Had to replace my rim due to a crack and bent, they were able to remove and replace the tire and sensor to my new rim balance it and have it running in a matter of minutes. Dealer would have charged me an arm and a leg, real friendly customer service and great price!

Simply the Best all around the area. I drive the extra distance any time I need tires. The owner has been receiving my business for over 15 years and will continue to receive as their service and prices can't be beat.

Had brakes checked thinking all were bad as told by another shop. Few minutes, brakes are fine. Honest shop, they could have tried to deceive for extra money, but they didn't. Good prices for labor and you can bring your own parts.

I came to fix the tire. 2 weeks later the tire was flat again. They did a very bad job and they have no warranty.

Downgrade 1 star. Everyone was very kind when I was there a few months ago. That being said: Tires had plenty of tread, but one split where the tread and tire wall meet. Clean break. Scared the hell out of me on the highway. The other had cuts galore and loss air while I was parked at work. Less than 4 months and they're both toast. This is not always on the shop, but man...thought they'd last longer than a few months. Looked up numbers and they're pretty new(within 5 year window)Lesson learned. If you love your vehicle, just buy new...or do your homework ;)

Disappointed! When they fixed my tire they didn t balance it. Because of this, car started shaking after 75 mph on a freeway. They adjusted it wrong way and try to charge me additional for the balance!

I needed to use 5 gallons of water from them and they couldn t spare me some. I was desperate and they didn t even try to help

I've been coming to this place for about 25 years. It's great. It's family owned and operated. The product is always good the staff is always friendly and the prices are always reasonable. There are even females working in the Bays. Which is outstanding because so much of the mechanics industry is very male-dominated. The mother and two daughters work the shop with the father and son and uncles. I respect this family so much for the way that they do business. They are closed on Sunday.

Great service everytime I brought my vehicles here. I call in to see how busy they are, everytime I need an alignment. They are fast and great at what they do. For the past 2 years Chichoche Tires & Auto Repair is the only place I recommend to family and friends for repairs, but alignments especially.

Charge too much don't recommend. Said 63 for a used one and couldn't install and sold me a new tire for 115 then taxed 124. I was showing wires so didn't have much of a choice

I thought it was a little cheaper than jiffy lube using synthetic oil, but they don't check tires, fluids, etc and poor customer service. They did a great job but very poor communication and no feedback.

Great tire shop that gets the job done. Very fast and efficient.They vary from used to new tires and will get you the best price based on your preference. Honest owner running the business. Recommend to anyone looking to fix a flat, swap tires, or even get alignment done.

They were totally awesome there I got 4 new tires cheaper than any other place,they got them mounted balanced on my car quickly,and they were very nice..I'll be getting my tires there from now on....check them out.....

I paid $65 for a tire expecting it to last at least a few weeks but 2dsys later it starting going flat! Very disappointed

So I made an appointment a day before the actual appointment at 10 in the morning and I went in to my appointment and they said that they had no recalled of the appointment. But they couldn't fit me in until Monday when all of them was sitting in the office. They didn't look busy to me. Don't really like their service that's why I gave them a one-star. They could have done a better job with the situation at hand.

I gave this small business a chance thinking that since they are a small business that they were going to have excellent customer service. Complete opposite! The teenage daughter always has a resting b**** face. Never smiles and always has an attitude. The owner, the dad, is the same. Never really talked to me. Just let everyone else handle his business, well, until I had a problem.I got four tires from them and when I got home, my tire pressure sensor came on. I called them up and told them the issue and finally the Owner/Dad talked to me for the first time. He told me that he can guarantee me that it is not their fault and the sensor probably came on because my car was older even though I told him that I never had the issue before. Told me to bring my car in and threatened me that if he finds that it is not their fault that he was going to charge me for a diagnostic fee and cost to repair it. I brought it in anyways, he fed me the same bs but he finally figured that they put too much air in the tires which caused the sensor to be triggered. I thought it he could have handled it a lot better. Instead of blaming me or my car, he should have owned up to it or at least be more cordial.Brought my car in for a free tire rotation to get the most out of my money but I will never go back to this place. Should have stuck with Walmart or Costco.

Had my tire was reasonable with the price and willing to help me out a bit with the end of day crunch and meeting my promised obligations, so much appreciated and will definitely bring him some work in the future.

Best Prices & Friendly Service in West Sacramento. I Had A Problem with My Car I just bought. I Heard A Noise my car was making from the back. It was Always Pulling to the right too and I Couldn't Fix It myself.Chichoche Explained the Problem and Explained what Needed to be Done. New Suspension and an Alignment took care of the problem and didn't burn a hole through my wallet. Even Called me the Next Day to Thank Me for Choosing them. Definitely Going Back for Anything else my car Needs. Highly Recommend

I went a week ago to simply get my thermostat changed it took them 3 hours to do that and when I got my car I was able to drive it home but when I tried to use it later it wouldn t work at all and now it s a week later and my car still doesn t work I called shop all week got ahold of someone once n ever since then they have been ignoring my calls and plain just not calling me back my car had power and was working just fine before I branch it to this shop now it s not working at all & I m being ignored I don t recommend this place to anyone at all

Poor customers services. The older lady gave me a price and the mechanics came back with a different price....during the same visit I had my car align and with his explanation and that it run straight after he tested.... bull...they are good for used tire only

Best tire shop in west Sacramento. Bought a set of tires and got an alignment here. Very good prices, fast and friendly service. Overall great place, definitely recommended.
