I purchased a used 2016 Ram ProMaster 1500 with a hightop in May, 2023 for my daughter who lives in a remote area of California. I reached out to vendors in CO, So Cal and Santa Cruz before choosing to contract work through Custom Concept Vans in Watsonville, CA. My experience collaborating with Joseph was everything I'd hoped it would be. His advice and guidance from past van builds helped speed up the decision making process and enabled me to move my build along quickly. Joseph exceeded my expectations, and his work is top-notch. I highly recommend his services to whomever is looking for expert technical skills and craftsmanship.

CCV Is Amazing.I'm a a DYI freak, more than comfortable wrenching on my own van. Couple this with a design background and it makes me a hard to please customer. With a new van in the works and no time, I hit up CCV to finish it out. Joseph handled all the tricky stuff with ease. He's honest, trustworthy and a good guy to be around. He listens, recommends and helps you make good decisions. If your hesitating, don't, reach out to CCV and get rolling.

I'm doing a DIY build on an older Sprinter and found the diesel heater installation was more than I could handle. Fortunately I found Joseph at Custom Concept Vans. He was up front about costs, on time, and he did an excellent job on the installation. Everything works great!Joseph does very elegant work with exceptional attention to detail! If you're considering a van build definitely check out this shop!!

Outstanding service, rock solid install: I compared 5 quotes for window install from outfitters in the wider area and Joe had good pricing, showed effort on getting what I wanted and was able to fit me in within days. The shop is well outfitted and the work is professional. Very happy, will go back for more.

Joseph is super easy to work with. He was patient with my disorganized ideas. He is a creative problem solver. Shop is nice and has lots of room for big vans in the parking lot.

Joe did an amazing job putting together an electrical system for our van (Ram Promaster) as well as installing our fan, AC, and windows. Highly recommend!
