Bavarian Workshop performed a long list of maintenance jobs on my 1988 M6. The person at the front made sure he understood what I was requesting for every single item. Marc communicated with me multiple times. They are definitely qualified to care for BMW cars.

Came over here a few years ago because I was tired of getting gouged by the local Mini dealer. These guys are awesome. They do great work and their prices are much more reasonable. They communicate with you during the service process and don't recommend work be done that you don't really need. I have not been back to the dealer since, and now I just delete their service reminder emails and call Bavarian instead.

I just bought a 2020 MINI Countryman and was looking for a mechanic that I could trust for the quality of the work and the fairness of the price. I believe I have found it in the Bavarian Workshop. I love my new car and I am very happy to begin this new automotive journey with Bavarian Workshop as a professional companion. I've come away from the first service not only happy with the work and the courteous atmosphere of the shop but also grateful to have learned more about how my new car works, which helps me appreciate it all the more.

Trevor is always hands on and walks you through any additional questions or potential concerns. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Timing with service or repair is always estimated properly with a very prompt turnaround. I highly recommend Bavarian workshop. I ve been a customer for over 2 years servicing both my BMW and Mercedes vehicles and I m very happy with the way they run their operation. Ask for Trevor and he ll take care of you

My car needed a few repairs it was sitting for a little while. I called a few shops around my area but I didn t feel like they were that great. I felt like Bavarian was a quality shop and after talking to Trevor I was happy I set an appointment up with them. They are very thorough, the shop is indeed clean, the pricing for labor and parts are fair, and they are experts at what they do. I had communication with Trevor the entire time and was well taken care of. After popping the hood the work looks clean and crisp and they even cleaned my car a bit. Overall I m glad to have found Bavarian and will be back when I need them, Ty Trevor & the team.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bavarian Workshop is a great shop. They know their stuff and don't try to sell you things you don't need. My '74 2002 needed a lot, and they were upfront and made suggestions for next steps. That's really honest, which is rare. Marc Norris is a guru and Trevor keeps this shop revving like a... BMW engine!

Excellent service and calmed any nerves i may have had. My first time out of warranty for my 530e and the prices are not only fair they will not just tack on unnecessary services like the local dealer.

I read some of the reviews on Yelp which maybe me a bit scared to visit Bavarian Workshop. But ultimately being a car guy the reviews I read just sounded like inexperienced people whining about nothing.I took my brand new 2021 BMW M2 Competition to Bavarian unannounced and without an appointment. I have to admit that I was very excited to get my new wheels put on the car as they just arrived with UPS.When I arrived I was greeted by a very professional young man by the name of Trevor. You could just tell that he was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable person. I asked him if he would consider taking away my old wheels and putting on my new wheels and without any question he said yes. I asked him how much he said $40 which I thought was very reasonable.I was very concerned about the socket he would use because I was afraid it could scratch my new wheels. He told me not to worry and even showed me that the socket that they use is coated with plastic to prevent any wheels from getting scratched. I was instantly relieved.Once he was finished which I might add it took him about 25/30 minutes. I went to go pay my bill. He told me not to worry about the money and that he enjoys helping out members of the west Hills community such as myself.I was very shocked when he said this and I didn t really know how to respond other than I insisted that he allow me to at least give him $40. It s very rare these days that someone would do something like that especially for community.Once I paid him he told me he would use the money to buy the rest of the technicians lunch for the day. I m very happy with my experience and if you are a BMW enthusiast such as myself please ignore the comments and reviews from the few that are attempting to bring down an excellent European repair shop.I d also like to thank Erin who is one of the technicians there, he helped me load my old wheels into my SUV without even me asking him. Really good vibes at this place, I m happy I went there and I look forward to going there again soon.Service: Tires

This place is the best shop in the valley for German repairs, servicing, and tuning. The manager Trevor was very friendly, informative, and gave an accurate timeframe on when my vehicle would be ready. Their pricing is very fair and they even wash your car after it's serviced. I left as a very happy customer. Look no further than Bavarian for your auto service/repair needs!

Incredible customer service, they specialize in BMW. It was my first visit and as a women with a 2015 X5 I was worried I d get taken advantage of- it was the opposite, he was like listen you don t need this part right now so we didn t fix it- you may later we will keep an eye out. Also - they wash the car!!!!! 100% recommend.

After feeling discouraged and ripped off by the dealership, we decided to have Bavarian Workshop complete a necessary repair on our daughter s BMW. We were able to get an appointment within one day. It turns out they were nearly $500 cheaper for the same fix. Not to mention Trevor was SO nice and accommodating! They will now be our go to for our auto repair needs.

I brought my 1991 E30 BMW 318i that had no ac belt attached to it, needed R154a conversion and for some fluid change. This shop was able to get all of that done and was transparent during the process and even got inspection report with pictures for other things that will potentiometrically need attention down the line. I have used Bavarian Workshop consistently for 7 years, for my old 2007 and my new(er) 2018. They are prompt, friendly, and very accommodating. Bavarian workshop is the best BMW mechanic in the area. I have been using them for several years to maintain my 2005 e46 M3, which I have had for practically my entire adult life. This car is my most prized possession and I wouldn't trust any other mechanic in the area with it. I've tried some of the other top-shops in LA and been disappointed. This shop is literally a Breath of fresh air. I absolutely appreciate their honesty and integrity. Their customer service is outstanding and the workmanship is top notch! They are detailed focused! True masters of their profession. If you have a BMW or Mini Cooper, this is the shop to handle all your service needs.
