I actually like the way they worked I went with my daughter. They said we could stay in the car with our dog while they worked Nick was very polite. Made a few suggestions on the air filter the tires, and he even reset the maintenance thing for us. I think it was an awesome experience. We got there in about 12 minutes they had put air in one of our tires check for other fluids. Suggest that we change the air filter. They were pretty decent and they even gave us a coupon for $10 I think it s a good place for an oil change. The guys won t be trying to oversell like other places, and they do recommend certain important things won t be pushyThey were actually very polite and service was quick. I don t have many pictures, but I will go back and get some more. They actually earned it.Service was 59$ - 10$ coupon we paid $51.00 fair price I d say

Bought a Groupon, they accepted it. Told me I had to pay a 30 dollar difference because it was European oil, I said ok I can work with that. They finished the service and right before I was going to drive away they told me they can t accept the Groupon and I had to pay 50 instead. I told they that I had specifically asked if they accepted the promotion if not I would go somewhere else, they changed they mind after providing service and made me pay the 50. Not at all happy with this place. Done all my most recent oil service here, never had this issue.

Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond! I was getting ready to drive back to Texas and needed an oil change when going to the dealership was not convenient. The way they siphoned the oil out was so cool to me. Thanks guys

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. six months ago, I got my oil change done here (synthetic oil )and put about 9000 miles on my car since then. When I checked my oil level recently, I was shocked to discover that there was way too much oil in my engine. This oversight is completely unacceptable and has potentially caused serious damage to my vehicle. I will definitely not be returning to this location for any future oil changes. Beware of their lack of attention to detail and disregard for proper service!

I have been coming here for a couple years now and have had a great experience every time. They are open Sundays which is super convenient as well as their hours during the week. The staff here is kind and helpful. They make recommendations but are not pushy. They offer some other services like engine filter change, cabin filter change and even batteries. The get your oil change done fast. If you are looking for a trustworthy place for an oil change check this place out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The staff at every Valvoline (this is my regular place) are, truly, a well-oiled machine. Complimented by an always cheerful & thorough staff. Excellent interactions at about half-a-dozen visits so far.

Came here to get my oil changed, they recommended tire rotation and air filter, after they completed the work the low tire pressure light was on and hasn't gone away like they said it would. They said it would go away after I drive it a few miles. I don't think there's any certified mechanic working here. If there unable to reset the TPMS system! They shouldn't be offering tire rotation or any type of tire service. Why would they mislead there customers with false claims that there qualified to provide this type of service.The cost for the tire rotation was $29.99 not worth the cost or my time if they can't do the job correctly. They need to correct there mistake or provide a full refund. Not interested in apologies or excuses for there poorly trained employees. Make it right Valvoline!

Great friendly service, but as far as the oil change I m always coming with with the filter not being put on right , or size didn t even fit my car. You guys really need to start showing customers the old one and actually show customers the new oil filter your about to put on. Truth is we don t know exactly what you guys are doing under there. On top of now my oil is leaking in three different places not saying it s you guys but went to you guys for a oil change now I m having serious oil leaks.Like I said just start showing customer that you are actually changing and putting the right filter on and new!Other then that great service and fast.

I loved coming here until I found out the were not changing my oil filter. I know Toyota's can break easily but the oil change includes a filter change there's no excuse as to why it is not being done. If I go back I will definitely be asking to see the old filter to know it was changed out.

Sunday 9.17.23 stop by need a wick oil change , first experience stay in the car , then what shock me the price was high for an oil change , second the gentleman who was creating the receipt never explain what they were going to do , third surprise was when I was leaving a Caucasian guy was laughing an texting on his phone not sure what he was texting picture of the motor , picture of the vin , but he had a stupid smile in his face , for me personally was not a good experience .

Quality work for an oil change but VERY expensive. It costs $79.99 for a full synthetic oil change and $99.99 to change the recommended power steering fluid. Came out of the oil change with a charge of $194.32, most of which went toward parts. Is this inflation reasonable or did I just pay for premium?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a great experience as a first time customer. I was in a hurry, I was out of there in less then 15 min, and I didn t even have to get out of my car! I got a basic oil change and a tire rotation.

I went their , I was in the line for 30 min.... Stuck behind a van that needed approvals. There were other cars that came after me in line but got servic3 and left.I was quoted for $210 which was too much for me, I finally went to jiffy lube in Chino and got the oil change for $160And the staff was very friendly and helpful their arranging a $20 coupon for meThe staff at Valvoline was very hostile...

It was my first time taking my car to a drive through oil change. I loved the experience!!! It is like the chick-fill-A of oil changes. The workers were fast, efficient, friendly, funny and helpful. They explained everything as they were working on my car. It was actually fun and educational. Driving away I could totally feel the difference. I highly recommend trying it.

I'm glad I stopped and had it done. I used to go to another place to get my oil changed but this shop is closer to my house. They did an excellent job. I'll be back.

Very friendly staff. Did not feel pressured to buy additional services. Prices were up front. It is a little pricey, but you do pay more for the convenience. Wait time was not too long.
