Horrible experience. I waited while they did my car. The owner was in the office. He is very unprofessional, was cussing and yelling @ people on the phone. I was about 9 months pregnant and felt very uncomfortable. He was making small talk and kept interrupting and cutting me off. Better business bureau should shut him down for how nonprofessional he is. they left water marks on all my doors & dashboard.

I went over this past holiday weekend to get my windows tinted a shade or 2 darker even my front windshield. Unfortunately the front windshield was a bit too dark for my liking so I went somewhere closer to home to get it removed the very next day, I know!! Cry face!! Anyway, the place that removed the front windshield tint commented on the tint and said, where did u take ur car to? The work is really good! I said really?? Thank you! I took it to platinum in Watsonville! Platinum also offers lifetime warranty on your tint. They were nice and friendly and I was lucky they were able to fit me in on such short notice as I called one hour before I showed up. Lol. I will be going here again when I m ready to tint my front windshield again but a lighter shade!! it really takes a lot for a business to complement another business and their work. BEWAREThey are NOT professional window tint installers & you will risk electrical damage to your car due to extreme use of water. They ve redone my car a lot of times due to their low quality job and it s extremely disappointing to have to come back every week. They do NOT have experience with high end cars and your brand new car will definitely have air bubbles all around when you get the tint. They do NOT check over their work and think it s okay to rob a customer for their money. This place is a joke. Don t waste your timeService: Vehicle window tinting

This is a really horrible place to go to. I took my vehicle to have the windows tinted and they left bubbles in all the windows they cut the wires for the defrost. They just steal your money and they at the end just tell you they can't do anything about it. If i could I would give it negative stars. The offer warranty for what if they will not fix what they do and only offer you a bad service. Don't go to this place not worth it it would be the biggest misstake you do.No es un buen lugar para a ir a polarizar su carro. Es el peor lugar que hay te dejan bombas en las ventanas y te cortan los alambres para desempa�ar tu vidrio. Y solo dicen k no pueden hacer nada. No les importa hacer buen trabajo solo roban el dinero de las personas k van y no les hacen un buen trabajo. Mejor no vayan a este negocio es el peor error k van a cometer.

pros and cons of platinum window tinting.Pros. In and out With in 1 hour. 180 for five windiws + 20 for life time Warranty. Cons. Finding little bubbles in all five Windows + left my Windows with handprints and didn't wipe Windows clean before giving my car back Left Streaks on my new 2017 Mercedes. Now I see why I needed a warranty. + my son's new wrx cost me the same. Please take your time and treat my car like your own.

BEWARE!!! They don't laser cut the tints. They cut the film on your window with a blade. Which results in scratches on your windows! The business owner is the worst. He has a horrible attitude and he doesn't care about his clients. My brother got his tints there and they scratched his windows, the tints are dirty and have bubbles everywhere. He went back to get it fixed and the owner told him to wait for him to be available, so he went in and waited. He wanted to leave and go back when the car was done but the owner kept telling him it wouldn't take long. My brother asked if he could make an appointment instead and then the owner snapped on him. He said he didn't have time for his "games" even though he had been patiently waiting. Then he proceeded to tell my brother to get the f**k out of his shop and that he won't give him his money back or fix his car. My brothers car is still under the warranty and he still refuses to fix it and he also stated his "policy" is no refunds, there is no posting anywhere or on his receipts stating no money back. He just robs people of their money and laughs at your face. Please take your business elsewhere.

I took my 2018 Dodge Charger and they did pretty good job on all of my five windows til this day they are looking good still..
