My parents took their motorhome in for service and Fernanda was so friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience so easy and painless. She made us feel right at home and I knew the motorhome was in good hands with her there. Thank you for being so empathetic and professional! We will definitely be back!

We were on the road in our motorhome when the check engine light came on and I got a low DEF warning despite a full tank of DEF. We were about 45 min away and I called Cummins who told us that we could come by right away. Long story short, Cummins replaced the DEF Header and got us back on the road within 6 hours. We are extremely thankful to the team at Cummins in West Sacramento!! The Customer Service here was top notch!!

They didn't want to sell me a starter, and I even took the starter off the motor, and was told they could not match it up. Wasted an hour of my time, because they were not sure if I was telling the truth, like I would lie about the motor not being a Cummins. Wenf to autozone,, matched up starter in minutes, and was out the door and happy because

We had a great experience bringing in our 5th wheel in for service on our Onan generator. We were able to get an appointment in short time and picked it up the same day. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional! Extra kudos to Fernanda for her great customer service and beautiful smile.

Had a recall for my scr and went to them and they said that it s a one week job and they have to take the truck in and take it apart. More than a week past and i tried calling few times and they wouldn t answer few days go by and they still won t answer. Had to block my number for them to pickup and they said product has just arrived. Call them few days later and they make an excuse that some brackets are broken. Fyi there are no brackets for SCR and if they were it takes 1 day to get them. Got tired of calling them so i called corporate and corporate told me that truck is done. I asked why wont they give me any updates and treat me so badly and they start making excuses and supporting their workers. This is why You always fix your own truck or have a good company fix it. Cummins You make good engines but terrible customer service and avoid the lady at the front deskAfter making my first trip, the truck had constant problems, engine would derate, etcThey put the battery cables on incorrectly on two batteries and they were draining instead of charging, ignition relay blew while driving at high speed and truck shut down. Wont regen properly. Terrible customer service and 5 year olds working in service department, don t know how to put trucks back together. DON T GO HERE WHATSOEVER. Save yourself a few headaches and dollars.

I dropped my 2020 Winnebago Vita off to have the Generator Evaluated. The Generator ran away. Desiree and Steve both have stated the would be in touch via phone. Desiree said they couldnt/wouldnt give a estimate just sign on the line and she will be in touch. I have spoken to Desiree and Steve both. Neither will give a straight answer and always say they will be in touch by the end of the day.No one will return a call as stated. This location will not do warranty work or even help the customer start the process. The extended warranty company will not speak to the customer.I made the mistake of giving Desiree a date I need the Motorhome back.If you want customer service and follow through this is not the place to bring your RV and spend your hard earned money.Dont even get me started on Steve not being able to find my Motorhome.

ZERO customer service and they never ever answer the phone or they leave you on hold and never come back. They've had my Tiffin for 2 months now and neither Steve or Mike will return calls, provide updates or even actually ANSWER the photo. This is horrible!

Not sure why this company is still in business! Their communication and customer service is incredibly awful! We had an appointment for an oil leak for our motorhome, 2 days later with ONLY 2 hours of diagnosing the only way we could get someone to talk to us was to demand an estimate. We left with NO work done and a bill of $292.00 for the diagnostic time! The inflated cost for a valve cover gasket and oil cooler plug was just to much to take! Hope you read all the reviews! We didn't, big mistake!!

Purchased some parts over the phone. The sales service was great and the parts showed up in a couple days.That is the end of anything good. I went out today to pick up the parts.I followed the signs at the front driveway and parked my car by the sales/parts area. First guy that walks out doesn t even look at me and in an angry tones says next time park on the other side out there . I replied back how are you doing today sir .Sarcastically insinuating maybe something like that should ve been the first thing out of his mouth. A couple seconds later the second unprofessional and rude person pops out from the building with his chest already puffed and says first off you need to stand back there and second you can t park right there I stopped him in midsentence and said you know what just keep your parts.I was tired of this unprofessional rude behavior. To my amazement he kept barking at me as I was walking away and then wanted to know the name of my company so I told him. He mumbled something else at me and I turned around and gave him some words of encouragement,Got my car and left. These people don t deserve any business from anyone. There are many other places to buy your parts and get your service done.They have totally forgotten how to take care and talk to a customer ,after all they are the ones that pay the bills.

After seeing our two check Engine lights on in our 2018 allegro red going through the passes in Weed , California we called a couple mobile RV repairs with no answer and then other calls to us being pushed to more repair places including Freightliner with no time due to the Thanksgiving week!.. Seeing how we are on a road trip far from home this is a must fix situation so after calling Freightliner in Sacramento Theresa suggested calling Cummins in Sacramento because they d be open later. Amazing service , called to let them know we were on our way Demonte jumped right on it as soon as we pulled in before you know it we were hooked up in getting a diagnostic reading!.. it seems not much to worry about but get looked at soon. When we went to leave the control panel showed all lights and all messages . Expressing our concern to DeMonte he rushed us right in even though they were busy took care of us within one hour and had us back on the road great customer service cannot say it enough stop in there if you are feeling the need!!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in my motor home. I was told two days and when I dropped it off they told me it would be longer. I also never received a work order with a promised date and time. When I arrived it took almost 45 minutes to get checked in because the forms for inspection were not available. The lady at the front desk for service was rude and not helpful. I will find someone else to service my motor home from this point on. Never again Cummins West Sacramento.

If I didn't absolutely HAVE to get parts from here, I WOULDNT. I will drive to San Leandro next time. 30 min wait to be helped and I was the only customer there at the time of arrival. Then, another 30 min to get parts that were in stock. The parts employee has either a major attitude problem or has the worst you need me, I dont need you complex ive ever seen. You guys lost 2 customers while I stood there waiting and didn't even know it. They came, waited, got fed up, and left. Avoid this place if you can. You'll be doing yourself a favor. Not to mention, I got charged for 3 of one specific part that I repeatedly said I only needed 2 of. And he gave me 2. Should have listened to my friend to begin with and not even came here.

Cummins issued a recall for an emissions component on our motorhome. I was hesitant to bring it here because of some of the other reviews from motorhome owners but they actually were very accommodating to us. We scheduled a day to bring the motorhome in so they could inspect the unit and order the correct part. We then were able to drive away and return 10 days later to get the work done. On the second visit, we were here for two days to get everything taken care of. Overall, I am satisfied with our experience here - patience is the key. Our service writer, Demonte, was extremely courteous and gave us first class service. Thank you Demonte!

These guys are thugs in disguise. Don't go there for any kind of service. Took them 27 days to replace a clutch on my truck and $9700. It was a 2 day and $2400 job at kenworth. Lost the clutch brake within 6 months after they installed it......

Definitely steer clear of Mike Vining in the parts department. He doesn t call back, doesn t put in orders that are requested, and totally dismisses his own lack of follow through. You ll get better service from the website.

Debra extremely helpful in analysis of my marine generator. Cheerful attitude and excellent product knowledge. Cummins is lucky to have her on their team. She's a true asset to the organization. A funny thing happened on the way to the service center. The appt to repair the generator in our RV was at Cummins ...as they service Onan Generators. Ten miles before arriving ....the dash info center starts complaining low bat voltage. ...then the engine begins to overheat...the dash A/C stops working ....and finally the engine derated. (reduced power). Limped into Cummins and explained I believed a belt went on the engine and they looked and confirmed it broke...they even pulled it out and gave it to me as they stated they can't fix it. Can't even determine a part number for the belt. They are Cummins. ...my engine is a Cat! ....However...They got the serial number off the engine and called around to get the proper part number for the belt. They got the belt and they said they would put it on. But not till tomorrow....so we needed to spend the night. They actually have RV hookups out back in the parking lot. At day's end they moved the rig there for us to spend the night. Cool! Next day they replaced the generator and installed the new belt and we are good to go. I can not say enough about Debra who took care of us every minute of the way and Cameron who fixed our generator as well as the fellow (name unknown) who really struggled to replace the belt on the engine. We could not be happier. Great people here.

Called for an estimate for an inspection and was quoted over the phone a ball park figure of around $600. Once appointment was set and vehicle was on site the price for inspection turned out to be $1000. We brought the vehicle to Cummins rather then a competitor because of the initial quote. I voiced my frustration with the service writer and no compensation was offered. I would suggest getting a writen quote before taking your vehicle to this service center.

Went to get parts for my Onan Generator. Brent in parts was very helpful, even soliciting ideas from a service writer to help with our problem.

I could give 0 star if I could but is not possible so I give 1 star, customer service sucks, you can stand there for minutes and nobody will help you or ask if you need anything. All of the people on parts just seat there on their asses not helping customers. Manager or someone needs to step up and light a fire under their ass, although I know they won't.

I called Thursday and talked to service and they were so knowledgeable on what the problems could be and process would be and if they could not get the parts to fix they would get me an estimate for parts and the time it would take to get there and when they could do it

When you Say 7:30 am START ANSWERING THE PHONE ! People make a living with your stuff be punctual! Or otherwise say somewhere around 7:30 after coffee yada yada.

Nice people but I'm not a big fan of Cummings motors since they had to put all the sensors and filter on to meet the communist regulations.
