I had the greatest experience working with Pristine Collision Center after my auto accident. Chris carefully walked me through the insurance process with the utmost patience, he answered all my questions in great detail & even ensured I was provided a rental car with pick up/drop off service. Diana kept me in the loop every step of the way as my vehicle was being fixed. Their communication was consistent, clear and they worked assuredly with all 3rd parties involved regarding parts, realignment and vehicle detailing! I highly recommend this auto body shop for all of your domestic and foreign needs. Ladies, you will never have to second guess the care you are in when dealing with such an honest, pro customer team. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. They quoted me an estimage for $26,000 for my car, then ended up billing the insure co $46,000, which was a total ripoff, including $7000 for a ppf and stripe, which they took forever to do and did a terrible job on. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct it, and instead of doing that they just came up with lies and excuses and tried to charge me even more to add a small piece to the stripe. Then instead of apologing and trying to fix things, the owner physically threatened me for writing a bad review of their ppf/wrap business (Pristine Motorsports).

My Toyota Prius s front bumper was damaged in a hit and run in a parking lot: minor damage, but an ugly dent and big scratch.Chris and the team got the car looking new quickly and at a very fair price. Timelines were communicated early and upfront, and service was completed quickly. Extremely satisfied!

This place is a HIDDEN GEM amongst mechanics in california. My celebrity friend, GigiEats referred me to this place. Before here mechanics were charging me $4000 just to change the tires (then they wanted to fix shocks struts etc).. i went broke; every mechanic in l.a bites off more than they can chew. I came here wanting my door changed and was expecting to pay a boatload and they gave me the most reasonable price ever.Not only that they went above and beyond and fixed the bottom of my car that was damaged from a side swipe and even fixed up my license plate.Gigi told me this place has NEVER ripped her off and i could tell you that they are good people and amazing at their jobs.Dont go getting ripped off by other mechanics.. come here first you wont regret it!! I took tbe 49 minute drive there from the valley and NEVER want to go to ANY mechanics again besides these people!

This is an updated review. I brought in my 2018 Honda Clarity to have the banged and previously fixed quater panel repainted(an angry pedestrian banged on it and created small creases), the previous mom and pop bodyshop messed up the paint. Chris told me they could fix it for 1000. However, they misunderstood me first time around. It took the shop 3 times to complete the job. I appreciate the team's effort to fix it 3 times, customer service seemed great, Chris always gave me updates about the working process. However , the first time due to the miscommunication, they repainted without fixing what I wanted to fix, it just looked polished, they re did it the second time, they did a great job fixing the minor creases, but its got sort of sanding marks under the paint, and they saw it, so the third time, they fixed that, but the reflection of panel now looks a bit blurry/fuzzy, i had to take it back and had them repolished and sanded, it looked great upon picking up the car, but the normal mirror like reflection fizzled out in a week or so. I hate to be a difficult customer, but the end result has been bothering me, so I contacted the shop again, ultimately Chris told me if I wanted it to be perfect, I would have to replace and repaint the while panel which offended me a bit as acustomer because I believe thenormal paint job would not have fuzzy reflection, I just want a newly painted paint without blurry reflection, even older car paint has normal not fuzzy/blurry reflection. I appreciate they spent 3 time trying to fix it, but it isn't my fault that they had to do it three times. 1000 dollar repair is probably reasonable, but it is still a lot of money and the end result is disappointing. The shop probably won't fix this either even though it is covered by warranty. It is frustrating, I believe it is still the bodyshop's responsibility to fix it because of the warranty. I think partial refund should be the solution since I don't expect the shop to fix it for the 4th time. I have not been contacted by the shop, it is disappointing and I feel cheated.

This place is amazing- the best auto shop I have ever been to. The staff is so professional, kind, and fair. They really care about their customers and do excellent work. Couldn t recommend this place more highly!!!

After reading the reviews carefully, I entrusted by 2000 NSX to Pristine to repair some fender damage. I was not disappointed in the least. They were friendly, flexible, competent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repairServices: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Was rear ended and needed a place to fix my car and Pristine was AMAZING from beginning to end. All of the staff was great, but Diana was especially amazing. She helped me work with my insurance company, keep me updated throughout the entire process and was so personable and sweet. Plus they did a fantastic job fixing the car, and did it in a timely manner too. Would 10/10 recommend! Quality work and an amazing staff!

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Pristine. They are kind, courteous, very fair and most importantly, excellent at auto repair. My car was a mess (thank you, pole). Not only did they do a stellar job repairing the damage, they cleaned my car to the point that it looks brand new. And they did this all within the timeframe promised.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are the best in city. They restored my Lexus SUV so well that I couldn't even tell where any of the damage had been. They are very fair in pricing, professional and polite. Their work is top notch and they are always on time and on point. I went to like 6 shops to compare for a repair and this place beat all of them for price and time. Don't got anywhere else.

I had my Mercedes C300 rear-ended a few months ago and had been looking for a good body shop to help with parts replacement and repair. Was referred to David and the team at Pristine Collision Center via a recommendation from Johann's Independent Mercedes BMW Service (they couldn't do a back bumper replacement in-house).All in all it was a great experience working with David and his team. The car looks good as new, and the price was also very affordable relative to other market quotes. The whole process also only took 4 business days. Highly recommended!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me to understand the entire process with also having to deal with the insurance company. The girl who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything even as they were very busy. They were also able to see me, look at my cars damage, and write me up estimate when every other shop in the area that I called before Pristine couldn't even make me an apt for a minimum of two weeks. 5/5

Had the most amazing experience at Pristine today! Jorge helped me, and gave me honest and fast service. I had a quick fix on my van, and it was refreshing to finally find an auto repair place that wasn't trying to cheat me. I had to get some body work done and had gone to 3 different places, all of which quoted me prices that seemed absurd. I stopped by Pristine based on their Yelp reviews and was given what I thought was a very fair price (25% of the cost of the priciest of the other 3 proposals...). The work they did was excellent, the car looks as good as new.Honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I am Sold on Pristine Collision Center I was more than just satisfied with the body work they did on My car! Yet, even more impressed with the degree of professionalism and excellence that is evident in everyone I met. Excellent service here. Called up and spoke with Bill. I had to come in before work, as this was the only time I could make it to this part of town. Bill set up an appointment to see me right when they opened the next morning at 8 AM. They finished replacing my rear driver's side window in about 45 minutes and had me out the door. Service was professional and Bill explained to me why he charged ~$200 for the new window when other places charge ~$165. He says he won't use cheap parts made in China, which other retailers use, because they have more problems and tend to be poor replacements. I appreciated knowing the difference and was happy to pay a bit more for a more professional job (and so I would never have to deal with this problem again, hopefully). Highly recommended!

Javier and his guys do amazing work on my BMW X5! I was recommended to Pristine Automotive after Beverly Hills BMW did a terrible job on my car and wasted a lot of my time. I have been to Pristine several times for major services like water pump replacement, radiator, brakes / rotors, valve covers, all fluids replaced etc. Pristine even towed me for free when I was stranded at 11pm from my water pump going out! These guys are an amazing team and can diagnose any problem, order the exact BMW part and replace it same day usually.I would definitely recommend Pristine if you are looking for an honest mechanic and high quality work from a team of guys who know everything about luxury cars!

Javier and the team at Pristine are great. Friendly. Skilled. No over-inflated mark-up on parts. Fair labor charges. Done on time. It s the first time since I can remember getting in a car after it s been to the mechanic, and it actually feels better!!

I love this place. It's the only auto repair shop I've ever felt comfortable with -- whatever they tell me I need, I do.They never try and rip you off; they've even done a check on my car and sent me to the Toyota dealership free of charge because they thought the problem might be covered under my warranty there.They also caught that a problem I was having was only a mis-wiring in the computer ($100 to fix) rather than needing to replace extremely expensive equipment that another shop was quoting $1200 for!I can't recommend them enough.

This is a great honest auto shop. The owner helped me understand what needed to be fixed in my car and walked me through the pricing. Pristine stuck to their deadline when my car would be ready and pick up was seamless.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! My SmartCar died at the Pep Boys on Hollywood Blvd after flashing and jerking all the way there on my way home from work to Hollywood from the Valley. Pep Boys doesn t work on Smart Cars so I was going to have to have it towed to Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills. I called a local tow joint and they recommended taking it to Pristine as I wouldn t be charged outrageous diagnostic fees the way BHMB would (to see what was wrong with my car). The tow truck was a flatbed and actually came from Pristine and was at Pep Boys in 15 mins. The driver was polite and friendly and safely towed my car to Pristine. When I got there the service technician and manager both pleasantly greeted me and assured me I was in good hands. Keep in mind I was a little if not very nervous about having someone look at my car on the recommendation of a tow company so I was a little concerned. My concerns were squashed when after about 40 mins the service technician explained to me I had a phantom sensor glitch in my transmission and nothing to worry about. They could reset the sensor if I wanted but didn t strong arm me into doing so. They were able to drive the car and had it turn on fine. They didn t even charge me for the diagnosis and gave me the peace of mind I needed to drive home safely. And to top off this excellent customer service they only charged me $40 for the tow!!!! Everyone treated me professionally and did not try to rip me off whatsoever. It made my day after all I had been through and I can promise you this is where I ll be taking in my Smartcar from now on for all its service work needs. Good people, fair, trustworthy and honest. A gem in the heart of Hollywood.

Had an emergency and these guys helped in my time of need. Aaron was fantastic too - that guy deserves serious recognition. He made it a 5 star experience almost single handedly.Great shop - highly recommend.Service - emergency new tire and alignment.

There's a reason why these guys have the highest, positive rating over any other mechanic in Los Angeles....they're the best. Ask for Ronnie, he's awesome. I drive a modest car and I am not a Hollywood privileged "rich kid" (I've been turned away from other mechanics in the past in Hollywood, because I'm young and I don't drive a Mercedes or BMW.) Despite the fact that the Pristine Auto parking lot was jammed with every kind of high performance car, most of them celebrity owned, Ronnie took the time to help me, no questions asked! He did a tremendous amount of work to my car and charged me very little, or didn't charge me at all! I have never seen such honestly or good will to another human being exemplified in Los Angeles, at this level...by of all places, an auto mechanic. - Kevin Kilcoyne

Arguably, the most fair & honest shop in this city. I had a clutch go out that led to a domino effect of desaster on my car. I called several shops. Finally I spoke to a mechanic at Pristine who made me feel very comfortable over the phone. I decided to take my car to them. I price checked everything they fixed and spoke to a mechanic back home about what I had witnessed as the cars symptoms and what the guys at Prestine were telling me. Everything checked out, and to say that I saved a ton of money as opposed to the estimates I had been quoted by the competition, would be an understatement! I have taken my car to Prestine ever since and I have yet to have a bad experience.

Every time I go to this Auto Shop I know my car will be taken care of by the best. They always find out exactly what is wrong with my car, tell me what needs to be fixed, and are more than fair with pricing. It's so good to know that I found such an honest, great auto shop!
