Outstanding work on my front bumper. the mechanics and my customer interface Cesar was outstanding. communication was great and they update you with emails or text, whatever you want. I like that. Thanks caliber collision. Happy customer!

After a DUI driver rear-ended me, AAA dragged their feet for 5 months before getting my car into a shop. Went with Caliber Collision, knowing their work is good and they stand by it. They delivered, wrapping up repairs 4 days early. The team did an excellent job with repairs and communication.

Horrible Service, they lost parts of my car qmd couldn't find it, and they didnt let me know, until i checked and i saw parts were missing. The manager has a great customer service except the workers. They retuned my car defective it was stiff to steer/ turn. Go somewhere else to get your car fixed. I spoke to my adjuster and complained about the shop CALIBER COLLISION.

Took my jeep in for repairs after getting hit in the bumper area. They did an amazing job Definitely recommended bringing your vehicles here. Even finished before the original date they provided and customer service is amazing as well. Was also amazed that they washed my car and vacuumed the inside i was shocked. 10/10 recommended

I had just had my vehicle repaired ans someone had scraped my car in a parking lot. Went in to get an estimate because I was going to pay myself. Cesar took a look at it and said he can try and polish it. Which he did scrapes were gone and best of all he did not charge me. He asked for me just to give the shop a review. Timing for fixing vehicle was way off. Poor quality of work, and lack of friendly service by office staff. I had to return vehicle for bad work done. I would not recommend this shop.

Took it there to get the front repaired. It was fast and easy to get the estimate and book the appointment for the repairs. They send text messages to update the on going process of the repairs which I really liked. It was also completed before the estimated time. Customer service was on point and will always go here for any service I need from them from here on out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a broken tail light lens, and apparently the part was difficult to obtain, but I was never really updated from the time I went in for my estimate, and when I was supposed to take it in. When I arrived at the office, I asked them if I could wait and they said yes but apparently that was wrong as it needed to stay there for two days and so I waited for two hours thinking that they were just gonna replace the tail light lens, anyway, the job is ultimately done satisfactorily. It was extremely expensive to replace a tail light lens and basically buffed out some scuffs. The job is nice job howeverService: Body & Trim

We had our car sent over to this shop after an accident thru insurance. Our car was to be serviced in Salinas but they asked if we were ok with another sister shop and we agreed.It was taken to Watsonville location and they gave us an estimated date to have it ready and it was not met. Once the car was ready it got sent back to Salinas where we picked it up thinking that all was fine, to our surprise when checking its parts, it was missing almost all the security pins from the underneath plastic cover of the car and it fall off, some screws from the headlight (replaced one as it was damaged with the accident) were missing too. What they did was really a bad fix, it seemed a really deficient attention to important details. Do not recommend them even if your insurance referres you with them.

I Was in a Vehicle Accident about 9 months ago and I wasn't convinced by the Collision Centers my Insurance was suggesting. I looked at all the Collision Repair Centers here in town and Caliber Collision seemed like the best option for me. Boy , was I wrong. At first everything was going smooth, the staff was friendly (as they should) and that's where everything just fell apart . They emailed me to approve the total amount for the damage. I approved and then a week later they sent me an email that my car was ready to be picked up. I called and Peter and he said that my car was still being pulled apart being prepared to get painted. I didn't give them any slack and let them do their job. A week later I was sent an email again that my vehicle was ready. I emailed them just to be sure. ONCE AGAIN, "Hi Jose your vehicle has been painted and will start being put back together, Thanks Peter". I was getting frustrated. 4 Days later my car was I finally going to get my car. They gave it to me dirty inside and out. My interior is a beige color and it had grease stains and finger prints all over. They never even bothered to at least wash it or remove the paint marker marks from my car. I just washed it myself. A few months after I trade in my car and they tell me that the paint that was done on my car was poorly That it had Orange Peel. That lowered the value of my car even more after my accident. Very unsatisfied. Don't go there. Took a month to get my car back and still was done poorly. Peter was very rude when I contacted him about the emails. He would literally scream over the phone to tell my car wasn't ready. He kept using the sorry excuse of " We have a few vehicles just like yours and owners with similar names" I'm not mad about the time they took. I was mad about them lying to me and Peter being rude and the state of my car after I received it back.

The personal and office staff are extremely detailed oriented. Every member of the staff was positive and seemed like almost family. I first went to the Santa Cruz location and they promptly gave me the option to go to Watsonville for fast service. I really appreciated the effort by both locations making my whole experience totally seamless and effortless. I was even offered to have my vehicle towed to Watsonville for my convenience. Top Notch Shop!!! I will definitely recommend to anybody looking for an Awesome body shop in Santa Cruz county.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision earns their name; they are of the highest caliber. I had doubts about going there because I was not familiar with the business or the area but those doubts were gone when I realized how much more service I received than other shops I had been to. We went to Caliber Collision to talk to someone about some scratches on our car. There we met John Blackstar who was so kind, friendly and generous. He actually fixed our car while we were talking with him. That personal service and care he took for us and our car you just don t find that anymore. Thank you John!!
