His name Jesus. Very very helpful. Walked in the store. Needed a couple items. He actually referred me to. I think a store that was like 4 miles away and he was like if you don t wanna go there I know they re competitive, but you can go across the street to AutoZone and I was kinda like this on the mission to grab some things that I needed and went across the street and grab the other things and grab my things from there actually too, but it was just a pleasure to deal with someone who was actually helpful and knew that you were looking for something but you didn t know where to find it. That s a blessing you have a goodemployee O Reillys I hope you take care of them

My boo works on his own cars, so we are here frequently as we have a few used ones. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even when I go in alone. Some other places, I feel like I am treated differently being a woman who clearly doesn't work on cars.

On vacation and had an check engine error light come on. Dropped into O Reilly Auto Parts to get the part. Extremely unfriendly. Kid who i asked for help was a real jerk. Drove over to the Autozone across the street. Helped me out and I got the part. Don t make the same mistake I did.

Went here a couple of times already and had nothing but good experiences. The workers were very friendly as well as helpful. I will most definitely go again when needed.

Went to Oreilly's to replaced my windshield wipers for my 2011 SRX,found the wipers fast, set up the adapter for me without asking. Gotthem home an they fit perfect.Also cost much less than the dealership place.So great service +Name products +Cost less. += Great

Good selection, lots of necessities for the diy mechanic. That's their intended market. They offer free diagnostic scans, oil recycling, battery and alternator testing, and a forgiving return policy. Staff is generally very helpful, lots of them are also diyers.Shop around a bit, especially for fluids or tools. Big box stores, online, and harbour freight will usually be cheaper if you don't mind waiting/shopping at multiple places. Although they run some great promotions and coupons that are competitive, so it's good to always keep an eye out if you know some maintenance is coming up.

Cool spot! Really friendly and helpful. And I mean really helpful. They will do light mechanical duties and charge batteries. So nice when your in a pinch.

Terrible parking. If you find a space be prepared to stand in one of two lines four people deep. O'REILLY'S is a good parts store but the location sucks. We don't recommend this location.

Watsonville O'Reillys on Rodriguez rocks! Excellent service. Took going to three shops for help installing new headlight bulbs. Very courteous, competent and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a surprise expierence at my local O'Reillys. My windshield wipers flew apart on my VW bug. I drove to the store... my 25 yr old grand son nor 56 yr old Uncle Koffy could get the old wipers off. Chris went in the store and asked if any one could help? A man named Branden or spelled Brandon that works for O'Reillys immediately came to our rescue. He got the old wipers off. Askd my grandson if he would need help putting on the new ones... and then came right out again to the car and helpd again. All with the most wonderful attitude...and truly helpful. Then when I offered a 10$ tip ...he refused it and said he was glad to help. This was so absolutely the opposite of our expierence when it was a Kragen run operation. Parking is sometimes limited, not always. Work personnel are friendly and attentive. If you need china parts this is where you ll find them.

They always help me i honestly don't know anything about cars all I know is that D for drive and R ia for reverse and P is for park right pedal is to make the car move left pedal is to stop the car that's all I know about cars i don't like to open a cars hood all i see is cables and parts i don't know the names of
