My visit here was great they always have a great selection of items to choose from, the shelves are stocked, and aisles are clean.Overall a very nice visit and it was nice because my children can and I felt safe that they couldn't get hurt on any displays or had to worry about them triping on stock that needed to be put away. Thank you!

I was stranded with a dead battery in front of 24 Hour Fitness in Downtown Sac and my parking expired at 8am and became a loading zone and I had to be out immediately or ticketed for tow. I called this location, Talked to Travis; told him I needed a battery asap. He said if I went online and purchase it over the NAPA website he could have it delivered asap. I did the whole process with him on the phone. It was done in less then 10 min. I even chose his recommendation the most expensive battery in the whole store. I even offered an extra $100 tip to expedite the delivery. My maps showed a 3.5 mile drive for 9 min away from my location. I paid $260 and these mofo s never came. I called back 30 min later to check on it, and another employee said it was out for delivery and to be on standby.I got a call like 6 hours later from a polite guy named Max who said he barely got to 24 hour fitness and was there with my battery and I just told him I ended up having to tow my car to the dealer and buying a battery off the dealer and got to work at 9:30 am 4 hours prior. So you can just refund my credit card. Stay away from this location. This should ve been a quick 10 min drive delivery. They re gonna claim confusion, but I was very clear. I don t fukc around when I talk

Staff at this store do not acknowledge their customers. This particular store is about 450 square feet. Staff just sat there playing with his cell phone after asking where is 10-40 oil for high milage 99 chevy truck. He did not move or speak. Gave my number 3 times before he actually typed correctly. Said a few prayers lol before I left.

Stopped here for more a/c freon fluid on a super hot drive. They had what we needed, and the guy was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. He was happy to come out and help us figure out how to use it as well.Seriously, the nicest guy I've ever met an an auto parts shop.

Travis was a great help, one of the best part persons I have ever dealt with in my 49 + years as a Master Diag. Technition.

I really like NAPA Auto Parts compared to other lower-cost options. My experience today was less than stellar. It took three guys 45 minutes to get front wheel bearings for my Tacoma! The parts seem to be fine, but the service not so much. I hope it was just an off day.

Hello I came here to pick up a starter and some sockets, I ve been a long time Napa customer granted they had my last minute starter and the correct sockets but this is not a 5 star store it s basically the size of a liquor store and the selection of items and tools is not up to 5 star par. They have great service and great parts 3 stars

I bought a Brake master cylinder for my Toyota because mine went bad. Online a new master cylinder was $85 on partgeek.com that came with a reservoir. I wanted to fix the car sooner rather then later, so I paid $120 before tax, and a $20 core fee at this napa location. The brake master cylinder came with no reservoir and was remanufactured. I figured the part was gone throught and all new seals and o-rings were put in, boy was I wrong!!After bench bleeding the brake master cylinder I saw that it did not hold pressure, so I pulled the plunger out and a ton of brake fluid came pouring out. This is where it should be bone dry, and this is what was wrong with my original brake master cylinder, it was leaking and causing a low brake pedal. I was very disappointed in the quality of the remanufacturing processed parts that napa chooses to sell to consumers. After discovering the massive leak I started to inspect other aspects of the part and discovered that the o-ring that seals to the brake booster was too thin, oversized and did not seal well. The gromets provided that were suppose to seal the brake fluid coming from the reservoir were oversized and did not hold right. I even compared the above listed defects to my old cylinder just to make sure, and in fact my old one had all the right size gromets and o-rings in it. It seemed like someone took a wore out core and turned around and resold it. I have been an auto mechanic for 15 years, and this is one of my worst experiences, what a waste of my time !! I ended up returning the defective part and just ordering the new one online from partsgeek.com.

This was the easiest car repair I've done yet the girl up front really knows her stuff 2 different mechanics told me I needed hoses/ water pump.I asked "Shelly" what she thought she recommended I try k seal . She grabbed me a bottle and explained how to use it! A $ 478.89 repair vs $16 .00 , no brainer thankyoo shelly my truck hasn't leaked since!!

These guys know their stuff and will help you find the right part for your car. I was going to try and to do a quick fix on my radiator, but they convince me to buy a replacement radiator and walked me through doing it myself, and I'm so glad they did. Got another few years out of my car for only a $150 and 4 hours.

I've been there on at least six different occasions for tools, tail light, thermostat, temperature sensor, lower radiator hose, upper radiator hose, one time for a battery, hydrometer etc... and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walked out empty handed as they did not have what I needed.Head east for a mile and O'Reiley is on the left.
