Rich is the best! I got my RV stuck in some serious mud out by Trinity Lake. No service and late at night. Good Sam left me hanging with no help so I called around to tow companies in the area. Buddy s answered right away and got a driver out to us no questions asked. Rich showed up and saved the day. Thank you Rich and buddys!!

The gate was wide open on a Sunday and no one was around. I was worried that belongings might be stolen from my son's vehicle. I didn't feel like it was very secure.

Buddy's service was top notch. I had a fleet truck break down way out of town. I made a phone call ti Chris becuase I was on vacation and he took care of everythung for us. They had a tow teuck out way faster than I coild have hoped for and brought it back ro Redding for us. Thank you for great customer service and making my life easier.

Condescending, passive-aggressive, less than helpful, are just a few words that come to mind when dealing with the office staff. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. This was definitely deserving of just that. Whoever owns this place needs to have a chat with those ladies. And if one of them happens to be the owner or related to, God help us.

First time dealing with Buddy's Towing and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and how kind the employees are!! Let's face it nobody likes to get their vehicle towed but these guys went above & beyond to help my friend get his car back and their pricing was totally fair. 5 stars...

We called from a remote location for a jump or a tow and no one ever showed up. When we finally got back into cell service I called to let them know their services were no longer needed as we got the car started ourselves and the lady was very rude on the phone. Would not recommend. We did not have a pleasant experience. Was told an hour and a half , six hours later still no one had showed up....Service: Car towing

Buddy's came up deep in the Trinity Alps on a gnarly dirt road to pull out both my car and the motorcycle trailer it was towing. When Jacob showed up he handed us water, said "guys, I'm getting you out of here" then hooked us up and took us to Redding. The best towing experience I've ever had, you rock, I'd give you 6 stars if I could.Service: Car towing

I had the best experience with buddy s. Josh stopped when he saw me broke down on 299 with no service.He helped me make arrangements to get my car from weaverville to Sacramento. He also took pictures of the people driving me back to town to ensure my safety. My car arrived in Sacramento without any issue. I have never had better service. I have never been so secure in a tow company. I highly recommend using buddy s. Long distance or local, use buddy s. Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling
