Good service and they follow up. I only gave 4 stars due to when they change my 2021 f150 windshield the rain sensing wiper don't work when rains. Automatic wiper work when it's dry outside which is so weird.

Watsonville Ford Service center is an amazing place to go car shopping!! The team there was super helpful with my purchase. Answered any questions I had and made the process quick and less nerve wrecking (first time buyer). Overall a great experience with great people. Walked out of there with what I went in for and couldn t be any happier!! 10/10 recommend for your new car purchase.
