I rarely or never write a customer review on google, but I wanted to make sure to give the recognition to the individuals who helped me feel safe in my car while I drive to & from work.With the high prices across the board of all businesses, it has become a hardship for so many. This has put a lot of individuals, like myself, in a position where you're trying to make a dollar stretch because you have extra financial responsibilities.I'm happy to say that Firestone in West Covina is a place I know I can trust. Even though things may not go as planned when it comes to the repairs of your vehicle, I feel safe to say the integrity of the employees at Firestone in West Covina holds up to the end of their agreement.But more importantly, I wanted to thank Rich and David for being friendly, attentive, and giving excellent customer service. These gentlemen made sure to address the concerning issues that arose when it came to servicing my vehicle. Also, I would like to thank Gary, who helped me out when it came time to pick up my vehicle from the shop. He gave wonderful customer service along with an update to some simple replacements that will need to be done, which will take place on a later day. Finally, I like to recognize Abe, who was friendly and was good at customer service. With proper skills and good mentors, I can see Abe doing well in sales.

Took my car here to get turbo and intercooler hose replaced... (parts brand new $800) quoted a price for labor around $700 .. took it to my appt at 8 am... at 5 pm ... i called they said it should be ready by 7pm... I was told a seal was pinched on the new item (wasnt shown the seal) that they removed the new one and swapped it with the old one. At almost 9 pm I got my car back.. as soon as i got home I smelled something burning and saw a puddle under my car... i took it back next day now their turbo guy wasnt there and was told to drive it for a bit and keep eye on coolant.. next day my check engine light comes on and car is acting wierd ( i gave them the codes ) ... I dropped it off again on a thursday but seems like it didnt get looked at till saturday. I had video and pics of smoke from turbo and puddles... but they said leak is on bottom of hose... i said no... then they say its on top.. now their saying i need a new hose ... BUT a different brand and they will order it from their guy..which means i wont be able to get a refund for mine ( order replacement and return old one with receipt ) also they want to charge me another $500 for parts and labor... all i wanted was parts swapped to new parts. I said let me think about it and that I was gonna go have dinner with my family at El Pescador across the parking lot .. i got 3 calls from them saying if I have my key.. i said no.. they kept saying are you sure you dont have it and moved your car... im like WHAT ??? I left the dinner to go back to the shop.. 5 min later they find the key in their KEY LOCK BOX....Prior to taking my car to firestone for "Service" my vehicle was drivable and had no check engine light. Since taking the vehicle to firestone I have not been able to drive my vehicle due to the check engine light and the issues stemming from what was done at firestone (Leak, light smoke from exhaust, smoke/steam by turbo, check engine light, and engine not running properly) since I got my vehicle back. I've been having to borrow someone's car to get to work since I cannot afford to spend money currently getting it serviced AGAIN for what should have been done correctly at Firestone.� My previously running car is now parked undrivable.... waste of time and money... $1500 parts and labour.. cant trust it was done correct now...Update 2/6/24 ... i replied to the reply on this review from bridgestone .... they forwarded a email to management and was told will get a reply in 2 business days... never got a reply even after i sent a reply msg days later...If you want service on your car go to another mechanic.. the other mechanic showed me the NEW HOSE i gave them and showed me it was cut at the end. .. SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK... they $700 job they promised to do... is now costing me a additional $2k (better mechanic and car rental)Upate: (2/18/24) I never got a email back from their customer service dept. I also went in person to try and speak to their management or the person I spoke to at Firestone. No one was at the front desk and the person I spoke to was in the shop area. Another employee came out (30 min later) to ask if I needed help and I said ( with the cut hose in my hand ) I want to speak to that guy about a refund since the part was damaged and work was not done correctly. He told me no managers here come back tomorrow. I told him I want to speak to the person I spoke to during this whole thing. He said no. I said ok I will have to file with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and he said pretty much do what you got to do. So I ended up filing a complaint to the BBB. As well filing a report with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

I had an appointment for today and my job held me behind to make it on time. Called in and see if they could reschedule me and the gentleman who helped me was very courteous & fit me in for the same day. After a long work day it s nice to have such a nice customer experience myself. Got my tires rotated and was in and out in half an hour. :)Highly recommend this place!

Richard and his team provided excellent customer service! It was a bit of a wait but that's normal anywhere you go. It's been 15 years since I drove a manual car and Richard gave the reassurance I needed to drive my car and showed me the proper way to park on hills with my break on and gear into position.Thank you guys for your excellent service!!!

I've come to this Firestone a couple of times now and every single time it's such a great experience. The manager, Richard, is a good dude to talk to and he super straight forward with what he's offering you per recommendations and is always considerate. Overall great experience and fast service.

I got new tires for my 2022 Tesla Model Y LR and needed an alignment. I called Pep Boys and a few Firestone locations trying to see what the prices were and Pep Boys said they don t work on Teslas. The Firestone in Monrovia/Arcadia charged an arm and a leg. But my brother recommended the Firestone in West Covina. He has been going there for years and stated they have a lifetime plan for alignments and said to call them. That s when I spoke with Richard, who gave me a solid price and offered a good deal. I made an appointment and my car was ready faster than the ETA that was given. Richard then cashed me out. Thank you Richard for your excellent customer service!

Elesio and Richard were both very helpful and found me the best price for tires. They even found me a coupon, which I wouldn't have found on my own. Their work was fast and efficient. The showroom, waiting area, and bathrooms were clean as well. If you're looking for fast, friendly, efficient and professional service, this is your place!

It was a wonderful experience, I was calling all around tire shops after work. They keep telling me "you need to be here now" like if my car was jet. Abraham and Richard accommodate even do it was late and they when above and beyond to help me.

The Staff were very helpful and provided me the information I needed to get my car fixed. I Love that Firestone is open both Saturday and Sunday. I Love Firestone hours. It makes it so convenient to get my car fixed fast. Thank You for being available and the Great Customer Service

I made an appointment for service and was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete. So I expected to have my vehicle back after the estimated time. I was surprised when I received notification that the vehicle was ready 45 minutes before the estimated time. Richard at this location adised that he moved a few things around to expedite my service and complete earlier. I have been coming to this Firestone location for many years and for the most part, I have received very good service. I will continue to this Firestone location going forward.

The main guy david was friendly and helpful. He gave me a list of things I need for my car and offered a credit card to help me pay for expenses to fix my car. Although I couldn t because I don t have the money and adding payment would not help currently. It was nice and he told me how much it would be to fix my girls car.

Appointment at 1pm for tire rotation, mount and balance - all under warranty. Was shocked when service advisor said it would be ready at 4pm.There was a nail in one of the tires which couldn't be repaired due to being close to the sidewall. With the hazard warranty i currently have, the new tire sets me back about $150. I finally got my car at 6pm. 5-hour turnaround with an appointment is unacceptable.And the restroom didn't have any soap! My low tire pressure warning came on when I drove home. I guess they didn't calibrate.

Today Appointment time was at 11am. They didn't take the truck back until almost 12pm. It was really quick from that point. Workers were kind and pleasant. This was most recent visit.Last visit I dropped off the car for an alignment at 8am. Called every few hours for update. Each time they said they were working on it. Problem is I have GPS tracking and can see that the vehicle had never been moved!1 hour before closing I call and ask to speak to a manager. He claimed the vehicle was on the rack as we spoke. Again, GPS shows no movement. 5 minutes before closing he calls and says it's done. I doubt they even did work to the car.They had the vehicle for almost 12 hours!Unacceptable for a simple alignment.

I made an appointment at 4pm Monday I m sitting in my car now 5:40 pm waiting . Had an appt for 2pm that was set by the store manager. The employee that was there had poor customer service. He informed us it was a 2 hour wait which was fine. 3 hours later no call so I went back my car was still parked where I left it. They never serviced my car I left. What was the point of making an appt.
