My wife and I stopped by to see if we could have our Class A Diesel bus looked at due to a concerning sound. Sammy and his team got us in the next day, Sammy had his team look at it as soon as we drove in and we picked it back up within 4 hours. The service we received was over the top, sometimes repair shops can take advantage of you once they have your vehicle but National Truck was more than fair with their pricing for the work they did on our rig. You can be confident that this team will take care of you, everyone was really friendly and they did an awesome job of getting us back on the road, it's hard to find this type of customer service but Sammy and his team truly exemplified what those words mean. Thank you

sammy and the team at national truck service are the best!-- courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable-- i've had my 2018 ford f550 there numerous times for different things and i always come away with the job done well and in a timely manner-- thanks sammy!

For all your heavy duty needs and light trucks, cars, all makes and models this is a great place to come to and get quality service at reasonable pricing. They even picked up my vehicle and brought it back to me. You don't get that kind of service anywhere. Alberto and the team really go the extra mile to ensure your satisfied. I highly recommend them to everyone coming from anywhere.

If I can give this a negative review I would.Whoever is in charge of the services here needs to lose their jobs, unfortunately they won t. I was told NOT to come here by several people I know but do to an emergency I had to get services done on my semi truck ASAP. They were rude about me asking questions, never got a straight answer, nobody knew what was going on, hard to get a hold of the guy just so unorganized and pathetic. Asked for a quote for service needed, didn t even get that! They just told me to come pick up the truck . Sad place there. I Was willing to pay out(cash) couldn t even get the chance to do that. Just overall rude. I ll take my cash somewhere else.

What a nightmare place. Don't ever take a motorhome there. It would have taken 4 weeks but they accidentally dropped a large toolbox on it so it took 5 weeks. Good communication but every day it was a different story every other day- 2 months, or next week then 2 months, then next week!
