Had to make a pitstop at Firestone in Watsonville. James Z (Service Manager) was great to deal with, he was very descriptive and collaborative. Thank you James

I just now went into this shop for a flat repair and they couldn't get it done without me making an appointment. The person at the counter said that to diagnose a flat repair they couldn't say when it would be done if I didn't drop it off because 2 people called in and couldn't make it to work. I see why I hear from friends not to use this place. No service No customer service No nothing from themService: Tires

Bad customer service. Before I even walked in he had already pretty much kicked me out, didn't welcome me with a goodmorning after I still greeted with a smile. Said he didn't have time to check my pressure for tire because they only have one guy working.

Zero stars! This place and these guys need a lesson in work ethics and customer service. Don t quote 2 hours for tires and alignment if you plan on taking 6 hours, trying to push for 7! And the , they did not do the alignment but tried to CHARGE for the alignment. We were extremely patient and these guys were extremely rude, throwing attitude and every hour, saying it would be another hour and they didn t even finish the job! Nah. Do not use this place for anything.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Worst customer service. Stopped here on my way out of town when I noticed there was something WAY off about my alignment. I didn't want to drive long distance in a vehicle that wasn't safe to drive. Google listed as open 24 hours which is wrong. Called before and no answer, arrived about 6:40 a.m. and they were closed. Decided to wait a few minutes and hope they would open soon. I know a lot of tire shops open at 7. The guys opened the roll ups around 6:45 and I told them what was going on- that this was unexpected and felt unsafe to drive and I was on my way out of town. They said to wait until they open at 7 so I did. Went back in at 7:03 and they told me they were completely booked today and I needed an appt., stating that "this is like a doctor's office". There were no cars in their garage and no one in the parking lot.So I waited after they told me to, only to be turned away and that I could make an appt for a later date.I can't attest to their services as they wouldn't even look at my car. Went 2 miles down the way and they took me in right away.

It was a bad experience with them . The only great thing they do is charge your card!! For something they didnt work on. You leave your car there and when you go get it parts are missing hood and gas lid! I'm still having problem and if I take it back there will be an extra charge. I don't think is fair!! I spoke to Carlos. I'm not stupid to take it back to them he'll no!! Just for basic thing they charge over 2,000 that's a crazy price.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

Made an appointment online to get my tires replaced (tuesday). The next day (wednesday) I received an appointment confirmation. Showed up to the appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time (11am sunday) and the place was all closed up. No signs on the door with a reason why. There were three other people in the parking lot all with appointments and the shop was closed during scheduled business hours. At least they could have sent a message to those people with appointments that they were going to unexpectedly closed.Service: Tires

The kid working the counter today 6/19/22 was pleasant, certainly better than the old grumpy guy that is usually there. Twice now I have requested they change my burnt out fog light. The first time I was told it s a running light and only works when I m driving. Which is false! Today I was told they need to remove the entire bumper. I just researched how to change a 2015 Mazda fog light it s simply removing three screws on the mud guard. So they did the basic, oil change and tire rotation, I drive 8 miles and my tire sensor light comes on. I m finally done with this establishment!

site says they open at 7, they didn't show up till 8, and didn't help me out till 830, they just talked for a good while before opening up the door. doesn't seem like they prioritize costumer service. plus they were going to charge me 100 dollars more for something I could get done at pasillas tires for cheaper and faster. last time I go thru these guys.

I had an 11:00 appointment to have four tires installed on my 2012 Tundra. I ordered the tires from Tire Rack, which saved me about $500. Firestone is an authorized installer for Tire Rack, which is important, because if there is a defect in the tires Tire Rack can blame the installer if there is a problem, otherwise, I'd have gone to a local independent that I trust. I was told the install would take about 90 minutes. Tire Rack's confirmation included the quote of $80.13 to install the tires, UNLESS I made a change to the order.. When I got there, I was told the install would be about $22 more because my tires were "larger than that install quote included." I went around and around with the guy about how it was between Tire Rack and Firestone, and how it was like a doctor in your network charging you full price even though the doctor had a contract with Blue Cross to charge only X for a certain procedure. Anyway, I should have griped AFTER my tires were installed because it took 4+ hours to get the tires on. After killing 2 hours making phone calls, I came into the waiting area to see my truck on the lift, old tires removed, with no one working on it. I was told my "big tires" required extra effort to install. I waited 4 hours to get my tires put on--if the local Firestone resents not getting their markup (it would have been about $500), then complain to whoever negotiated the deal with Tire Rack. Hours I will never get back.

This place employees the most unprofessional staff. I recently purchased a full set of tires and a few weeks later I got a flat tire. I went in hours before closing to get it checked out and staff filled up my tire and brushed me away. They were reluctant to scheduling an appointment and a few days later my tire completely gave out. I called to inform them my concern and they were completely insensitive and literally hung up on me. Do not go there. I will try my luck at the Santa Cruz location but I will never return to the Watsonville location. WORST SERVICE!

Beware if your trying to fix your air conditioning, they tried to charge me $1,800.00 to fix it saying I needed things I didn't need for a simple leak, I took it somewhere else and they fixed my leak for under $600 and it works great now, I thought going to a big name place I would be safe from getting scammed but I was wrong, Firestone is dirty as hell. Dont go there!! I would have gave 0 stars but didn't have that option

DO NOT GO HERE! Well, unless you want to be charged twice, receive bad service, get talked down too, and receive bad products. Specifically from the boy up front, Juan.I went here on a limb, I don't usually go here. I was told I needed more done than I did, and after everything was done, they tried to charge me twice for the parts. I had to find the error. Then after two weeks the product began to rust, I called in, and they told me they would replace it for free (Sounds great right). I made an appointment. When I got there they didn't have my part, and then told me they wouldn't do the service. Then continued to be a smart aleck to me, and talk to me like he was a teenager. I will not be going back here, and will never recommend this place.

Made an appointment online and called to make sure everything was good to go during this interesting time. They then stated that they don't do alignments on Tesla's even though online I marked my car a Tesla. Don't allow appointments if you can't work on a specific vehicle.

Did not fix all my issues. I was quoted 239.00 for a lifetime alignment, oil change and a vacuum leak fix. When i arrived I was informed the vacuum leak fix would be 149.00 more and it could not be done today and "to come back another day". Yall need to get it together and be on the same page and do what u promised. Absolutely ridiculous. Gave 1 star bcuz 0 wasn't an option.

Took my stock Chevy truck in to have tire's put on. Was told about a hour and a half. 3 hours later they had only done the back. Was told because the tires were so big they were having problems getting the old ones off and new ones on. This is a stock Chevy truck not lifted and has the stock tires. Then was given the excuse that they had to do each wheel separate because they could not lift it on a rack.Very unhappy I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I went here for the first time to have a standard oil change and install 4 new tires. The next day I had grey smoke coming out my exhaust which is from too much oil in reservoir. They didn't seat the rims back on correctly and there was a clicking sound that I had to diagnose myself because the technicians count not find the reason. I will never go back here or recommend this firestone!

I called and asked how long it would take to patch a tire and the manager Juan told me an hour or hour and a half . Of course when I show up 15 minutes later they tell me it will take two and a half or 3 hours. Juan claimed he gave me the longer timeframe over the phone, which is a blatant lie. Bait and switch? Or perhaps the timeframe changed when he realized the repair was covered under warranty. Either way, I will not be returning to firestone anytime soon.

Fantastic- called and needed tire pressure check this afternoon -- no problem. This is not the first time this Firestone auto care has helped me out with a tire issue on short notice. Very helpful and professional !

Had a screw in my tire and stopped by when they were open to plug it, appointment only. I felt like it wouldn't work out while watching them slowly open up the shop. Went to Dixon and son's up the road and they took care of it immediately.

I went in to the Firestone service center listed above to have a front end alignment done on my '02 Blazer 2WD on the 15th of this month, May under the lifetime warranty program. After an hour I was told they didn't have the necessary shims available to do the job; I would have to come back. So, I call early on the 17th, to see if the shims had been delivered. I was told yes, and set up an appt. for that day at 1pm. Upon arrival, I'm told I owe $45 (I pay for additional parts) for the shims and an additional $80 ($40 x 2hrs., it took just under an hour) for labor to install those shims. Why should I owe an additional labor charge to complete an alignment that is supposedly being done under warranty, when the installation of the shims is part of the process of alignment? I don't know if this is corporate policy or just this particular shop trying to make extra money, but I will never go back to that shop and more than likely, no other Firestone. Period. The whole experience leaves me feeling like this shop practices legalized piracy.

Totally disagree with Carle. Broke down on my way back from vacation on a Sunday, everyone else closed. Michael was awesome did everything he could. BMW on the otherhand not so great in their response.....****Update*****. So on the inside of the lift up rear hatch on the X1 there was a BMW Roadside Assistance sticker that said...Need Help? Call BMW 1800 blah blah.... so we figured what the hell we called a lady answered and within 15 minutes BMW had sent a flatbed truck trailer and ordered us an Uber yes that's right I said an Uber to take us from San Martin to Redwood City(about 50 miles). Approximately a half hour later the guy from Firestone called us and told us the flatbed had picked up our car and was driving it to our local dealer in San Mateo. BMW did really step up in this situation. The guys at Firestone were great. They watched after the car, they called us as soon as it got picked up, I couldn't ask for more.
