Needed a new car battery. Searched NAPA's website, easily saw a bamner above the Homepage "20% Off Puchases Over $125 Promo Code TACKLE" I called my local store, clerk helped me select best battery that fits. Purchased Online for store pickup, got the discount, went to the NAPA store, battery was waiting for me, installed it in the parking lot, took old battery in and received $18 core credit. Totally a positive, money saving experience. As a side-note, as I searched for batteries I went to Walmart, Costco, Amazon websites. Walmart had only 1 battery that fit, and it was only 450 cold crank. Amazon 's website wouldn't narrow the search to my vehicle. Costco website wasn't specific, necessitating a call to the warehouse. Their battery was $149 for 550 cold crank. The NAPA battery I got, after the 20% off, after the $18 core credit, after the $5 for subscribing to their emails cost $115 AND it was 650 cold crank. Really Happy that I shopped the NAPA website on Superbowl weekend.

Low inventory, small store. Older guy working at the counter was very rude, unmasked and unhelpful, we put our things back on the shelves and left to find a different store. Other employees were nice but the 1 star stands.

They sometimes only stock the "more expensive" versions of what you might be looking for, in my case wheel bearings- was stuck paying $15 bucks more than I wanted since I was in a bind and could not go down the street. Otherwise the people were very nice and helpful.

Tried local. Had to order. Came back on Friday. Didn't come in. Tomorrow. Called - On hold 5. Mitch is out to lunch. Nobody knows. Called later. On hold 5. Nope didn't come in. We can try for Wednesday. Try. Gotta go back now for a refund.Save yourself the trouble go to a real Auto Parts store like O'Reilly's.

Workers are rude and inconsiderate. I called in asking to see if a tool was in stock and responded like if I was an idiot and making up a random name for a tool. Little did he know there's an actual Door Spring Tool/ Door Spring Compressor. These guys suddenly feel there automotive skills are over the top when they can have a computer look everything up for them. Suddenly they are auto gurus once they say, "year, make and model." Well surprise for them. Your not that great. Customers are customers for a reason, we come and ask and you respond with some dignity and respect. That's what you applied for. Deal with it.

Very unorganized. Slow employees. Not knowledgeable at all about automotive parts. I had to look up and locate my own part which was very easy to do when you aren't drunk or high when you're at work.

This store concentrates on auto parts so the sales floor is a bit small. It's great because you just get what you need. Very helpful staff.

To many people in the store.Oddly,I was the only customer.. Didn't know if I was welcome to come in and spend my Money .That's ok lots of other choices close by...

Very Helpful, Mitch, Went An Extra Mile To Explain Different Part Prices,Good Old Hometown Help, My Fiance Was Extremely Impressed With Napa and, And Mitch's Professional Help, My Fiance Richard Said, It's Napa For Parts From Now On, "Primo Service"

I go to this store every time I need a oil filter for my bmw or Mini Cooper s. They carry the brand Mann which is German made oil filters. Bmw dealership is 30 mins away. So Napa is the place. Walmart for the mobile one oil.

They were the only store that carried a part I needed to fix my car and they closed their store before their posted closing hours. Definitely wasted my time and screwed me over for the evening
