Came in for an oil change after I scheduled an appointment with them. I decided to waited until the service was done although they serviced it a bit later than scheduled it was done rather quick and I didn't have to wait long,Good service, friendly and accommodating staff.

Nice, friendly, honest guys, did it quickly for good price. For full synthetic oil change with fluid inspection/top off + tire rotation after $20 off coupon came to $89 and after taxes and disposal fees total was $99 not bad, we brought 2 cars and were done in an hour. They did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts/services like other places try to do. Excellent, will come back for future service. Special thanks to Adam, he was great on the phone and during the service

They don t answer their phones and they are very rude to paying customers. They did apologize and say that they only have so many people working and are very busy. Probably still won t be back, but the apology is appreciated I guess.

I rate this place five stars. I came here to get a transmission service on my car and they had amazing customer service with polite manners. Jeremy and Kurt were great help explaining everything and got the job done. I will definitely come back again to get work done on my cars.

Great staff, great service, great work. I was able to call be seen the next day. Took great care of me and even overheard some of their efforts to give back to the community. 10/10 recommend getting your work done with them. Always leave happy ever time I come

Went here for a quick oil change. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy going, especially Kurt. They took my car back immediately and didn t try to upsell or haggle me on anything, which is something I sometimes experience as a woman doing anything car related. 10/10 would recommend and will come again for other car services and maintenance!

I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for an oil change because this Midas location ran out of filters. The manager Curtis was very kind and gave me a free oil change!This was my first visit at this location and I really appreciated the free oil change. I highly recommend this location Midas West Sacramento.

DO NOT COME to Midas Auto Repair Service in West Sacramento. Address: 853 Jefferson Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691DO NOT COME HERE! This Auto repair service shop scamed me for inflated parts costs.My check engine light came on. After running diagnostics, they told me the replacement of the intake boot. They charged me for this part $184. Plus, they charged me $65 for labor. I felt uncomfortable about the price, but they assured me that this is the cheapest price for this part and I agreed to replace it. Replacing intake boot did not solve the problem. My check engine light still on. Later I decided to double check the priceAs same in O'Reilly Auto Parts store, as in Auto Parts at AutoZone store, I found the price for Air Intake Boot part - $94. This auto shop scamed me. I payed my money for fake work.If you don't want to feel fool, DO NOT get your vehicle worked on here but if you must be sure to get a second quote at another auto shop before agreeing to anything.

I had a good experience with curt and Jane, my car was flashing its maintenance required and they checked it, found out it wasn't a problem and had me out of there fast. I'll be coming back to this location more often.

I got referred to this shop at the America's Tire shop down the road, and they've been AWESOME! Great communication, obvious care for customer safety and satisfaction, and quality work! Thank you, Midas on Jefferson! Ray and Adam were super nice! They just changed owners, and they're working hard to take great care of everyone who comes through!

Kirk went above and beyond assisting me. Went in for an oil change and he gave me a great deal! I don't drive much. So oil changes are rare for me. His employees are so great explaining everything to me as well. I highly recommend using their services.

Long time customer, but much improved under new ownership. Have a look at these guys when you need service on your car. 2008 Toyota Tundra LTD. Most recent service was a complete brake service & replacement. Great price, technical expertise, and very timely for all services. Fantastic guys!!!! So I was half n half in my opinion, i called for told my car takes ow-16 synthetic I was quoted 89.99 I said great book a appt. Please & I got 1 for 3 pm ... awesome I showed he said 115. I said I was quoted the 89.99 for my car he said he'd honor that, I said awesome ,it got done I showed a 20.00 coupon & he said he'd take it np which made me happy cuz im on disability & live in a tight budget but he gave me my bill which was 96.00 I questioned it he said he gave me quote & 20 off coupon...I don't think he did & he didn't show he honored it at all showing me the discounts & I figure it should of been 89.99 - 20 = 69.99 plus about 6-7 dollars in tax maybe $77 where in the world did 96.00 come out of, service was fast & good & friendly . But definitely I feel lied too regarding saving & I respect honesty. So I'm a bit disappointed

Today I visited Midas for a small repair. Although they were very busy, which indicates to be good service and returning customers, my fix was done within a short wait and the customer service excellent. DO NOT COME HERE! This auto shop tried to scam me and overcharge me by $1000 for fake work and inflated parts costs.In March 2023, my check engine light came on so I brought it in. After running diagnostics they told me it would cost $1,400 to replace the Mass Airflow Sensor, which I agreed to. I felt uncomfortable about the price so I called back to confirm the price and get a breakdown of the exact costs. At this point, they told me the cheapest sensor they could find was $600 and they had to do a bunch of calibrations after installing the sensor . I then called Toyota in Davis and asked them to provide me a quote for the work and they told me the sensor would only cost $165 and that no calibrations were needed. Their total estimate was $430 for parts and labor. I immediately called Midas and told them I would not pay for the work and that they should stop working on my vehicle. They told me that the person that gave me the quote was on lunch and they would call me back shortly. 2 hours later they called and told me that the work was done on my truck and apologized for the error in the estimate but that the actual cost would only be $422.Long story short, DO NOT get your vehicle worked on here but if you must be sure to get a second quote at another auto shop before agreeing to anything.

I'm highly disappointed with this service center. I had 11:00 appointment and arrived at 11:04 and they told me that they pulled a walk-in in and I would have to wait. That's not okay to not even give your clients 5 minutes for a grace period is crazy. I understand you're busy but when customers make appointments, the appointment should be honored over walk-ins. Especially when it's literally 5 minutes later. I will never come here again

Got me in for a diagnosis with no appointment, and got my car fixed within the same day. On top of that, employees were incredibly friendly. Definitely coming back next time i need some work done on my car

Because I purchased tires here a year ago I called to have them rotated and get an oil change. I had a 9am appointment on 1/18 and the shop had a sign on the door stating they were closed due to no employees. I thought I d give them a second chance so I had another appointment today at 1pm. Guess what? This time no sign but the shop was dark and no one was there. I waited thinking they may have closed for lunch but no one ever showed. The person I made the appointment with assured me this would not happen again. Well that was the last chance for me. They are completely unreliable and totally disrespectful. Someone could have called either time to let me know the shop would not be open.

I got tires at America's Tire (Ikea court) and they referred this Midas shop for alignment service. I got a good referral discount, and people/mechanic at Midas were very knowledgeable and skilled. The job was done well. Very friendly too.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Thank you Midas. I really felt like they took the time to check out my car and keep me updated. I'm glad they caught some of the problems going on, and they showed me so I can understand.I even got lots of advise on what to do to prevent future problems.
