I was referred by my daughter and new son in law and am glad I took my car here. They made me feel really comfortable and gave me sound advice that made a lot of sense! Great people, great workmanship and they take pride in their work! I highly encourage anyone to give them an opportunity to make you feel the same!

My family has been Coming here for several years, but this is my first time Visiting their shop. My vehicle broke down while I was at work And it's very critical that I have a working vehicle. They moved extremely fast and was able to get my vehicle out within 2 days Of me dropping off at their place. Everything was clear Cut When explained to me. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

Justin always takes great care of us! I feel like his customer service and the knowledge of the mechanics are excellent! They even give you a ride to and from home when you leave your car here which is awesome!!The prices are very reasonable and I live the reminder texts for ongoing maintenance! Great job guys!!

I went in for an oil change since my usual place was booked for the day and AAC was close by. I was greeted by Sean, who was able to squeeze me in as a walk-in and was very friendly. Immediately I felt like I had made the right decision. The service was done ahead of my estimated time, and as expected, additional items were found that needed repair. Sean was very informative and took time to explain what additional services I should have done. I am very happy he took the time to inform me of the additional issues and why they should be fixed. I will definitely be returning to AAC for all future car services based purely on the service I received from Sean. Highly recommend.

Justin at the front desk is such a sweetheart! He made the process of getting in and getting my car checked out and back on the road seamless. I appreciate the online system they use where you can check the status of your car and get real time updates on the services. Will be back!

The service and communication are top notch. Shawn at the front desk does a great job reviewing the scope of work and explains things very well. He helps me plan for future maintenance, which is a huge help and keeps my car running great. Whether it s a big or small job, they have impressed me every time.

The team at Advanced Auto Care was really helpful in troubleshooting and diagnosing some mechanical issues with my truck. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with, prompt and speedy with the check-in and kept me updated throughout the process so I knew what to expect each step of the way. I'm new to California and needed my car checked for a piece of plastic that was dragging from underneath the car. I was able to get it checked the next day, on a Saturday. Everything was explained in detail regarding removing the plastic engine cover vs replacing it. I had it removed and was not charged! Friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this garage. Thank you!

When I recently picked up my car, the man behind the counter answered my questions and then said "Justin knows your car and can give you any other information you need." Knows my car! Super friendly staff! Quick service and clear explanations on everything. The McDonald's down the street gave us some complications, so it was nice to have such great service to make up our morning. Definitely going to have to check Mac Sabbath out, lol! Thanks for the recommendation!! :)

I have had 2 big jobs ( 1- replaced battery, alternator and starter, 2- replaced water pump and thermostat) done on my 2007 BMW and they fixed it without issues and their estimates and cost were right on and sometimes I paid a little bit less than the final quote. They also provided a ride to and from their shop. I'm very satisfied with their work and their customer service. I give them an A+Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

They were able to diagnose the issue with my car. They wanted me to buy an OEM part that was a couple hundred dollars more expensive then the after market part from somewhere else, so I took it to the other place. They were polite and I will consider using them in the future.

I have 2017 grand Cherokee, Advance Auto Center has been my family shop for more that one car and for many years now. THE BEST place ever, I have had very bad experiences with other shops including the manufacture dealerships JEEP/BMW/Chrysler etc.I stop using other places I only use AAC since I service my cars here, I only get great service, honest and accurate diagnostics, friendly personal. They see you as person no just another job. My experiences here have been TOP of the line. Thank you AAC team for really care for your customers.Service: Auto A/C recharge
