These guys were awesome. Recovered my truck/trailer in less then 20 minutes and put me back on the road. Very fast, showed up 30 minutes after I called them. Highly recommend Black Butte Towing.

These guys are awesome!!!I got my semi truck stuck in deep snow and a tow truck was on scene in 20 minutes pulled me back onto the road and charged us $250, I couldn't believe it, so I know who I'm calling if me or any of our other drivers need help. The tow truck driver was great, a really nice guy very professional.I forgot to ask his name, the receipt says J.Gould

Best towing experience-- Jeff was our driver, and he was utmost professional, had great communication, and was genuinely kind and thoughtful. I got an irreparable flat tire and required a tow, and Jeff took great care of the car and us.

While cruising along the 5, my journey came to an abrupt halt as my vehicle suddenly malfunctioned. To my dismay, it appeared that a piece of road debris had managed to tear my radiator in half. Thankfully, the California Highway Patrol swiftly arrived at the scene and suggested contacting Black Butte towing for assistance. Without hesitation, I dialed their number and within no time, a friendly gentleman named Jeff was dispatched to aid us. Jeff's courteous and polite demeanor instantly put us at ease as he skillfully towed our vehicle back to their yard, providing a temporary solution until we could arrange for repairs. These guys are awesome. They arrived fast. Almost same time it took troopers to arrive at 3am in the morning. They were able to hook up my truck and haul my 14 ft cargo trailer. I was hours away from home and really just wanted to get back to Salem oregon and they took me all the way back home. Very polite and wonderful service all around. Can't go wrong with these guys. Hopefully i will never need a tow again like this. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. They knew what I needed to do with my insurance and gave me great advice. They came out quickly to the scene of the crash and were quick and efficient. I spoke to them at the yard and again, they were great.

Great price!!! they towed our immobilized boat trailer when nobody else would, off of I-5 to Redding quickly and professionally! If I could give more stars than 5 I would! Our driver was amazing and courteous.

Jeff is a lifesaver! Our car broke down near Weed at the beginning of 4th of July weekend so most places were closed and things were looking dire. We needed to be towed to Medford to get fixed at the dealership there. Jeff was there in 30 minutes and happy to have our dog ride with us (a relief!). A safe, pleasant ride to Medford at a fair price with a bonus sunset on our way. Thank you, Jeff & Black Butte Towing!!

David and Wendy are ANGELS! They rescued us 30 miles north of Weed! They took us all the way home to Sacramento and can t tell you how kind they were! These guys saved our butts! 2am on a 2,000 mile road trip and our trailer axle breaks 2 hrs from home. Towed our trailer to their lot on a flatbed and we came and got it the next day. I highly recommend the guys at Black Butte Towing! Great guys to help you out of anything situation.

Brain was amazing. Our car had problems at Old Ski Bowl trail head. Brain came all the way to the top to get us. Enjoyed a pleasant conversation on our ride down. He gave recommendations for in Shasta where to bring the car and helped us find the key drop box. Really helpful in a time when we were totally stranded. Definitely give them a call to help you out! The other plus was the price was great!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! We need more businesses like Black Butte Towing in this world. I hit a deer while driving on I-5. My windshield shattered and he entire left front end of my car was smashed. The CHP on duty assured me that Black Butte is a excellent local towing company. The driver, Dave Allen, was on the scene in less than 30 minutes. Dave was extremely efficient and wonderful to deal with. He even gave me a ride home and helped me unload my car (which had shards of glass everywhere). I am grateful to Black Butte Towing and Dave for providing such excellent service during a very stressful situation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !Service: Car towing

Pretty late for a review, but when my van caught black ice between Yreka and Weed early in the morning and flipped, Black Butte Towing came to the rescue Pronto! This was back in 1999 I believe and I think the hero of the day was Jeff. After what had just happened he sure made me feel comfortable and lined me up with a motel room in Weed, as rooms were sparse. They kept the totaled van with contents safe and secure until I could get wheels again. I always think about that incident as a learning process and have silently thanked Jeff over and over through the years.Service: Car towing

Had an excellent experience with Zach, who quickly arrived to the very out of the way and tough to get to spot I was stuck in, and winched me out in an efficient, very knowledgeable manner. With his easy going and calm presence, I immediately felt safe and good again. I got quoted for $1,200 from another 24/7 company in the area, and that made my jaw drop. Then I found Black Butte Towing, who took great care of me for a whooping 1/6th of that price. Thank you again!!

Worst tow company don t trust the reviews seems Like their employees giving five starts to them , anyway they did a tow for one of our trucks the driver broke off my drive shift and driver was saying it happens and it s very simple to fix I ended up paying 550 to replace it and they refused to help I talked to manager he is very rude guy he just said ( we are not going to do anything about it )Stay away from them and please do not trust google rates find an experienced tow truck driver to do the job for you
