Bought a car from these people and it was a horrible experience. They left me with little gas, I paid cash for the car in November of 2023 and still don't have my title. They lied and said they sent it to my house. It never came, the never transfered the title over. So if I don't have my title this week Im taking these people to small claims. These people don't know what they are doing or they ate trying to float titles.

Had a really bad experience here. The guy was very unprofessional and unresponsive to my texts or calls. He forgot he made an appointment with me so when I arrived he did not have the car at his shop so I had to wait around for 45min for it to be driven over. When the did arrive there were a ton of weird things going on.First the Carfax said the odometer might have been rolled back, the DMV had the milage at 160k and I was told and the car showed it had 106k, OK strange. Under the hood all of the plastic looked brand new, I asked what that was about and he said, nothing it's all original... It did not look like those parts had seen 100k miles of travel, OK also weird. Took the car for a spin, nothing bad to report but I stopped and looked it over. I found the seat rails holding the seat to the floor were all rusty like it had been flooded or something. I also found painters tape and part of the door was masked off from after being painted and they forgot to clear off the paper in the door jam. So when I came back I asked "hey has this car ever been pained?" he said no, no it hasn't.... So I opened the door to show the paining paper and tape and he said oh yeah it was painted this morning. At this point I was out.The dude is super sketch, lied to me multiple times, the paint, maybe the milage of the car, the brand new car parts... I would stay away from these people. They be trying to scam you and sell garbage vehicles.

Mike and Tina of Auto Tech, provided an excellent sales experience with absolute integrity and professionalism. The vehicle I was interested in was competitively priced and excellently prepared. Their pricing is no-gimmicks and no-pressure. Without reservation, I would recommend them for a purchase, and I would gladly visit Auto Tech for a future vehicle purchase.

The team at Autotech impressed me. I learned that this is a family run business. When we showed up, the truck was completely clean inside and out. It looked Great! So, we were off to a good start! They held the car for us while we drove out from Santa Cruz eventhough other buyers were trying to give deposit so they exhibited real integrity. We found Radio needed immediate attention and they fixed it right away. The buying process was my favorite part. Very kind and engaging lady helped us get through purchase in under 30 mins and were frankly were very fair minded and adressed a concern on the truck.I love these people!If they have a car your interested in, consider yourselves blessed. They were wonderful to deal with..I hope there business grows well going forward. They've earned it!

Found my car thru Car Guru. Mike and Tina were both very pleasant and easy to work with. First time I have purchased a car from a dealer and thankfully the experience was fantastic! I drove 2 hrs to get a car here, it was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! The whole event was smooth easy and the prices I couldn't beat, especially where I live. Low miles and mechanically great working cars!!!!

This place went above and beyond to get me in my car and on the road. Had my car ready, cleaned, paperwork was ready and organized. Even fed me brownies! Great cars. Great people. Car buying made easy. I'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience, went in looking for a Acura or Honda and came out with a 2011 Acura TSX for a great price. The application process was quick and easy, was in and out in less than hour with keys in hand. Also satisfied with the payment and loan terms would recommend to others.
