I took my Toyota pickup truck to Seidners Collision Center in West Covina for vehicle repair. The customer service is outstanding!Sal, estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process of the repair and keeping me updated with text messages and phone calls.Ver�nica, service representative has great people skills, she is very nice, polite, pleasant, professional and service oriented. I want to specially thank Pedro Manager, for ensuring that the quality of work performed on the vehicle is to the satisfaction of the customer. I am very happy and pleased with the work performed! The paint job is perfect . I highly recommend this place !!

If you need car repairs, I highly recommend this place. My insurance company referred me to them and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient they were. I expected to wait a week or two for my car to be fixed, but the team was able to get it done in just a few days. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon, fully cleaned and with the necessary repairs made. They took care of everything and the whole process was effortless. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any car repairs you may need.

The employees at Seidner's West Covina are so easy to work with. They explain everything, whether you're coming in to get work done on your own or are dealing with an insurance company due to an accident. Their service and quality of work are amazing. I'll be bringing my cars here for a long time.

Incredible customer service. High quality and fast. Lewis was friendly from the moment dropping off the car to picking it up. Car looks brand new, plus they washed the car and it even smells new.

Incredible service! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and helped me right away! Vanessa in the front was quick to help me and friendly, in less than 5 mins Vu was able to help me out with my estimate and always honest. I was able to get a shuttle ride home no charge. While my car was in the shop I was texted updates on it along with phone calls. I didn t even had to call for updates I could just check them out on my phone. In received my car super clean, it was washed, vacuum and polished. Service was amazing.

The Covina location was A+ from start to finish. I was informed about my vehicle every step of the way. When a situation was presented, Vu informed me and did not leave me in the dark. But to my surprise, my car was ready 1 week and a half earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend Covina Seidner s to any and everybody!!!

This was a truly awful experience. I took my car here because my insurance had me take it here to get it checked out and subsequently repaired. Each and every time someone called from the shop, they were rude, unprofessional, and had a hostile attitude toward me. They spoke to me as though I was beneath them and treated me like I was a nuisance for them repairing my car. If I could give them zero stars I would because I have never felt so insulted in my life. If you can, avoid this place and their employees at all costs.

It s been a while since I ve needed collision repair on my vehicle and chose Seidners because it was close to home. The customer service was great. They texted me along the way and called me to proceed with repairs when the final inspection had a higher estimate.Overall, it was a good experience from beginning to end!

Worst service ever. Dont bring your vehicle here they disassembled the vehicle and still didn't fix it. I was asking for them to just reassemble it so i can drive it and they are charging me money

Got in an accident on the 57 coming back into town during holidays, AAA tow truck driver took my vehicle here since I lived on other side of town.Everytime I called them I got a different story, first they wouldn't touch the vehicle unless I was onsite, in person; after explaining the hours away I lived. Next they don't work on Audis.A few weeks later after I moved the vehicle to another shop; they continued to call me about moving forward with the work.

I stumbled on them for a different reason then decided to use them on my own car. I have no complaints and will use them again if I (unfortunately) need collision work. I came here based on the shared companies with AAA. The Employees were always informed as far as what was needed to be done with my vehicle, were always welcomed for any additional services (lift ride home). Every week between Tues. & Thurs. I would always receive an up to date on my vehicle with anticipated dates of when the car was finished. Any additional work that needed to be done they would inform and ask for your consent to do so. Overall was done in 2 1/2 weeks :)Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time dealing with an auto repair after a car accident & everyone at Seidner s made this so easy & stress free for me. Not only was everyone extremely kind, they had great communication with me every step of the ways, advocated for my car with my insurance, & repaired my car SO quickly!!! This is the worst experience we've ever had.our suv worked was in excellent condition before accident and accused us that our tailgate didn't work before. Didn't do anything to repair it,sent us to dealer and blamed them that they broke the door.we had to go to another shop to get a minor adjustment done.i strongly suggest to use other shop's and DO NOT TRUST VU.. he doesn't know what he's talking about and manipulates insurance so they can settle for cheapest arrangement.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my Honda civic for repairs and it took about a week to complete which I think was very fast and I was so happy with how my car turned out! It s like the accident never happened. They made the entire experience for me very easy. I will bring my car back here if I ever need any repairs in the future!!!

Brought the car in due to rear end collision. Rear bumper panel needed to be replaced.Service advisor explained the process, gave me a time frame and kept me in the loop regarding completion time. Was quoted 4-5 days to complete, took 7 days but overall not a big deal and was satisfied.When the car finished, there were some issues which I ended up having to deal with the manager Pedro. He took care of all my issues and is the reason I'd highly recommend this shop 5/5.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I paid them a daily storage fee from them to work on my car. That $1340.00 I wasted while they were making repairs (actively physically working on my car). In the 7 days they had my car, my estimate went from $3,160.00 to o over $10,000.00.
