Love Larry and how he handles his customers!! He was able to detect a long rip on the inside of my tire! I thought I only needed maybe an adjustment but with his thorough checkup he caught this!!THANK YOU LARRY FOR BEING SO OBSERVANT!!!

Eastland Repair and Tire Center is the BEST in West Covina! I got a flat tire last week, didn't want to drive on the freeway on my spare so I took it to Eastland Repair & Tire Center to replace it for a used one. Larry and his crew were very nice and kind to my kids and I. The guys got the work done in 15 minutes.

I go to this shop for oil changes, tire replacement and rotation, shock work and more since the warranty is up on my German car. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very reliable.

I've been a patron of this auto repair shop for years. Mohsen, the owner is highly knowledgeable with all makes and models of cars. He is also very explanatory about what it takes to resolve your car issues.You may catch him at the shop on certain days, but if not, Larry is your guy. He's full of humor and quite funny! Larry knows his stuff about cars too!Overall, they're an honest and customer serviced oriented repair shop. Their price points for vehicle maintenance is very competitive.I don't ever recall having to return any of my vehicles to them for something that wasn't done right the first time.The only down side is, at times they may be understaffed with mechanics.

I have my dad s old car for smog check. although this place is not the cheapest place. However, Larry asked the right questions and gave me lots of professional advises to increase the chance to pass the exam. In another words, this place save me lots of time and $. Service is quick and professional. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Larry is most professional mechanic. Even though it's was my first time there my friend is a regular customer there she recommend me to Larry. Larry is a very honest busy person.

They were very quick & super friendly! Even though they were busy, the technician took time to answer my questions to ensure I understood everything. I felt they charged me a fair price for a quick tire plug. I should have tipped them! I will definitely go back if my tires have issues in the future.

A friend recommended this shop to me. I've come to really trust these guys because the work is solid and reliable. No matter how busy Larry is he always has a smile...and he always takes the time to go over the work that was done. So glad to have found good mechanics

This place is fantastic with reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Larry is great and very honest. I had a bolt break in my engine, and they removed it and made the repair.

First off, I do not understand why the two women who recently wrote a review were so rude about this repair shop. I have been going to this repair shop for years and i have never had any problems. The owner is a very trustworthy man, he never lies or tries to get more money out of me. I know he tries to find the best deal for every single one of his customers. Reading all of the negative comments makes me laugh because none of them are true. Believe me, if you come here, you will see how honest and trustworthy the owner of this repair shop is. You will not be disappointed. Love this place and will continue coming. Thank you Mohsen!

I dropped my earring into my engine while wiping it down and was afraid I would ruin my engine. I drove in and asked for Larry and he took me right in, put my vehicle up on the lift and came back with my earring in hand. Larry is the bomb, what a wonderful place to do business. I got a flat tire a couple a months ago and drove right in and they looked for around for a tire that would fit my truck. They went and picked it up and installed it within an hour. I agree with Tiffany. Those people are trippin. FYI this place isn't a radio shop. Don't bring your car to a mechanic to have your stereo fixed that's just flat out ignorant. Also I have never had to leave my car for more than one day. Repairs were cheaper than the other 3 quotes I got. They did it for less than $1000, everywhere else was a minimum of $500 more. So thankful for these guys. My car is happy and purring now. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation and must say that in all my years of coming to this place I have not felt like I was at the short end of the stick. It's always been fair.

I had a screw on my front right tire so it was almost 6pm last monday 8/27 so i stopped by to set an appointment for the following day because i knew they re about to close. When i told Larry the situation he didn t hesitate to help me out and fixed my tire on the spot. GREAT customer service!!!!

All of the people at Eastland Repair have been more than helpful with my Blazer. I drove a 2002 Chevy Blazer for 12 years and the reason it worked so well is because of their care. I knew when I would come in that they would take care of any problem, it would be fixed correctly and that the cost would be reasonable. I recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox, on their recommendation, and am almost sorry it is under warranty because I would rather have them do the maintenance. My father went to their shop for many years and always recommended them. Having an honest, reliable mechanic is a must in this day and age. If that is what you want, this is where you should go.

Place is great the Manager Larry a great guy even my tech Rommel helps honest people and friendly. I recommend this shop honest and they will help u what ever ur car's problem just look for Larry tell him Rey sent u. I will come back again & have my business with them.The correct address is 2529 E Workman ave West Covina. Not Covina. You can see their big sign board Bridgestone, Firestone, EastlandRepair and Tire Center then turn left on the driveway. Ask for Larry the manager.

Worst place ever! I gave them a chance to install a new radio. Mohsen, the supposed owner had it taken to have one installed didn't say with who. He didn't ask if I wanted the brand he chose and came back with it in my car. I took it because he swore he was doing me a favor, and gave me what he claimed to be the stereo they took out, by leaving it in the trunk. A few days later, this bulls@!t new radio started to malfunction, and then I noticed that's probably why he never gave me a box or receipt with the make and model on it. I had to raise hell to return it, because there was no way I was going to let this two face liar of a guy touch my car again!. When I took it to another Audio expert, he informed me that the speakers that I thought were not working were actually a result of the last installer unplugging the amplifier was for some reason. I am guessing to milk more money out of me! Oh and by the way the radio he gave me, by leaving it in my trunk, was not the original that he took from my car just belonged to someone else, because I never saw it before. I wonder, is it stolen, did he steel it and try to hide proof in my car? Some people are devils on earth! All the guys at this place cannot be trusted and you knows it bad when they are soooo nice to your face but do crooked business like this, especially when the owner "is all about it." They make me sick!

Took my money, refused to refund! On 01/21/14 I took my car to a repair shop because it was making a ticking noise. Upon inspection, the tech found internal end noise coming from the crankshaft, suggested a used or new engine. Because Eastland Center was recommended to me, I took my car to Eastland for a second opinion & was told it was not the engine but the Lifters. They fixed the Lifters, value cover gasket, left side axle & put quarts of oil with oil filter. The bill came to over $1,000. The noise continued so I took it back two more times for the same reason & was still asked to bring it back again for further testing. By 05/03/14 I decided to take it to the dealer to once & for all to get the final outcome & the Hyundai dealer confirmed that it needed a used or new engine. I called Eastland Center & spoke to Mohammad & Mosen regarding what happened & wanted a refund because they charged me for something they should have never done to my car. Mosen the owner said he would not give me a full refund because the other mechanics didn't know what they were doing & only wanted my money. Said to bring in the receipts as he would have to review them first. This last Saturday, 05/24/14, I went to Eastland & took all the receipts to prove to Mosen what was found but he did not want to see the other mechanics findings, he only wanted to see his receipts. He said he would only give me $200 for the lifters, & I told him I wanted a full refund since the car needed an engine. After much going back and forth, he refused to give me a full refund so I told him I would report him if I didn't get my refund & he told me if I wanted a fight, he would give me a fight & would not give me one cent. Toward the end of our conversation he got vicious and very rude. UPDATE 06/20/14, I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair & explained my situation & I was planning to go to court if I did not receive my refund. They went in person to speak to Mosen & out of the $1,000, I agreed to accept $845.00. Case closed & I received my refund.

I highly recommend this shop! Having a flat tire on the road is never fun, but Nima made the whole process easier.Who knew that having a flat tire can be a fun experience.
