move the process along QUICKLY. Nor Cal RV was the first shop that was truly competent with an impressive knowledge of all things RV repair, bodywork, and RV improvements. We did tons of custom body work, and spent hours of blood, sweat and tears on our camper and we would never trust it with anybody else. 10/10 recommend!

They repaired the damage to my class B after a large tree fell against the roofline. I am impressed with the quality of work (it looks amazing!), expediency of repair and excellent communications. I highly recommend this business.

Norcal RV Body did an awesome job on my Ford Focus ST. I needed a new front bumper and the end result was great. The paint match and quality looks even better than the OEM bumper. Can t recommend them enough.

I have a couple Travel Trailer emergencies needing fixed while I live in my trailer full time at school. I spoke to Mike about what was wrong and he immediately picked up on the urgency and was honest about the packed scheduling. He worked with me to diagnose the issues further just in case there was a possibility of helping the situation sooner than there schedule would let them. Upon learning my construction background he patiently allowed me to ask questions and voice concerns to the point were I can get my issues solved.These are A1 professionals and more importantly compassionate people wanting to help the rv industry, not just profit off of it.Thank you

My RV trailer sustained some damage over the summer vacation. Got quotes from quite a few places, some were multiples of what NorCal quoted. They were also able to get me in sooner than most. The final cost is pretty much inline with the quote.Knowledgeable, communicative, reasonable, fair price, quality, follows through. What more can you ask.Service: Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience with Nor Cal RV. My travel trailer had extensive damage to the front end due to a water leak. I took it to another establishment in Napa who quoted me what seemed like an unreasonable amount to fix the issue. I also experienced terrible customer service there. I called multiple places to get a second opinion and got lucky to talk to Mike, the owner of Nor Cal RV, and he spent a good 20-30 minutes on the phone with me talking me through options including selling before fixing. I decided to get it fixed. At the time of the conversation they did not have any openings but called me the next day after a cancellation. I brought it in on a Thursday and they had it done by Monday. They had to work all weekend to get it done. I actually think the trailer looks better now then it did when I bought it! They did an amazing job and for half the cost of the first quote. The icing on the cake for me was that because I was having difficulty securing a towing vehicle, because I had had to sell mine, they towed it for me to a storage unit. What amazing customer service. Throughout the entire time I was getting frequent updates. The communication they provide is amazing.Incredible experience and I highly recommend Nor Cal RV!Service: Body & Trim

NorCal RV was professional, courteous and communicative. They serviced the entire roof on our motorhome and made suggestions to make it better while not being pushy. They did a fantastic job, on time for a fair price. They explained everything that was needed to repair our roof with quality materials. We even had the replace our slide toppers, they look and perform great. They returned our coach on time as promised and spent a good deal of time cleaning it inside and out.We dealt with Mike (owner), Will and Jason. Mike and his crew were great, very helpful and professional they explained everything in detail worked with our insurance company and kept the promised time of completion. They kept our coach inside and protected. One of the most important things on delivery was the cleanliness of our coach you could not tell it had been worked on. Top notch craftsmanship and honesty . Nor Cal RV Body, Inc. is in my opinion the best body shop to work with. Repairs completed are higher quality than original work completed by the factory. Mike Chavez even goes the extra mile and is willing to fight for the customer when dealing with insurance companies like Liberty Mutual when they are not willing to fully cover repair costs. Mike uses brand specific parts and not genearic.

My 2018 5th wheel (about 6 mos old) was brought in with about $25k in collision damage. Norcal RV had it back to us in about two months. Would have been sooner but they had to wait for parts delivery from manufacturer. When it was finished you can't even tell where or what was damaged and repaired. We've had no problems with anything that was part of the repairs. EXCELLENT WORK. Extremely satisfied customer. Would Highly Recommend to others.

Any body work repairs on rv's is the place to go, repairs are quick and looks like rv is branded new
