I LOVE THIS PLACEI take both my vehicles here, the staff is always so nice, and honest. They actually seem like they like their jobs and enjoy talking and helping people.They even gave my dog treats once.10/10 will come back, always!PS: I always try to tip them since they do such a great job. Just enough for a soda or redbull, but I try.

The manager has his crew on point!!I've never seen such great communication in a garage before.They were able to accommodate our 30' Motorhome while we were on vacation, with their large Bays. We wish we could use them for all of our vehicles.

I d give it zero stars if I could. Not only did they rip apart the oil covering, the manager had the audacity to say it was already broken when it came in, I did you the favor of fixing it. Do you call putting a metal hanger on it fixing it?, couldn t even own up to their damages. Very disappointing in the mechanical training and servicing received.

came on a wednesday they had alot of employees working .I am here today on a sunday with my other vehical.and i only see 2 people and there is 4 people ahead of me.

The worst customer service ever. Don't go there, rather pay more than coming here again. According to their services they offer a 18 point check which they don't do. When asked if they were gonna do them, the guy got super upset. Little we knew that some minutes later my tire light will come up, we were able to stop a tire place where we were told that our tires were low.. guess what, at Valvoine they took the air out.Thank you, I could had an accident and lose the new tires.. this people

I went in for a oil change and they broke the part that clamps the plastic to the under carriage and it broke on the 580 fwy in heavy traffic. Had to pull over with the kids and crawl under the car and clamp the one side. I drove it to the nearest Valvoline, they zip tied it and the manager said there would be an investigation. Still waiting to hear back.

I've had my oil changed here about 3 times. This last oil change, oil was spilt on top of my engine. The dip-stick was not put in all the way and it seemed oil came out of that. The battery cover for some reason was not secured. I found the cover hanging on the side of my engine. They said my coolant was low and they topped it off. They did not add any coolant. Everyone was polite but I did notice the guy checking stuff was on his phone. Will not go here again.Service: Oil change

Loved the drive through service and no appointment necessary. Staff was very friendly and helpful turn signal on the passenger side was out which I didn't know and they were able to replace it. Checked engine fluids and tire pressure. I would highly recommend this place for service.

This was one of the Better oil changes I ve experienced in my life. I got to stay in my car, there was not a long wait, it didn t take long to do the service, AARP receives a 15% discount. I had a problem with the check engine light after my service and I took it back and they took care of it immediately. Definitely recommend

Yesterday, while I was having the oil changed on my car, I noticed that the guy doing the oil change kept checking the oil level so many times that I thought it was strange. So after the oil change I went home which is around 1.5 miles away. When I arrived home I checked the oil level and it was about a quarter low. This was the second time that I had the oil changed at this location and it's always been the same problem, they do not put enough oil in the car. What kind of oil change is that? I will never go there again.Service: Oil change

This place has the best and fastest service I've ever received for an oil change. They do tire rotation at no extra cost and they also top all your engine liquids that you might be low on. All the staff was very friendly and I was in and out in no time. Also, before I paid the person charging me, he kindly adviced me to check for a coupon on their website that saved me $15! This will definitely be my new go to for an oil change.Service: Oil change

My overall experience with Valvoline oil change has been a very good experience, the employees are very professional and have been accommodating for years and for all of the times I've been bringing my vehicles to them for the oil change and they have always gone way beyond that of which they offer in the packages offered by the company. Yes, there was a little mishap on one occasion, however I have never been so shocked at how professional everything was handled by the management team who had to get and go the extra mile for me to get my truck fixed. I am a true believer that we all have to learn how to do things whether it's by hands on or whether it is the first time to do whatever it is to learn how to do any job.I wished that more people would have more patience with the process of which whenever they go into an establishment and a tasks that has not been done as often as some of the other things that the customer had more patience to understand where the company and employees are capable of helping to make sure that we can experience a safe and efficient way of getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I'm very proud to say that I am still going to return to Valvoline in the future for my services to my vehicles. They're a stand up company on their word and work and they have made good decisions to make sure that I am happy and that I will be a return customer. 100% will return for my services from today and in the future. The manager Joel and his team at the Watsonville site handled this very well and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to have worked with these guys and gals. A great job well done. I've been a customer since 2001 I always take my vehicle whenever I need a oil change and other services. I've always been very satisfied and happy with the service I receive there, the staff is very courteous and very thorough. I went in for a oil change on 11-23-2015 and had a slight issue with my vehicle I took it back and the Manager Rufus got it thing care of immediately I really appreciate his help from him and the management. You have made a customer for life!

I have been going here for years. Price went from paying 60 to 138???? WHAT!!?? Insane! I need to find another place, this is ridiculous. On top of that they always try to offer you other services. Can you imagine if I accepted all the other services?? HHAHA

Friendly staff. They talk a lot. Sometimes you just want them to shut up but then you realize it's their job.It was cheap, no queue and my car is good now.

I have used this oil change service 3 times with no bad results. The on-duty mechanics were courteous. The work done was swift.I have read and heard of some low quality service, that one must be aware of, but I have had no problems.

This place has the best! They saw my car had 20,000 miles on it and you knew just what to look for. I ended up with more than just an oil change but everything done was needed! Thank you so much to the guys at Valvoline oil change! You went above and beyond!

My first time there. Every thing went smoothly. All the personnel were friendly and efficient. It was more expensive than my usual place but it was a much faster process. I will probably go back.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. I give 3 stars because last time they overfilled my car with oil and it leaked badly. Went back and they fixed the problem quickly for free. I will continue to use them for the time being.

I took my car for an oil change the staff was friendly and everything seen to be good until I was in the highway I heard a noise under the car pulled to the side of the road to check it turns out that they didn t replace bottom panel right so it got damaged I will contact them tomorrow to let them know this needs to be fix and they are responsible for itService: Oil change

I was driving down to Monterey when the oil light came on. I added Valvoline oil and also looked up at my window sticker only to see that my oil change was overdue. So I found several oil change places online and thought I d go to a particular Valvoline site. Kadafi was the first to greet me and he was very courteous and friendly, then I got me meet Edwin and Kenneth, together, they were the crew to do the checks and change the oil. I supplied my manufacturer s filter and air filter. The car seemed to run (breathe) smoother and I am happy that they did the work that I needed; an oil change. I know some people complain that they don t do an 18-point check, but when you have a closed case or sealed joints based on the manufacturer s design, they better not break into these areas out of curiosity. Overall, if you want an oil change by a staff who handles the job professionally and with courtesy, bring your vehicle to Valvoline Instant Oil Change (Watsonville).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I love this place. I have been to a few oil places in Watsonville, but this is really the place to go if you want one on one great service. Mikey served me today with his team.Rigo greeted me with a smile, the service plan menu, checked lights, tire pressure and washed the windows. He was very sweet and what a smile. See photo 2Juan was under the car, so I didn t meet him but if you look at the screen I snapped, you ll see him giving me a thumbs up. see photo 1 bottom rightMikey is the Assistant Manager. He helped me decide on which service and helped plan my maintenance according to my budget. See photo 3They also have WiFi. I had time to check for messages and respond to texts while I was getting service. The service was quick by the way!Under a new name, Valvoline, but still offers the same best service.

Really fast. Had my wipers replaced. I think the guy forgot to lock my wipers in place and later it rained and both wipers flew off when I used them :/ scraped my windows. That was the only bogus thing that happened. I did manage to get them back on. Oil change was quick. 4 guys on one car.

I'm very sad this used to be soo wonderful coming here and the guys were friendly. I had my friend who works at a machine shop help me change my oil :( he told me the guys stripped my oil plug and used gasket glue sealer to make the nut stay on. I'm leaking oil and didn't know why. well I'm unhappy with them been coming here 10 yrs. I asked the to top off my oil the guy said 5 bucks. and the manager said we don't top off after 3 months. told me give us $5 we will put one in. my car needs 400 miles till my next oil change. I think they should have topped off my oil knowing that they told me to come in and top it off and with the new rules.I do not abuse this service. hopefully in the future this will not be an issue. Well so much for keeping my money local to support local business. It hurts me to write this not what I enjoy doing. WAKE UP OIL CAN HENRY"S your not living up to your promise. hopefully they will get better just wished it was sooner.
