I took my car in for a tune-up, thinking it's needed and a good idea before anything went wrong. Yet, a few days later, the check engine light goes on. I took it back & they said it probably had an air pocket in the fluids & before that, they said it had something to do with the heating system. Well, now it's been a week since then, and the check engine light is on again for the second time. My husband is taking it back tomorrow morning. Let's see what they say tomorrow, I am thankful for the guarantee. All this and $600

Went in for their services and left with a busted tail light. Met the manager (Misael or something) and shook his hand and he didn t mention anything about it. Not coming back and cant recommend it.

If I could give it zero I would. Have been waiting to hear from the owner! My boyfriend took his truck to get a tune up and since we got it back nothing but issues! The truck won t stay on. It shuts off when we stop! The horn wont stop going off And they tried saying it s an old truck and they give issues. My dad has been driving this truck for years before my boyfriend got it from him and never has it gave us these issues!!! If they didn t know how to work on it we could have gone somewhere else! I get that it s not an urgency to them as they are not the ones being inconvenienced by their negligence, but this is his only means of transportation. Avoid going here! Plus they OVERCHARGE!! The first technician my boyfriend spoke to said there wasn t anyone else he could talk-to, to try to remedy the issue. That was on 8/7 after taking it back and them saying they fixed the problem when in fact they didn t! If they fix the problem I will update. That response they give does nothing! I emailed and still no response!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible manger, if I could give this place a zero star I would. They need to replace or change missael attitude and I cant believe they have him as manger. Simply having him as a manger can push customers away and don't like the way he talks the person front desk

Very bad service, took it for an oil change and my car didn t turn on anymore and wanted to charge me 1900 to fix it, towed it instead

Biggest ripoff in town. If you want dishonest and getting scam come here. They will also use scare tactics to try and make you pay. The manager is the worst of them all. Rather go out of town for better service. They need better staff ones that don't scam their own town. Save yourself and your hard earned money. Or get a second consultation from somewhere else before letting them touch your car.

They went above and beyond expectations. I blew a special fuse on Sunday hundreds of miles from home. The replacement part wasn't something they had on hand (everything closed on Sunday), but they managed a creative fix that got me back on the road and saved my vacation. Very honest and helpful!

If I could review lower, I would. The workers are rude, and have attitude. They never called me twice on two occasions. to retrieve my vehicle after an oil change. They downright lie about the services you need done. The last straw was when they accidentally charged my twice on my card and treated me like a Karen when I let them know. I needed work on my breaks and the guy was charging me 900 and when I refused he told me well if you wanna risk your safety that s on you . A mechanic down the street said my brake work was only 150 and he did it for me instead. they are reslly pushy about you paying for premium stuff. Downright disrespectful.

Went to speedee-midas for a new tire and they were very nice and professional. Tire price a little high but ok. Got it done fast and no issues. Will be back for my oil change.

Went for a smog check that took 50 minutes to complete. The smog check didnt work because the battery had died earlier in the week. Was told to drive my car for a while and bring it back but they would charge us again with a 10% discount. Was told they could not ask any questions about the car beforehand (not even about things that could hinder them from helping us). Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I went for a smog check and they gave me an oil change instead.then told me in the arrogant voice I had to pay for the oil change. First I was dealing with the young man who took my order wrong then when I told him I did not order an oil change I ordered a SMOG he brought back another guy with him telling me I have to pay for the oil change. It was like I was being intimidated into paying.the average person would have probably been intimidated. But doing boxing and martial arts have my life I just learned to stay calm and overlook the situation it was a joke. You should always treat your community well and not try to trick them into paying more. The manager told me everything was on audio and video so if I was lying about what I'm saying he can listen to the tape so I told him I'm going to sit in the lobby go listen to the tape and you'll see I ordered a smog he acted like he was going to check the tape and he said he wasn't going to check the tape after all. enough said. Avoid this place.Service: Smog certification

I went in for a smog check they accidentally did a oil change and said I had to pay for the oil change. They accused me of lying and that they have cameras and audio that recorded what I ordered. so I told them to rewind the camera and audio and they'll see I asked for a SMOG not oil change. The manager pretended to go do that and then came back and said he's not going to check out the audio after all.it was 100 unprofessional and a scam to get me to have to get an oil change and a smog. They didn't want to give me my car back until I paid for the oil change I didn't order. One of the old people there in the waiting room told me they didn't even put his gas cap back on when they were done with his car. Won't be going there no more either will my family.Service: Oil change

I've been here a couple times now and have absolutely no complaints. I was able to get exactly what I came for and the employees were super helpful. I'll be going here from now on when I'm having car troubles. Thank you guys at SpeedDee Midas! I appreciate you.

Today I signed for a quoted price on service and was told a different end price when service was rendered. Give your customer a written copy of the services and price before any work is done on a vehicle. The manager only chose to argue with me over the price. I will not return for work again while management behaves this way, thanks for the employee that did a good job on my service to my vehicle. I could easily have had a better experience but was disappointed.

I've gone here for an oil change about 5 times, the last experience was the worst. First: They lie about wait times ( always take longer ) I went once and they said it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so went shopping for 1.5 hours thinking SURELY it would be done but they hadn't even started! So I have them one last shot last week and they completely blew it. Took way longer than they said as usual, and I'm suspicious that they didn't even change my oil and just dumped more in... I drove home and checked it to see my truck was OVERFILLED WITH DIRTY BLACK OIL! I had to drain and fill it up myself. DON'T GO HERE!

Let me start by saying I started here with great customer service from the guys in the shop. Then when I was billed they totally helped me out with the budget I had and did a great job to my 96 jimmy. Just be patient and let them do there thing. I love this hunk of junk! they brought it back to life! Thanks Speedy!

The lady at the cash Register is very rude. Staff is unprofessional and unorganized. The only good thing about them is there fast and cheaper than anywhere else. Robert the owner is a great honest mechanic. That's what makes this place rate five stars.

Went in for an oil change, and went straight in, no wait or anything. Then the oil change took about 5 minutes and the associates were helpful, cheerful, and went out of their way to do a good job. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick oil change.

Wanted to put 10w40 in my honda because it had a lot of miles for being 99. The tech advised me not to do it because it would mess up my car. Very honest and respectful service. They could have said nothing and let me do it but they didn't cant remember specific techs but you guys ROCK. I WAS CHARGED 40 DOLLARS TOTAL FOR AN OIL CHANGE THAT'S AWESOME THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID.

Be careful of this place. I went for a A.C. check up and they said they need to to inspection first, Misael estimated the compresor need to be replace and tge price was almost$1000. I took it to my dealership and the just feel up the A.C. with the cost of $150. My A.C. was fine. Misael insists that my car was broken. They just want to make maney out of people don't know car stuff. Don't recommended this place.

I use my car alot for work meaning I commute daily ..I use to be a regular customer for oil change and basics.. I got coupon via email I wanted to reedem it. I was ask in a rude way by owner "where did you get this?". I replied online she threw a fit because I wanted to use a coupon for services over $100dls I was told I couldn't use the full 10$dls because it was only for services over 100$with out taxes..I'm a business owner my self and believe me I'd rather loose $10dls not a customer. I was very dissapointed, not to mention just by being a women they try to take advantage$$ I was told my car needed many things when I had done tune up @t my dealership lol i just put a smile on my face politely said "no thank you " walked away and never going back... work on customer service people !!! overall they are quick on oil change (but kept on rising prices higher Everytime)when I brought this to owners attention she said we've always charge same amount. I keep my receipts but anyways " I said to myself I'll just go somewhere else "

Used online appointment system by Midas to come here. But these people never returned call when the email confirmation said 30 minutes return. They also did not honor the appointment or the discount. Their excuse was that it was the "co-branded location" and they were not authorized or have the system to give the discount.

Fast and easy oil change. Was notified of things that need attention soon. Nice to know they are actually doing inspections and recommending time frame of replacement or service instead of trying to push them as add-ons then and there.

Horrible. How can that man Robert still be here. So many years of horrendous attitude. I feel sorry for his employees, and customers. Easy tune-up, Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, or other places deserve your money more.

2 cars. Went for oil changes. First car, I left speedy oil got a flat tire the next day. Now I take a new car to get oil change and the same tire side on the new car goes flat! They tampered with a hose and caused our car to overheat. Disrespectful youngsters, non professionals who would not keep their mask on. A man with a lot of tattoos and piercings got upset that my family stayed in our vehicle with my son who has Lukehmia. May God Bless them.
