I was so happy to find Glass West . I needed to replace a glass panel that was broken on my curio cabinet and they were able to do the job. I am also a little embarrassed to say my measurement for the length was off so they had me bring the new panels ( I got two) back and they cut the correct length for me. Very nice people . So grateful that we have them in our city. Thank you Appreciate your time.

I recently had a broken window that needed to be replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Glass West Incorporated. They were able to work me into their schedule on the SAME DAY and did an excellent job replacing the window.The technician who came out was friendly and professional, and he communicated with me throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that. It's always nice to work with a company that values their customers and provides great customer service.Overall, I had a great experience with Glass West Incorporated and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks again for the great work!

Glass West replaced all my windows in a previous house I owned. I was impressed with their work so when I had a problem in my current house I called them. They responded quickly, got me on the schedule and helped me out! I will continue to give them all of my business!! I suggest you do the same :)

Had my sliding glass exterior door replaced. The tech they sent out was super friendly. Very knowledgeable and in a good mode despite being a one man show. He made moving that 100lb glass looks easy. Highly recommend they saved me well over 300$ vs the competition

Impressive! I had a number of windows that were foggy on the inside and in a day - they all disappeared. A team of 5 were here and went through and replaced what needed to be replaced. Thank you Team!! I also had custom shower glass installed. The team removed the old, cleaned the tile before they installed the new frameless shower glass. All done in a day! Thank you Eric and Rick and the rest of the team.

Glass West was the best in handling the replacement of my living room double pane window. There was a slight setback due to a rock hitting our glass on the freeway, but they managed it with professionalism and ease. Every person I spoke with was so nice and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend them!

The upper window pane on my old bedroom sash window shattered by accident when trying to open it. I needed it fixed ASAP, so I called Glass West and the receptionist, Stephanie, was so patient and helpful in scheduling a repairman to come out to fix it the very same day. Caspian showed up and fixed the window within an hour! Very grateful that these guys were professional and easy to work with.

Brian and his team took excellent care repairing my windows that leaked in atmospheric river storms. They helped me work with my insurance and answered all their questions. Glass West recommended A+ Plastering who managed the stucco excellently as well. I would highly recommend both of these companies for your home repair needs.

Glass West was awesome to work with when getting a window repaired on my home. They gave me a time frame for when they could repair my window and were true to their word. Would definitely use them if I ever need another repair/replacement.

Fast and friendly. Our cat tore our window screen apart. Glass west re-screened it for $25. A good service!

Quick service on taking down what I wanted a quote for, although had to call back next business day to ask what the final quote was. Prices seem fair and reasonable. They had a lot of glass options to choose from. I am expecting the order I placed to come in within 3-5 business days which is what they quoted me. I will update this post if the order doesn t come in within the expected timeframe.

I needed to replace the two sidelights that flank my front door. I priced out the cost of glass or plexi glass at Home Depot and Lowe's in addition to contacting Glass West. Glass West gave me a very good quote. Their customer service was top-notch every step of the way, from the people on the phone, to the guys who did the install. OUTSTANDING company--great customer service, great prices, and quality work.

Professional installation and great prices! I had broken seals in 4 windows and 3 patio doors and Glass West not only had best prices but measuring & installation was able to be completed well before other glass companies in my area (Sacramento County).Glass West earned my 5 star rating!

Dave was very helpful in getting my measurements and showing me how to replace my balancers on another window. Within days a technician came out to the house and installed the new window. Very clean professional. I am always looking for local businesses and Glass West will be my go to in the future.

Just had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed in a house my wife and I just purchased. The windows look great, the installers were clean and respectful (one even helped my wife move our baby's swing into another room for her) and the owner kept me informed of the timeline throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Glass West for all your glass needs!

After an attempted burglary of my home (while I was there), I was desperate to get my slider boarded up for the night. Sunday night, holiday weekend complicated the search. After numerous calls to "emergency glass repair" advertisers, Glass West delivered. Brian showed up within the hour. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. By 7:30 am the following morning, Glass West had called with a very reasonable estimate and booked an appt to install my glass. Integrity from the beginning to end, Forever grateful.

Did a great job replacing a cracked/broken dual pane window. Repairman was.friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy.. Even gave me a senior discount. Would definitely recommend them

So I had a temporary lapse in judgement and a window got broken. My slider door on my patio. Within 24 hours they were out to quote and fixed the window completely 2 days later. Price was very reasonable. The entire staff was helpful and the clean up was great. They answered all calls and were very accessible. I would recommend this company to any one I know.

I needed a window replacement ASAP for a home I was listing for sale. I sent an inquiry to Glass West and they were able to fit me in the next day. Their price was really good and the service was excellent! I will definitely be referring them for all of my real estate customers.

Have used them for a number of projects over the years, always had a good experience. Most recently took a coffee table there so I could use samples to identify the appropriate size and style of glass to replace the insert. Nice to have experts there to give advice, and prices are very favorable compared to ordering custom glass online.

Awesome!! Best small business people I've dealt with. Very high integrity and helpful. It was very comforting dealing with someone so knowledgeable in the window industry. I probably won't be replacing my windows again but if I do it will be done by Glass West. Be sure to shop around but make Glass West one of your stops.

These guys are fast! Emailed them for quote on monday morning, received reply afternoon, and hopped on call to discuss. Setup appointment to view broken door glass in 2 days. Had a slight hiccup due to office scheduling and almost missed appointment.. fortunately, I called in and they sent out David in 30 mins. They do send out an email reminder too. Anyways, got glass installed on day of schedule and took less than 10mins. All done within 5 days, could have been 4 but it worked out. Hire them and you won't regret it.

After trying to order custom windows from countless places, Glass West made it easy. I didn't want an estimate, need someone to come out and measure - most of the others wouldn't even talk to me if they weren't going to do the install. Dave answered the phone (even outside of normal business hours) every time I called. His pricing was more than competive and he even worked with me on picking up the windows after hours. It's nice to find a trusted resource for all my future needs and projects.

This is the second or third time I've used glass west. That doesn't matter because after the first time, I am resolved to only use glass west. We've used a couple of other companies and the experience doesn't come close. They're cheaper, more pleasant and more professional than the vast majority of contractors I've worked with. The only reason I'm rating five stars is because I can't rate six. If your bids dont include these guys you're probably cheating yourself.

Replacing two windows with tempered glass. I had several quotes. This company sent an employee to take measurements. Gave me a call on Monday to give me quote ($875). A decent quote so I said sure. Different company called me back the next day with their quote ($360). I called Glass West back and they wanted proof of written quote from other company so I forwarded it to them. They told me they couldn't match but I still have to pay for glass ($500). I said no thanks if they couldn't match so went with the lower bid. I got a message from a Dave Blake who threaten to put lein on my home. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate to make such a threat for a service that wasn't done and the cancellation was within 24 hours. They will be getting a letter from my attorney and BBB will be notified.
