We had arrived in Sacramento from Denver to pick up a trailer that ended up being a pup trailer that would not fit the tractor the way the fifth wheel was configured. The tractor had made multiple trips back and forth to Alaska over the last year and the locks on the fifth wheel slide were locked in and rusty with no chance of movement with normal tools despite our best efforts. We did a search of local shops that might be able to help and made some calls, to no surprise everyone was busy or an appointment was needing to be made. Our fifth and final call was to Nishand Truck and Trailer Repair. We explained our situation and they stated that they would be happy to look at it. When we arrived with our tractor they dropped what units they were working on and diagnosed our issue. They all worked diligently with appropriate tools to attempt to get the locks to work and after over a hour the mechanics had no luck. The owner got on the phone and was able to find a used fifth wheel that they could swap out with the rusted one on the tractor and have it done in two hours. After consulting with my supervisors in Denver they elected to conduct the repairs in Colorado instead. I thanked all the mechanics and owner for their great effort and settled up. The owner only charged me the minimum amount for the attempted repairs and I was very appreciative. All in all, I found this shop clean and efficient with great care taken with the unit and terrific customer service, a very pleasant surprise for a couple of out of state test truck drivers and very much appreciated by everyone at Navistar.

Brought my truck here, Aron performed great work at a fair price. Had brakes replaced as well as other maintenance performed. Would recommend.

I got my truck repaired at this shop. They explained what was wrong with the truck with alot of detail and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. And got my truck ready the same day. Very honest and reliable people. I would definitely go again for any repairs or service.
