Roberto and Suzie are amazing!!! My recent experience at their shop was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Roberto took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. His expertise and attention to detail instilled confidence in me right away.Throughout the repair process, Suzie kept me updated every step of the way. Her communication skills are impeccable, ensuring that I never felt in the dark about the progress of my car. Not only that, but she went above and beyond to make the entire experience as convenient as possible.When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed at the quality of the workmanship. I can't recommend Roberto and Suzie's body shop highly enough.

Roberto has been our mechanic for two years now and he and his team have always treated us like family. Roberto always finds time to answer questions and look at our car, he is very pedagogical and the job is very well done at a fair price. I highly recommend him and his team.

Had a good experience at this mechanic. Amazing team who genuinely cares about you and your vehicle, as though you are family. Suzie is one of the kindest people ever! Great energy. Great communication. Outstanding people skills.

Amazing experience. Family business, great people - I wish I had them back in IL!. From the first call with Suzie to the diagnosis and repairs done on my daughters 1998 Montero (which we drove 2000 miles from IL ) this was without doubt the best Auto Repair shop experience I have had in 29 years of living in the USA. Remember that shop back in the day when you dropped your car off and knew that they genuinely care? Remember that mechanic that will only do what is needed and give recommendations that are for the good of the car and not just to add cost. This is the place. Our daughter will now be living here in LA and I am so happy to have found G B. Our car is old but very unique and special, Roberto was so helpful and his mechanic was also. First class. I had the most amazing experience with G & B Autoservice. Roberto and Suzie aren t only fantastic at their job, they are also the nicest and most helpful people I have met in a long time.I am from Germany and don t know a lot about cars. Moving to LA I got a little lost in trying to find an affordable and reliable car. Roberto went out of his way in helping me to find a car in great condition I could afford. He fixed a few necessary things and made sure it is safe to drive.I always thought that there is a special place in hell reserved for all the mechanics and body shops that ripped me of in the past (haha), but Roberto and Suzie proved me wrong. I am eternally grateful for their help and friendliness in a time when I desperately needed help.I wholeheartedly would recommend this bodyshop to everyone who is looking for a fantastic mechanic/bodyshop that treats you and your car with fairness and honesty. Have taken my car here twice once for mechanical repairs and once for body work. Both times I have been more than impressed! Susie goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they are aware of everything and not being taken advantage of. Fair prices, amazing work and quick turnaround!

My experience with this Body shop was nothing like I've ever experienced in the past elsewhere. They were personable, professional and provide quick and concise details when it came to my needs. In fact, I learned a lot about laws of California regarding car insurance companies. George and everyone at G&B are the absolute best!! George is so nice and super on top of it. I ve been going to George for a few years now for everything from minor to major issues with my car. Before they start any work he makes sure to let me know what is going on, explains everything in detail, and lets you know the pricing. He also always gives me a call with updates while it is being fixed, and when my car is done, he shows me all of the parts that needed to be replaced in my car. My car is on the older side and has been having consistent issues for awhile...he told me I was better off selling it and leasing a car...that s how honest he is!!! I trust him with everything, pricing is really good and I love that they always wash your car before you take it home! My car is running beautifully now thanks to George!! G&B is great and I highly recommend!!! Thanks for everything, George!!!

I hardly have the words! George and his crew are absolutely amazing and I will be a customer for life. George s motto was no stress - which was perfectly fitting because he handled all of the details and really took care of everything! They are honest, work quickly, and have amazing attention to detail. When I went to go pick it up, my car looked even better than the day I bought it. George works hard to make sure his customers are happy and feel like they are driving a brand new car off the lot. They really did amazing work and I am so unbelievably grateful. I highly recommend George and the crew at G B Auto and I will never go anywhere else!

Best place hands down! This is now the only place I go and I bring all my family here when they have car troubles. Extremely knowledgeable and most important very HONEST. I have a Mini Cooper and I have normally been charged very high prices just to look at my car before coming to this place so this place has saved me a ton of money. I really wouldn't be able to afford to get my car fixed otherwise. George is very passionate about what he does and explains everything very well! He always finds the best parts and prices and gives me options to choose from. Story time: I took my car to jiffy lube to get the breaks checked and they told me I would have to replace both back break pads and rotors and it would cost $450 which is a huge amount for me right now. I decided to take it to George and he inspected everything thoroughly and informed me that all my pads and rotors were in excellent condition. Jiffy Lube straight up tried to juice me I can't believe it. George's honesty saved me $450 that I didn't have. Thank you! Everything is done with care from start to finish.

George and G&B are incredible! Have been a client for years. Recently had a car accident. The repair to my car is incredible. And took less time than other shops would have. George treats his clients like family and friends -- he's honorable and trustworthy. As a single woman, it was hard to find an auto repair where I didn't feel looked down on or taken advantage of. GEORGE IS THE BEST and I recommend him to everybody I know.

I can t say enough good things about G & B auto!! Car problems used to be a major anxiety trigger for me until i found them. They were referred to me by a coworker and they have been nothing short of amazing! I no longer dread taking my car to be looked at. They make the process so easy. George is so passionate about what he does and a very honest mechanic. I always feel at ease leaving my car with him knowing it s in the best hands. He will never oversell you or short you. I ve been to them for a number of different issues including battery, starter, dead key remote, head light replacements, & brakes. I always get my car back looking and feeling brand new.

I have been to so many mechanics through the years... it's so hard to find good, honest and hard working people in this arena because most people don't understand cars and generally get taken to the ringer because of it. I grew up in a family of mechanics and can usually suss this out fairly quickly. I can honestly say without a doubt George at G&B will be the best guy for the job. He enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. His prices are fair and good. Seeing someone considerate of his customers and ensuring they are pleased with their repairs is a great feeling. You'll walk away feeling assured and appreciated. It's rare to find someone in this trade that loves what they do. I'm lucky to have found him. Can't imagine ever going anywhere else again

I got rear ended on the freeway so I consulted with 3 different auto body shops to start the repair, and once I met with George it was just such an easy choice. He is such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning to the very end. He is so caring, fair, and he and his team do INCREDIBLE work! George truly went above and beyond! I couldn't stop smiling.When I picked up my car it looked even BETTER than it did when I got it brand new. He and his team are artists. I am so happy I found him and his shop and you will be too. I am recommending him to everybody I know. 10/10 service and results. Thank you George!!

After having had George work on my I will never go to anyone else!! Extremely professional, totally transparent, fair prices and he genuinely once to make sure that his customers feel good with their experience. George has replaced both a clutch and starter motor for me. When I came to pay he not only walked me through all the work that was done but he also made sure to show me all of the boxing for my parts so that I could be assured that I was getting brand new dealer parts, a very stand up guy!!

Update on a previous review. I have had a nightmarish car related year with several accidents. Thank goodness for George and his crew! George is honorable, honest, does incredible work, and really cares about his customers. TOP RECOMMENDATIONS. I am so relieved to have found George and his crew.

G & B is one of if not the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. The prices are very fair and the service is even better. The owner George is very accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. I will only take my car to G & B for future repairs. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

By far the city's (maybe even the country's) best Auto Repair shop, to say the least! I believe I can, with all certainty, speak for each and every one of G & B Auto's customers when I say that George and G & B Auto redefine the meaning of what each and every customer's experience should be like when bringing their vehicle in for mechanical or body repairs. You'll know you're at the right place after your first convo with this humble, honest, and gifted gentleman. It only gets better from there!

I recently sent my Vehicle to GB auto to have repairs done to it because of a car accident. George did an amazing job with the car and kept me up to date with the progress of the vehicle. I recommend this shop if you need work done.

G & B Auto is the best! George is so awesome and pleasant, and his work, both mechanically and visually, is unparalleled by anyone in this city, state, and maybe even the entire country. There is a reason why after over 18 years in 1 location, george's business thrives and all of his client�le seems to be from referrals of happy customers. There being 0, and I mean ZERO as in not a single one, negative reviews ANYWHERE about george, after a whopping 18 years in business is purely and simply AMAZING! He deserves it alomg with much more!There isn't a single auto repair shop (specializing in both body and mechanical repairs) anywhere in or around Los Angeles that can come close to G & B Auto.I urge you to stop by and meet George, I guarantee you'll never take your vehicle(s) to anyone else!

George is very friendly and accommodating. I needed my license plate put on the front bumper and there were no sockets. George drilled holes and attached my plate in less than five minutes . . . with NO charge! He is very customer focused and a professional ~
