I really loved the service I was getting at this dealer ship. I went to a variety of auto sales but they were all out of my budget or the cars were just not right for me. Here I got to find the car in which I liked the most, and I got to get it at a really good price. Really Loved the way the owner showed me how everything went down before I signed the contract for the final sale. I did indeed get the car. I 100% recommend coming here to get a car. Loving my 2019 Subaru. Got my second car as well her a 2022 Highlander and loving it so much.

Robert took care of all my questions, the car industry has had a stigma where they want to get every penny from you. Ur1stop auto takes the time to not only help the community but also educate them if they have any questions. If you ever have any issues with your car take it to ur1stop auto and I can assure you no one will beat their prices or experience. Took my car in for repair within 1 day car was done and they also clean my car!

My wife and I bought a car with Robert definitely recommend everyone to go I don't have great credit and had just gotten rear ended in my other car. And I talked to Robert and he worked hard to get me approved when no one else did. Definitely will be keeping an eye on the lot for future cars for my wife. Great cars great ppl. Thanks Robert for everything. We are really enjoying our 2018 Honda Accord.

I am thoroughly impressed with Robert and his team ! I was extremely challenged as a buyer due to my credit issues but they were able to make it happen for me and I am so thankful , today I am driving a beautiful Acura RDX off the lot . I first inquired about a Honda crv that was on the website , but I waited too late and it was sold but Robert called back and let us know about the Acura and I loved it . The level of customer service from Robert and Karen is top notch and they make you comfortable and informed every step of the way , Karen is amazing with the financial aspect , it was a very quick process with the paperwork and she was very pleasant to converse with . With all the car dealers and sales tactics it is refreshing to have people who show you the facts and are transparent from start to end . I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of a nice vehicle which is backed by their warranty to come in and ask for Robert! You won t be disappointed .

This dealership took money for an extended warranty, then gave me a bogus service contract. The insurance company has no record of the VIN or my name. I wouldn t do business with this dealership. They are deceptive & dishonest!

Robert gave me the run around for over a week. Kept telling me the car would be done next day. It was always the next day. Then he calls me tells me it will be ready at 230, all for me to drive 3 hours just to turn around because it still wasn t ready. Customer service was horrible we angreed on a price then he raised also he tried to get me to sign the papers for the car days before it being ready. Radio had been stolen dude seemed sketchy about the whole transaction.

Very good service they go throw every step with you very kind people they help me finding the best monthly payment for my car I really recommend this dealer since when my parents got their first car they were so happy now recently they got another and Robert and his team make us feel like family

This maybe long however they deserve this review. The service they had was so professional, not only that They are bilingual which came in handy in my situation. (Grandpa only speaks Spanish and I speak English) they went over every small detail with us. They worked with us in finding the best prices, and monthly billing. They went out of there way to make sure my grandpa and I was making the right choice by allowing us to test drive different cars, meet with us three different times, spoke with the Mechanics, also got us great car insurance. One thing I loved about the company is that it felt like a family, everyone was happy, and we got into a some great conversations. I will be definitely going back to buy my second car with them. Thank you for serving the community, and working with each individual to meet their needs

Bought my mission back in September, and let me just say I am in love with my car. Got great costume service, great price, and payment s. Since this was my first time buying a car off a lot they spoke with me through the whole process even though it took me two weeks to decide if I even wanted to make that big of a purchase. They really worked with me, we spoke about everything. They made my grandfather and I feel super comfortable about the car.

Robert and his team are nothing short of amazing. My situation was a bit tricky, but they worked with me and helped me every step of the way. My family has purchased several cars from Robert. They have never had any mechanical issues and he has the best deals in town. Karen was able to get me approved with a local credit union in no time and the whole car buying process was very smooth. Robert is the best! I stumbled upon this dealership while searching for my pathfinder and I am so happy I did! He really went out of his way to make sure I was well informed and satisfied. I was on a time crunch because I was going on vacation and needed my car asap. He made it happen! There were some hiccups along the way on my side but he made sure I was in my new car on the day I wanted it. I am 2 hours away from the dealership and he offered to bring it to me which I thought was going above and beyond but I ended up driving out there to get it and I would do it again. He really cares about people and making sure they are happy. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I recently got my first car here , overall it has excellent customer service I was provided with information about the car s value on the Kelly blue book so I wouldn t get scammed on buying cars from other dealers. Overall I am happy with the service as well I am overjoyed with my recently bought car.
