Roberto did an incredible and outstanding job on my car. When I drove my car here to get a straight pipe, Roberto was really professional and quick. He also thoroughly explained how the straight pipe would sound on my car and guided me through the entire procedure of installing it. The costs for the services are great as well. He's also welcoming and friendly, which I really loved. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone who plans to get a muffler delete/get a new exhaust system. I'm extremely content and satisfied with the job he did on my car. Thanks to him, my car sounds amazing :) AGAIN 10/10 work!!!!!!!!!Service: Exhaust

Roberto welded in a replacement flex pipe and bent some new piping/welded it on from my muffler back in under 2 hrs. Cost was very reasonable as well.Very happy with the work - welds look good, muffler-back pipe was bent to perfect shape, hanger positioned perfectlyIgnore my rusty car in the pics. You can see the before pic first with the exhaust bent out of shape

Amazing work by Roberto. He was able to do exactly what I wanted. He had the knowledge to explain and recommend what tips the delete etc.Price is reasonable and completed the job in a timely manner. I will be using his services again. I strongly recommend him.Service: Exhaust

Great shop. Excellent workmanship done at a very reasonable cost. I recommend Roberto highly for any exhaust repair, or welding fabrication on your car. I have had several very bad experiences with other muffler repair places nearby, but never with Roberto, who has repaired and fabricated for me three times before, and I am going to him again today.

Roberto does great work and is very professional. I got my resonator and mid muffler removed/replaced with straight pipe in about 30 min. You can tell he has lots of experience. I plan on taking my older car their once I decide on a muffler.

Roberto did great work welding a muffler in my F150. Did the work quickly and efficiently, Knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything fits like factory. Will definitely use again.

I am always amazed by how the city of Watsonville hosts some of the best service shops (e.g., Dixon & Son Tires). With that said, A & R Exhaust Works is hands down the best exhaust shop in South Santa Cruz County. The work is done professionally, timely, and most importantly: economically. The previous exhaust I had was installed was at Midas and they somehow managed to set the car on fire; essentially ruining my lower wiring harness. I am happy to support local businesses in Watsonville instead of taking the risk with underpaid workers for franchise shops. A & R Exhaust Works will continue to receive my business for years to come. Thank you!
