This was my first visit to Purrfect Auto. Came because this place because my dad recommended them and they had a better deal on a full synthetic oil change than my dealership or jiffy lube. Hameed was very kind, responsive and informative. He also noticed that my brake fluid was as black as night. He gave me a deal that was a no brainer to do all 3 (oil, rotation, brake fluid) so I said let's do it. We took care of the oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush in about 50 minutes. The entire time he updated me on the process. I'll definitely be coming back to this place for my auto repair needs.Car model: 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV

This place left me feeling scammed and I don't recommend coming here..I went for a smog test and they immediately tried to upsell me a service on something not even related to a smog test. Shortly after I denied their recommendation, they broke the news to me that my car failed to pass. I later found out it was because they hooked up my car without checking if my systems were ready. They told me someone erased all the data and I needed to drive it so many miles before I could retest. Then they tried to sell me a fuel injection system cleaning saying it would help.They could've saved me paying for a test I wasn't ready to take and didn't even honor their coupon and charged me way more than I expected. To top it off, they charged me extra for the electronic transfer fee and told me I would have to start all over and repay the same amount for the retest.

Thieves and liars/ Ministry. I came with a coupon for free brake inspection and possibly brake pad replacements. They immediately ruined my lug nuts and stripped my wheel stud. I explained to the owner that I had replaced the same tire this week on my own with no problem and that I was a veteran taxi driver for 35 years and taxi cab owner in California. They should be out of business. It's really sad for them because I was willing to spend 200-400 dollars with them for honest work.

The owner Hamad was very informative, transparent , and kind. They laid out what needed to be done, and provided multiple options for our budget. Great service, great team!

Took my car in for a brake check and they said everything was good...but recommended to replace a rotor and brakes..when I said no need too at this moment that's when the attitude started.. still shaking my head .. very unprofessional first time and last there...

I really have a love and hate relationship with this mechanic. Within the past 2 years I've spent close to $10,000 fixing my car. I had to get a new engine, transmission, 2 water pumps, wiring, hosing, axle, and several other things. I keep going back because the work they do is great. Once a problem is fixed it doesnt come back--except the water pump-- which leads me to my next point. Keep records of what you have done with your car. Theres an indian guy there that will recommend services that you've already done to your car so be mindful of the repairs that you arent paying twice. The are on the expensive side, but the work quality and speed definitely off sets the expense. They also offer financing with i'll admit does come in handy, but the interest rate is egregious. Overall i do give them a 5 star based on the quality of their work and the speed in which they do it.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I will give it a negative star if it is possible. I came in for a smog check with their smog special coupon of $14.99 plus $8.25 for state certificate. However, I ended up paying much more than that. When questioned about the reason(s) why they don't honor their coupon, the store manager (Hameed) started yelling at me and accusing me of not being respectful. So, my friends, next time when you go to their store and are cheated upon by them, make sure you show your respect to their action and don't ask any questions. What kind of business this is!!!!

Good for basic services! The workers are friendly and efficient, and getting simple services done (oil change, brakes, etc.) isn t a hassle. Amazingly kind Staff and awesome Technicians! I just recently came here for the first time and will continue to bring my Honda Civic here for maintenance and major repairs. They are pet friendly and didn't mind that I brought my Cat in with me. This place is Purrfect! Car passed smog. But didn't have the CARB sticker so they failed me. You would think that they would not test smog if they didn't see the sticker upfront and inform me about getting the sticker since that's an automatic fail. But no. Tested it anyway. Failed me because of no sticker. One of the people said I can bring my car back with the sticker and he would charge me 40 to retest. So I did. Nope. Had to pay for another test full price. I can't believe people still bring their cars here.

If I could leave a review with negative stars I would. They don t even deserve the one. He charged me $150 for a diagnosis that he never did. Jaime works with Assurant and I brought my car here under warranty. It sat in his shop for 3 months while I called and even came to try and speed up the process. I lost my job and my apartment since I couldn t get transportation to work for 3 months! He was extremely rude to me every time we spoke and offered an under the table deal to fix my car off the warranty and told me my claim was denied when it was not. I took my car to VJs and they didn t even charge me the diagnosis fee up front. They started the claim immediately and I ve had no issues since. Even towing my car from this shady place they gave the tow guys trouble just picking it up. These are scammers. They stole money from me and a few things out of my car and pretended they never saw it. I would never trust these people with a bike let alone a car. Don t waste your time or money they literally ruined my life. I hope this shop goes down. They aren t helping anyone but themselves.

They try to tell you you need things you don't need and lie about prices. My wife had oil changed and didn't put the oil in.So we found out later and they denied it .We never went back , for that money most places are the same or even better. Without the risk.

I took my car for a smog check and they said it didn't pass because it needed a fuel injection service and So I paid $127.38 thus $ 40 for smog check and and $87.38 for the fuel injection. Then he comes back and said it needed more work. I refused and drove away. They are scamming peoplePlease beware and stay away.

Purrfect Auto service is far from perfect. Zero stars and the older staff with black horn rimmed glasses who was managing the front desk at 1:37 pm today needs to take some customer service classes for his lack of empathy and hostility to brand new customers. When I entered the place, I was not greeted, no smile.Earlier I called Purrfect and was given a quote of 35 with staff member Steve and drove out for my smog check. Steve was friendly on the phone and I told him i will be there once I hung up. When I arrived, there was older staff and I informed him about my phone call for walk in smog check and the quote I was given.The older staff member said he would not honor the price I was quoted. He said Steve left for the day. He then continued to upsell me. He also then informed me that there is a transmission fee of over $13.25 (they have to send information to Sacramento). In the time of this age, phone calls, faxes, email and texting are very little cost. This was another bogus number. I mean mailing priority is less than that.The older staff member was unfriendly, wouldn t provide me his name, and was not willing to help or ask his manager. He asked me to leave and said I was causing problems. As a brand new customer and my first time here, I felt hurt and was discriminated. Im just asking for clarification- wouldn t you?I drove 30 minutes to get here. It s poor business practice and I would not recommend this facility. As a new customer, be in my shoes, and see how I feel. This is your typical bait and switch.The older staff excused himself and left me standing there in their waiting area. I mean really - walking away from customers.

DO NOT GO HERE They are the absolute worst! I went for a simple smog check and they tried charging me over 100 dollars for extra work that I had just gotten done. He told me my brake fluid was black and wouldnt even open the cartridge to see and it was not. They are a bunch of scammers and whatever you do DO NOT COME HERE!! I would give this place negative stars if I could.

I went there to get a smog check. I had printed out one of their online coupons that gave the price as $14.99 plus certificate. The only restriction on the coupon was if the car was older than 2000, which mine isn't. At the counter I produced the coupon and DMV paperwork. It was all good until he realized it was a Corvette. Then he said, "It's $64.99 plus certificate." I left and went to another Purrfect auto, and got my $14.99 smog. Stay away from this counter person scam artist!

I had a small nail in my tire they quickly took my car back and took it out but I was shocked to hear is $35 prices have gone up since the last time I had a nail in my tire. I was more upset with the fact they left my new car unlocked with the keys inside and the windows down as it was sprinkling. I guess all they care about is getting the $35 and Not responsibility for the car. The guy who helps me is very nice but not sure if they sold to new Owners. Just not the same. I won t take my car back.Service: Tires

I was searching for a place on Yelp for an oil change since my car has been way overdue. I called the place and they gave me a fair price and service was quick as well. I also needed to get my filters change and was given a great price for all three services. It's my first time here and definitely won't be the last.

-0I took my car to this place by emergency, when they made the diagnosis they were never precise in what my car actually had, according to what the person at the front desk told me "he was pretty sure that it was about that" practically he was guessing, but he gave me a one year warranty for the service, (which gave me a little comfort).I left my car there (for the emergency), they charged me $ 900 dllsMy car was only good for a few days, and I came back to have it checked again, I assumed that they would validate the guarantee that they offered me and it was not like that.They no longer wanted to be responsible and I had to leave my car for one night in the parking lot, when I returned the next day for my car in a tow truck, they left the key inside the car, they were not responsible either and I had to pay my money to the towing service for unlock it.They made fun of me, stole my money, destroyed my car engine for guessing at a diagnosis, and they were never nice.Stay away from this workshop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Eddie, the owner has really bad and unprofessional customer service!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Came here to get my brakes changed. They were squeaking a little when stopping. Left the car with them pretty much all day. Picked it up and somehow the brakes seemed worse. Brought it back a couple days later for them to fix and they did. The brakes work better now but immediately started squeaking again. Probably won't trust them to work on my car again.Service: Brakes

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided great service. I came in to replace 2 tires originally, however, when they checked all my tires, I actually needed all 4 replaced. I went with their suggestions on tire choice and replaced all 4 tires. I am extremely satisfied because now my car drives amazingly better. The ride comfort and handling have both improved drastically. I highly recommend America's Tire for their amazing service and friendliness.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I took my 8 year old car in for a smog. I had a bad feeling about this place. Again, I went in for a smog. Why did they take air filter off? I immediately took to dealer. They called to say battery is completely dead! I called Purrfect Auto and asked to speak to a manager. I told them what they did to my car and I was going to give them a bad YELP review and file a complaint with the Bureau of Auto Repair, and i was hung up on. I called back and a different gentleman answered i asked him to let me speak. He told me F k U and hung up on me. I called a different Purrfect Auto and asked smog procedures removing filter is not protocol for smog.Do not patronage this placei

Went in for a smog as soon as I go in they told me if I wanted and oil change and I was just there for a smog. The car didn't pass note there is no free retest. Took it to another mechanic and they told me that all you need to do was to reset the OBD 2 codes and it passed. Not because I needed a fuel injection!! Good thing I didn't get it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO THIS PLACE!!! I took my car for an oil change, when they finish the job took car to the house and notice that oil was leaking. They messed up the cap where they empty the oil. Took the car back to their shop and they did not accept nor being reponsible for the damage. They knew they messed up and wanted to charge more just to fix. F%%$$kn A%%@sos. BAD SERVICE. WATCH THEY WILL WANT TO RIP U OFF.Service: Oil change

I do not recommend this place. Initially told price was $39.99 for an oil change with high mileage. When my car was done the guy at cashier tried to say I wanted full synthetic and there was a labor charge included. Suggested price said 84.99 but was suppose to pay $65. Corruption at its finest. Look out for places like this. I ended up paying 45 because I wouldn t pay anything more than that. I doubt they even did an oil change.
