A local tractor supplier suggested I go to Davis to find an off sized hydraulic plug. "They have weird stuff..." I had my doubts, but the man at the counter went into the back and emerged with the exact fitting I needed! I don't know what would come of the world if we lost mom and pop establishments like this. Bypass Orielly and buy local, at any chance you have!

Bad customer service i asked for the part the person at the counter was hesetive as to what part it was mention parts that were even erevilant to my truck i asked him for the part number to see if it was the one i needed since he wasnt sure himself he acted defensive about it as if i was asking for something top secret all i wanted was to double check if it was the one i needed responded with attitude i think if you are paying them in advance for them to order a part that they are makeing money out of I atleast have the right to know if its the correct one. I called and spoke with there managers to let him know what was going on got same respond from him "WHAT DO YOU WANT"? out of him. Its kind of sad that they ask for us to support local businesses I try to but with service like that its not possible they push business some were elseOnline big "O" big "A"Better service better prices !!!!

Great customer service. If they don't have what your looking for or can't order it. They can surely suggest where you can look to find the part. But most of the time they can get item.
