I needed a new headlight and it turned out mine were pretty hard to access. Terry was awesome in immediately offering to help me out by figuring out how to access the headlights and installing the new ones for me. Great service!!

Terry blessed our family. We needed a miracle and he was the one to deliver. We are so grateful for such amazing people like Terry. If we treated each other the way he treated us.. The world would be a much better place.

Had the guy from oreilly across the street call and check to see if I had warranty on my lightbulbs. They said they don t warranty light bulbs at autozone and the guy at oreilly sold my bulbs that actually gave a year long warranty.

I called asking if they could charge my battery was told that I could but they were about to close so to be there around 8pm. Came in and asked if I could use the bathroom to wash my hands since I just got done trying to take the battery out myself. Was told that the bathroom was not opened to the public I then asked if they could charge my battery and was told that they couldn t do it when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that he was the manager I then continued to tell him that I just spoke to a person about this and was told to come in before 8pm. Long story short the manager there isn t helpful.I was greeted and helped in a way better way at O'Reilly s and was helped with my battery problems. I won t be coming back to auto zone seems like the manager there doesn t really like his job:)

The West Sacramento Store manger was very knowledgable. He was able to assist my wife and I on locating a the correct 3rd break light for our car. The repair part and instructions saved the both of us the stress and the time of being stopped for not having it. His pride, courtesy and professionalism was noted plus appreciated. I just wanted to take time out and thank him.

I went in just to get replacement bulbs for my headlights. The gentleman helping me help me find the best deal and even showed me how to install it. I have so much more confidence about driving my own vehicle every time I stop by an AutoZone. I thank the team for always being so amazing.

Had the best experience this morning. Obviously car problems are the worse but the ppl here made it smoother. Nick cane out and installed me new battery for FREE, then upon inspection he noticed the clap should be replaced also, if he wouldnt have done that it could have potentially caused the same issue. I'm so grateful for his hard work, and dedication to his job!

I went to this AutoZone because I thought I needed one thing only to realize I had a whole different issue that needed immediate resolving. Richard and T went above and beyond to help me out! They were super knowledgeable and had the best customer service! I was confident in their ability to help me out and left in peace after arriving there pretty stressed out. So glad I ended up here!

Went to buy a replacement brake light bulb and had no idea how to install it. Asked to borrow a screwdriver thinking I'd muddle though it myself somehow, but manager Paul Wiley went above and beyond by coming outside and replacing the bulb for me himself. That's pretty good value for a $7 purchase! Will definitely go back.

There aren't enough stars to sing the praises of Paul Wiley!! Unexpected car trouble is stressful. Although I was unfamiliar with the area, I was fortunate enough to experience car troubles not far from Mr. Wiley's store. I was a few blocks away and could not make it to the location and Mr. Wiley came to me for the rescue! What an exceptional manager and act of kindness. Thank you, Mr. Wiley!

I came into autozone late on Friday afternoon with a dead battery. I was immediately greeted by two gentleman who were very helpful. The manager Mr. Wiley looked at my car and was able to change out my battery on the spot. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I have a Jeep Compass that has two batteries so it was. Little trickier than your everyday battery replacement. I had been quoted nearly triple from another local shop in midtown. I appreciated that he was willing to help me at a fair price. 10/10. Thank you autozone!

Paul Wiley, the store manager, brought pristine service & took the time to ensure not only I had the correct battery for my vehicle but replaced it himself. Best all around service I ve received and grateful for it.

Went to get a battery. I needed a socket wrench to get my battery in the Trunk. There were 3 store people assisting a female with her battery. The tools were already by her car. When I asked for assistance, this black store person, wearing glasses and braids, he said I need to buy my own tools instead of assisting me. I could removed the screws to lift up the rug to get to car battery. I guess these idiots only help single females with tight yoga pants.... Pathetic and desperate!!!??

Store manager Mr. Wiley helped me custom secure my front license plate to my vehicle (something I most definitely couldn t do on my own). Excellent customer service!!

Just want to say the one gentleman helped us. For the standing be hide the counter were truly useless. When a customer asked you for help you don t point you take yourself in behind the counter and show the customer where the item is. Like I said the one gentleman was very helpful but for the other three useless truly hopeless and useless

Usually okay but today they sold me the wrong brake lights and wouldn't return them after I tried installing one of the two.. O'Riley across the street confirmed the bulbs sold to me were incorret, O'Riley also had the right ones in stock for a dollar less and guaranteed the return if they were the wrong bulbs... I would over complain about losing eight bucks but I will leave a one star review so folks know. Go to O'Riley auto parts literally across the street.

Had a flat tire on Christmas eve and was stranded. Got to this store a couple minutes after closing. These guys let me in! I had forgot my mask so he kindly gave me one! He asked what I needed and directed me to the tire repair section where I quickly found what I wanted. I paid and thanked both of them for going out of their way to help. Good people, thank you again.

Took my battery in to get tested. The employee was very quick to help. Didn't have enough juice to be tested. He went ahead and got my info and told me he would charge it up and test it when it was done. Only down side was I didn't get a call when it was done. But I called after the 90 mins he quoted and got my answer. Everyone was very helpful.
