Nice people, but pretty clueless. First, their warranty requires that you have to go there, (45 min. drive for me), and remove the battery from vehicle (no help). Luckily, they found it bad and will replace, but only with EXACT same type. Then its only prorated at a jacked-up Retail Price. Cheaper to buy a better brand battery elsewhere with a better warranty. And with real nationwide warranty service.

Sharing my experience I m OTR truck driver.. bought 4 batteries for my truck within a month started leaking and my truck won t start within 3hours after shutting off the engine .. I have to call roadside or ask for help to jump start.. I called them they said bring the batteries to check .. I took them and they tested and said batteries are perfect took them back.. week later same thing happened I called them again said bring them back .. again they tested and said we need to charge them .. I thought they will give me new batteries.. but they gave me loaner batteries.. the loaner batteries did the same thing they called 2 weeks later finally saying those batteries are bad and they will replace with new ones.. got the new batteries within 3days my truck won t start.. at this point I thought it s my starter which I replaced 6months ago.. installed new starter which cost $500 but same thing happened I change my kill switch same thing.. Meanwhile have to call roadside to jump start .. spend $700 few times.. go in the motel coz it summer time spend $300 few times finally replaced the batteries with alliance batteries and the problem was fixed after 7months .. please avoid this place especially if you are owner operator and OTR driver.. the people who work there acting like bosses

i took a battery clearly under warranty . i drove 1 hour to.get there. they said they have to keep to test and i would have to come back . i went to local guy at firestone and he replaced no.problem . i would never buy an interstate battery again . i have had them in many vehicles and they always go bad . i only had them because they came.with the vehiclss and boats i bought . absolute garbage.

Good batteries. Better than any auto parts store if u ask me. Just covid had to ruin the part where they install your batteries

Very attentive, you have to dial the phone number because the office is closed, you give your door and they give you the door, they come out to deliver papers when they finish and that's it.Muy atentos tienes que marcar x tel�fono x q la oficina est� cerrada das tu pu# y te dan puerta salen a entregar papeles cuando terminan y listo
