I am very much thankful for Hesketh. I've been meaning to do a review a LONG time ago. My truck was acting all funny, and everyone easily diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. When I needed to come back, they were very kind and generous the second time around, so I definitely had to give them a really good review due to their flexibility and kindness.

I've been doing business with Hesketh automotive for 3 years now, between my personal vehicles and my pilot vehicles I have never had any problems, and the service has been excellent. Highly recommended. (P.s. Do call ahead)

Great local repair shop. Honest and do good work. John Hesketh is very experienced in working on all kinds of cars and trucks. He and his people have always done a good job for us. I do suggest an appointment as they do get busy in the summer.

I brought my truck and trailer in to have the wiring fixed on the trailer lights. After paying 200 dollars for the repair I was assured that things would be working. Nothing was fixed, all the same problems. I called John to try and get some help in describing what repairs he did in hopes I could explain the repair to a different mechanic. He refused to send me a copy of the invoice. John was rude, defensive, and condescending. It's one thing to be an inept "mechanic" but to be such a jerk about a situation he created was extremely frustrating. Avoid his shop like the plague

Both of my vehicles broke down within days of each other and needed major repairs. Although they were swamped, they took them in and fixed them as soon as they could. Totally professional and honest. Very lucky to have them here in West Point. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really poor customer service a truly unprofessional Business. By the time my appointment came to see or talk about progress done on my vehicle, little behold to my surprise, there was absolutely nothing done. 0%. They didn't attempt fixing my vehicle at all, as if worker is unattentive, lazy or simply not interested in the customers needs whatsoever, or even being paid. It's unfortunate there isn't an option to rate this business and their customer service, zero stars. I should have listened to the other local's opinions before going. Had high hopes, since It's not that far from where I live, utterly disappointing .It's a shame that I cannot recommended this business, I just don't want anyone else needing work done on their vehicle to have their time completely waisted.

The guys working here are very helpful and will not ever lie to you, if they say it's not worth fixing, or you need a new car then they are right, my cars is a clunker and they told me to do a timing belt would cost more then the value of the car, "309k". I called several shops after and I would say 90% of the shops wanted more $ and trying to up sell me on things I did not need. So I took seans advice and got a little newer car, "better mpg" and now they are my go to shop for life. From wippers blades to head gaskets these guys know there stuff!!! Thank you A +++++ service, p.s. love the dog

This is a small operation, so attention to detail is a big deal. Great mechanics, I feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands..
