I don't know where to start exuding about this wonderful little piece of heaven. This is hands down the best RV park I could find in the area. Not only do they take their guests needs into consideration, they are just as accomodating to their fur guests. They provide a dog area with a dog run, there are trails all around the park and they make sure to stock their store with all the items you could possibly need for your trailer or traveling convenience. They have a tidy laundry room and provide clean hot showers that are maintained daily. We found ourselves living in our trailer for a month, and I talked to all the RV parks I possibly could and was told, in not so nice terms, at some of them that they wouldn't help me even though they accept long term stays. They were considerate and kind which made a world of difference. I highly recommend this RV park over any other. It's maintained better then any park I've ever visited. Thank you for being there!

I can't say enough about this RV park, inviting, welcoming, clean, and quiet. When it is time to go back home it is hard to leave. My husband and I have stayed 3 times now in June, in August and in September 2023 and we plan on more!!! From the very moment we met Karen and Jay we knew it would be a life long friendship.....that being said I cannot say enough about Karen and Jay. They take pride in their park and their hospitality comes from the heart. They have chickens, goats, turkeys, garden, apple trees (yummy when in season), walking trails, campground campfire pit, bocce ball just to name a few highlights.....and most of all the memories you will have after your stay. The view of Mt. Shasta, up the road through the park, is breathtaking. I would not even begin to understand anyone who would not love to stay at this RV park.....well it would be those who are just too picky and just need to complain about something! Karen and Jay.....keep up the great work. WE LOVE YOU!

Arrived before supposed office closing time, open sign still lit, but no one around. Pull through sites are not as long as stated on there website and ours was partially blocked by a maintenance trailer making it quite a challenge to pull out the following morning. The park is half filled with newer cheap permanent travel trailers. Junk and debris all over. This is a nice piece of property and could be great little rv park, but I would move on to better options. And based on the owners rude response to my review, I now drop it to one star. Should not have to contact or chase down the owner for multiple issues on a one night stay. You chose the Fema revenue over others, that s your choice. Might also help to respond to your lower reviews with some apologies or appreciation than a negative argumentative response.Cheers!

Always a great place to stay on our way up North or when we re heading home. Small, older park but we continue to see upgrades every time we stay!

We enjoyed one night s rest in this nice, quiet woodsy campground easily accessible from highway 5. Everything is very well tended and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We had plenty of space for our 40 motor home and towed vehicle. We had no problem getting level. The parking pad was dirt and we had a grassy area with a picnic table. The power pedestal provided 30 amp service and we had no power issues. Good water pressure. We didn t hook up to sewer. For a small campground it has a lot to offer: office/store, dog park, laundry, and a beautiful communal fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs and a couple of barbecues. It s clear these hosts aim to please. Beware, although it is signposted as you turn onto Edgewood Road, there is no sign at the entrance to the campground itself. We almost missed it because our GPS was telling us to go another quarter mile. We d definitely stay here again.

Trailer Lane RV Park in Weed, CA is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing camping experience. The park is small and well-maintained, with a variety of pull-through and back-in sites to choose from. All sites have full hookups, and there is a small playground, fire pit area, and competition-grade bocce ball court for guests to enjoy. The park is located just off of I-5, but the trees and hills do a good job of blocking out the noise from the highway. The only real downside is the jake brakes from the truckers, but that's something you'll have to deal with at any RV park that's close to the freeway.Overall, Trailer Lane RV Park is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing camping experience. Nice RV campground. Full hook-upsNice manager. They have lots of roosters, chickens, goats and turkeys which were fun. Our first site was so narrow we couldn't put our awning out all the way. The second site was spacious. They don't water their grass so the open space at the site is mostly dirt.

It's a very small park. Mostly old permanent trailers. We were passing through on our way south for the winter, so we only stayed one night. When we pulled in, there was no staff on duty. I didn't even hook up the sewer, so leaving was quick. When we got to our next camp, I realized that our right front wheel cover had been stolen. Trailer Lane was the only place it possibly could have been taken. If you have a choice between the Walmart parking lot and this place, take the parking lot

Beautiful location despite being right off the Hwy you are down below it in the trees which really muffle the sound and provide the forest atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They will let you check in after hours. The only thing I didn t like was due to how packed in the sites are you get the hook ups on one side and a picnic table on the other side to distance from the next RV but that s it, there s not vegetation between sites. The campground itself is small but caters to us big rigs there were several full size class As and 5th wheels. We are a 29 ft class c with tow vehicle and had no problem navigating the driveways to our pull in site. Very clean park and well attended to. They also have a small totally fenced dog park and chickens and goats and a campfire/grill area how fun!

Stayed one night. I was sold a pull thru they said would accommodate my 70ft coach with towed. Navigating thru the park to pull thru sit was extremely challenging (expert level only) better to disconnect and back in to their pull thru then reconnect your towed. LOLLeaving next morning from their pull thru was tight but doable. Shorter big rigs less than 70ft would find this easier I'm sure just use caution. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice when taking my reservation, she probably didn't understand 70ft big rigs and customers who want a pull thru don't want to necessarily disconnect.Best to use Google Maps it'll take you all the way there, Garmin GPS on the other hand will terminate at entrance to golf course one mile before Trailer Lane RV Park.

Great place to camp! We stayed 2 nights in May 2023 on the way back home to check out Mt Shasta and this place was great for us. Nice trail to walk around the property, leading to the cutest tenting area with a great fire pit and view of the Mountain. There was also a 2nd bathroom up there. Bathroom, showers and laundry were all very clean and worked great.

Karen and Jay DiEugenio are the ultimate hosts, and have paid attention to every detail of your experience at Trailer Lane Campground. Even the little mercantile store at the entrance has some very unique souvenirs that capture the ambiance of your stay. Just off the freeway, its well marked, and very easy to find. You'll be surrounded by a plethora of animals such as chickens, goats, and a friendly German Shepherd who will also do their best to ensure a wonderful stay. The views of Mt. Shasta are truly breathtaking, from numerous locations around the property and the lake is a short drive away! Treat yourself to an exquisite camping experience and stay with Karen & Jay, you'll never forget it!

We had an issue at the park we're we reserved a site. Karen (the owner) as really nice and squeezed us in for the night last minute, late Saturday afternoon. Beautiful small park with nice size lots and....... they have goats and chickens you can pet. We will be scheduling some time here on our way back home. Nice, quite, rustic and beautiful!

Cute park, well kept. The sites are cinders but relatively level. The only reason I didn t give 4 or 5 stars is I was a bit irritated by the owner. My wife and I are smokers and on day two the owner approached us and told us this was a non smoking park. While I respect their rite to set the rules I was a bit irritated. There is nothing stating this was a smoke free park on Good Sam, the park website, in the literature given at check-in nor is it posted anywhere on the property. If you re going to have a restrictive policy that affects guests it should be disclosed prior to check in. I even did my reservation over the phone and still wasn t informed. That s like checking in and being told you can t have a cold beer after a long day on the road. Needless to say we won t be back.

I can t say enough good things about Trailer Lane RV Park and the owners/hosts, Karen and Jay. First of all, a quaint little park tucked into a wooded valley in Weed, CA. (just north of Mt. Shasta). Special kudos to Jay who, after some unforeseen circumstances, had to shuffle some of the site reservations. We weren t pleased with where we landed and when I voiced my displeasure to Jay he immediately fixed the situation. He picked me up in his cart and showed me every possible site until I found one I liked. It ended up being right next to our initial reservation. The point is, Karen and Jay go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

Found this place through HipCamp. Great for a quick overnight when passing through. Not far off I-5. It's a well-maintained campground. Seems like it's more suited for Van/RV/Trailer camping. Though they do offer Tent Sites. There's a cute little communal fire pit area.Showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities were clean.Great little find!

I had been driving for nearly 12 hours, the last 6 through 90-100 deg. Temps. The space I reserved was out in the open in the bright sun, so Carol? and her partner were gracious enough to re-locate us to a shady spot. There is a nice walking trail in the back my buddy Cheeto and I enjoyed before leaving this morning. It was a bit difficult to find as I don't have a modern smart phone, and the folks next to me had a very loud barking dog, but it was young and they kept it on a leash so Cheeto got over the barking. This appears to be a newer park catering to Air B&B in fixed travel Trailers.

This is the kind of treasure I would like to keep to myself, AND because I appreciate other reviewers sharing their treasure spots with me I will share. Being in this camp it is very apparent that the owners, Karen and Jay, are people of high integrity, have excellent taste, and have worked hard, and continue to work hard to make this camp a special and unique park. Some favorite aspects of the camp - we were able to have a pull through site that was very easy, the bathrooms are immaculately clean, very creatively decorated and were heated. The office is a new building at the entrance so easy to find, and it is stocked with a range of supplies that range from coffee to cookies, soap, gifts, and some basic RV supplies. All very well thought out and tasteful. We had lost one of our tow pins, and amazingly they had some for sale. The beautiful new tent camping offered has stunning views from its deck - took my breath away - Mt. Shasta in her full glory. I had to pull myself away. The view on the otherside of the tent camping area is also gorgeous for as far as your eye can see.The camp is very conveniently situated to access hwy 5 and hwy 97. The towns of Weed and Shasta are nearby. Lots of great hikes in the area. If you love being in nature this a great camp to base yourself at.The owners were both very available and amiable. There is also a very nice small goat and chicken area. Children will enjoy seeing them. All in all this was our type of camp.If you have an large RV with slide-outs on both sides I suggest you talk with Karen or Jay to make sure there is an appropriate spot available.

If you have a small rig and don t expect any customer service, then this is your place. They are new to the business and happy to take your reservation and money whether you should be there or not. We are only 38 feet and this little park was tough. Poorly graveled, deep mud, inoperative 50 amp. Just letting the buyer beware. Hopefully they will learn to greet guests, introduce themselves and understand their limitations or correct them.
