I brought in my work vehicle to have the AC repaired. The first visit they recharged the AC but didn't fix the leak that caused the problem. The second visit I left my vehicle on a Friday and called to pick up Monday and found they still had not began working on the vehicle yet and even attempted to say the AC was working telling me the low output temperature even though the outside air temperature was even lower than that. On my last visit to finally get my AC fixed they called saying the repair was complete. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I discovered they were still working on it. I find out that they mistook my vehicle for a similar one and was mistakenly changing my oil and filter which was not needed. A repair that should have taken half a day wasted about a week of my time and it was filled with incompetence. An apology for the extreme inconvenience and an admition to the multiple mistakes made was not forthcoming. The whole experience was pathetic.

I am extremely disappointed by the Manager at this location who originally offered to warranty out and change my rear wheel tiers. We scheduled time for doing the change and on the day of the appointment he flipped back and asked me to pay $750 (going up from $120+) and completing wasting 6-hours of my work time to take my vehicle multiple times to this location for reviewing & setting up the appointment and then only to cancelling it due him flipping on his original offer. ----- Just unacceptableI have been a Customer for 10+ years with Firestone but after this experience, I am never going back.

I have getting my cars serviced here for 6 years now and the service has been outstanding! Obviously, I am very happy with this Firestone location.

My visit was for 2 reasons: one, I needed an oil change and, two, I wanted my brakes checked since my BMW dealer said I was close to needing a brake job. Firestone checked the brakes and said they are fine, which made more sense to me given the car mileage, vehicle engineering, and my driving practices.

I really appreciated Justin's help here. He managed a somewhat busy day well and calmly, making sure everyone got the attention they needed to answer questions or pick up a car, etc.I just came in for a tire consultation today because I'm looking for something pretty specific and I left with a deeper understanding of their tires and what I'm looking for.They currently don't do much or any work for Teslas. Not sure exactly but they won't put it on a lift which means they can't change or rotate tires for me here, despite the fact they sell them.Hopefully management gets that sorted soon but that's really upper corporate level stuff and you know how slow companies can be to make decisions that effect things from the top down.Could be a while but I appreciate the time I had here. Very likely to get a set of Bridgestone tires.

Ricky is absolutely amazing. I will be taking a cross country trip and he helped getting my car situated. He didn't try to play me, alot of car shops will try to. He was very honest and helpful.

I have a tendency to be IMPATIENT when I am not in control. I felt that the staff was hospitable, efficient, fast and friendly. I had a great experience with them and I AM GRATEFUL for the opportunity to share my experience with everyone who is interested in maintaining their automobiles.

I took my car to this place for oil change a couple of weeks ago. After oil change on my way home I noticed a sound under my car and found out that they didnt place the skate card under the engine properly and the road damaged it.I took the car back and the associate ordered a new part for me (at their expense - which should be).I waited a couple of weeks for the part to arrive. After the part arrived the associate told me to stop by anytime to install the part. Yesterday I stopped around 4 pm the manager told me he cannot receive me since they have other cars in line! He told me to bring the car Sat. at 10. I said thanks! Today my wife took the car to this place so they put part on! The manager made her wait 1.5 hrs to put the part. When she asked why they don't expedite this work since it was their mistake the manager told her this is how they work. On top of that, no one from this team said sorry for their mistake.I regret doing a service at this location, their price went high but their service quality went worst!Service: Oil change

Went in without an appointment and Kameron helped me find tires that met my requirements, and he set up appointment for me for the next day. My car was ready by the time I had indicated I would need it, and I like the tires so far.

Done with this place. Just spent THREE HOURS waiting for a basic oil change after even scheduling an appointment for it. Not going to give service to a business that doesn't respect its customer's time.

Atleast ten years if not more I have been coming here and their quality is going down not good any more. They left the steering wheel crooked who knows what else is amiss after purchasing $1200 worth of tires here.

Good service and friendly helpful staff. They inform you of any findings and recommendations of maintenance services. The pricing for services is on the high side for me compared to prices I'm used to before my job relocation.

I made an appointment here at the West Sacramento location after a bad experience with the Vacaville store. The staff here is great! The service writer and office staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was super quick and professional. Went into the shop on Friday for 2 tires. It's been 2 days now. The company never called to say they needed the vehicle longer. Also they are trying to charge our company for multiple services we didn't ask for. We wanted 2 tires. They are trying to force insurance to do 5 tires and alignment. 2 days for 2 tires? These guys are incompetent. This is not the first time I've had issues like them. Tried to give them a second and third chance. Now I will never go here again.Update: now I will have to pick up the vehicle and they have not even began work after 2 days. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Tires

Made an appointment for alignment. Told 2hrs for completion. When I return it wasn t done. They had moved my truck from the front of store to back of shop behind the dumpster and forgot about it. I took my keys and left.

This turned out to be a general customer service call center. I thought I was calling a specific shop. The rep was good in respect to her seeing the interaction all the way through until my needs were fulfilled. It was a bit unnecessary and probably slowed me down overall, but I was pleased to get help from someone who genuinely wanted to help me . The representative was dedicated to my purpose for calling and making sure my goals were met to my satisfaction before parting ways. FYI, I was trying to schedule basic maintenance service for my company owned fleet work truck. Firestone is a preferred provider by my fleet management company.

Whoever answered the phone is completely unknowledgeable on car services. And should never even be touching a vehicle. I made an appointment to get an inspection on my vehicle. When speaking with whoever picked up the phone I was informed. They don't do transmission work when I didn't need transmission were done I just needed an inspection to diagnose the problem the gentleman then told me that is won't be anything with the fluids it would be something with the transmission itself, which was completely inaccurate to what the problem ended up being. As a female that works on cars regularly, maybe hire better employees that actually have an idea of what they are talking about.

Well for the most part they are pretty good, but the last time I came in for an oil change they forgot to put the dip stick all the way in to secure it all the oil drained out of the car, and I happen to be driving to SLC, so that could have been a disaster!! Luckily nothing really happen found my dealership down there took it in for a new oil change... but they won't be working on that car anymore safe to say Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

I dropped my car off for an alignment and oil change at 10am with an appointment. I called to check the status around 1pm, and they said it should be ready before closing, but definitely near the end of the day. What's the point of an appointment exactly?I ended up just picking up the car and taking it to an independent shop on Fruitridge which had me out in 30 minutes and for $40 less. I definitely won't be coming back to Firestone.

These guys are the best! Super friendly staff, and they take the time to actually explain what s going on with your vehicle. I ve had the alignment done several times here and they are always so helpful and just genuinely nice. Not like some other shops where you re treated like a number instead of a human. Good people over here I ll be back for sure. Rosalie, V, and Ricky are all amazing- if their boss sees this, give them a raise!!

Not the best, could have been worse. The customer service reps were polite and knowledgeable. The manager gave me a 2hr estimate on my services, and it took over 3hr, *with an appointment*. An hour mis-estimation is very frustrating. Furthermore, I suspect my vehicle was given lower priority because I previously purchased the Lifetime Alignment plan, which means they don t make any money off me when I get that service done. If it weren t a free service for me, I would consider getting it done elsewhere. I am, however, considering taking my car to a different Firestone location because of this slow experience.

Excellent shop. much better and professional than the one in vacaville. But I had an oil change appointment at 1:00 pm today 1/15/24 and now is 3:31 pm and my car is not ready yet. Is there anything wrong with firestone shops??

Hardly complete and more like service with a shrug. In summary, I was told a service would repair an issue I came in for. When it wasn't resolved by the service they just shrugged.I took my vehicle in to get a noise diagnosed that was coming from one of the wheels while driving as well as get the brakes inspected. I made note of the noise in the appointment and reiterated wanting it diagnosed when dropping the vehicle off.The Tech called to let me know my brakes needed servicing and that the noise would be eliminated by the service needed (Full brake and rotor replacement). I OK'd the service and picked the vehicle up when it was finished. As I'm driving away the noise was still there so I turned around and went back to ask if the car had been driven after the service and if they had diagnosed the issue. The noise had also been noted by the Tech on the service tag. The service manager just deflected asking if I wanted to have the Tech to go on a drive with me. I said no, the noise was already noted in the Tech's comments and that I was hoping to find out how to fix it. She cut me off and just said the tech will meet me outside for a drive.I met the Tech outside, he asked if I want to go drive with him. I asked if he heard the noise when we he was working on the car. He said he did, so I commented that a drive wasn't necessary, but could he help me understand what needed to be done to fix it. He just shrugged and said he didn't know.Needless to say I wont be returning.

This Firestone used to have great customer service. I have been bringing my car here for 7 years. Recently in the last 4 times, there has been issues when I came for my appointment. I've been told it's not in the system or they've made a mistake and I shouldn't have been booked. I've been turned away more times thank my car has been serviced at this location in the last year. I'm not sure if it's new management, but it's gone from the best to the worst. I will never bring my vehicle back to this location. This places should really be reevaluated.
