Two awesome experiences in a short week from these guys. They helped me take care of a repair paid for by someone who hit me without any trouble. Worked it all out with the other party and made it seamless for me. Later the next week, I had a check engine problem (unrelated) and at a critical time they checked my car out and made sure it was safe to drive. I highly recommend them.

My new mechanic. Recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 and bought it to One Stop for a pre purchase inspection. Gave me a thorough report of some issues that needed to be addressed that the seller took care of. Just brought my car in for front brakes and an oil leak and again received excellent service. Reasonable prices, honest advice, and great service.

One Stop is fantastic. Fair prices. Honesty. They will tell you if something does not really need to be fixed or if there is a less costly alternative. They they responsibility for their work. They are a breath of fresh air in a profession that has too many who try to take advantage.

I took my car here after it was hit and run. Brad gave me a quote based on photos and stuck to that price. More than fair prices, super nice people, and insanely fast service. I had my car in and out in less than 5 days! I recommend One Stop 100%!

Took my car in for flat tire and they checked it thoroughly and no flat was found. Been there a few times and they are always ready to serve you. Good mechanics.

The guys at One Stop are THE BEST!Have been taking my car here for many years and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Me and my 1990 Honda Accord Ex have been customers of One Stop Auto Shop for the past 13 years. The reason why I'm a loyal customer to One Stop Auto Shop is that what ever the problem might be with my 30 year old Honda Accord, it's FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME. And because of that, there's NO reason to go else where for your automotive needs. Darren

This is the place I recommend to all my friends who need auto repairs. They do excellent work and their prices are very low compared to their competition. If your car breaks down in LA, take it to One Stop and get an outstanding result.

I came here to fix my chevy spark. It was slowing down after accelerating. He fixed a part but realized that was not totally the issue. He then did research and realized my car had a transmission problem that is hard to notice. He told me my make and year of car had warranty which I never knew. Took it to Chevy and transmission get fixed under warranty. He saved me thousands. Great customer service.

People who work there are super real. Drop your car off early so they can have the day to do whatever services are needed. I will continue to take my car there.

I have been going there for over a decade and they are the best! Honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. Maintenance and bodywork for my old Prius is impeccable and they never take advantage of me. They ve even sent me away after refilling my oil without a bill.

The technicians at One Stop Auto Shop are incredibly professional, high quality, and reasonable. BEST OF THE BEST - I've been taking my vehicles to One Stop for over 25 years. They worked on my 1983 Volkswagen Rabbit Pick-Up, my 2009 Honda Civic Coupe and now my 2016 Audi A3. This is an honest shop, with great prices. The owner Brad and his son Ethan have been serving the Los Angeles community for as long as I can remember. This is a family owned business. They're good people with a crew of master mechanics. My A3 is running smooth, so thank you One Stop for your excellent work and community service. Stopped by the shop to make an appointment for a slow leaking tire. The shop was very busy. They took care of the tire right then and there. Pulled a good sized screw from my tire, plugged it, brought it up to the proper pressure and checked the other tires as well. My husband and I use One Stop Auto Shop exclusively. You won't be disappointed.Scheduled an appointment for 1-27-2021. 20,000 mile check up for my Ford as well as an oil change. Nothing new to report - it's the same excellent service, as always. Would highly recommend One Stop Auto Shop for all your car needs.5/24/2021 I had an 'encounter' with a cement pillar in an underground parking garage. Had damage and needed to have it fixed. Our go to place for anything car related is One Stop Auto Shop and we went there for an estimate which our insurance company approved. The car was fixed in a few days and it looks good. One Stop Auto Shop is my go-to auto repair business! They're great, I've been there many times with every car I've leased or owned. They are very close to where I live so it's incredibly convenient to get to and from their location and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and trustworthy. I recommend One Stop to all my friends! It's like having a great doctor who knows you well and you know without hesitation you can depend on his/her expertise and extensive knowledge. I m from out of town 4 hours away. After arriving my check engine light came on. Saw all the positive reviews about One Stop Auto so went to them. I agree, these guys very friendly, professional and most of all knew exactly what to do to clear my problem. I will definitely keep them in my notes if need service in the future.

After suffering damage from a hit and run I took my car to One Stop Auto Shop to have the parts replaced. They were professional and worked with my insurance company for a great outcome. Extremely lovely people!!! They are very respectful of your time and up front about costs. They also won't do anything that your car doesn't need. Even though it's a 30min drive, I will be coming here for my auto work.

I stopped by One Stop Auto for the first time after reading their positive reviews. I was happy to find all of their great reviews are true! I stopped in to get my car checked out and suspected I needed a new battery. From the moment I got there, the staff was helpful and friendly. They looked at my car right away and had were able to place a new battery within 15 min. They did not hassle or sell me on additional products or services which I appreciate. I will definitely be coming back for my future auto needs.
