Was treated horrible by the commercial department. Maybe it was the manager and older gentleman went in to return some parts I had purchased for my mechanic and tried to return them. He looked at the paper and said I had to return it at the other store he couldn t help me. I went walking because it was closer to my house and was upset!!!He said he couldn t because he would lower his sales and kept saying that. He could have helped but decided not too because the account was a bit much. Which I think is ridiculous!!! I think he should be talked too and will return tomorrow to see if someone else can help !

Awesome!! I bought a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner and to my surprise the next day when I went to use the spray it was almost completely empty it had leaked out on the the floorboard of my car. So I went into the store without a receipt they listened to my situation and my frustration and replaced the empty can with a new can for me. They said just this once but to me just this once is what mattered to me while I've been trying to diagnose and fix my car problems. 5 stars for customer service and care!!

I ordered my oil last weekend,the oil was not there on the following weekend. I cancelled the order and reordered the oil and was told it would be there the next day. It wasn't there

Not to sure about there customer service in the store but I called about a battery and I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and never came back to check in if I ve been helped

I came to this store recently to buy a few items for my moms car (alternator, belts rental tool). The gentlemen helping me was very helpful and looked like he was working hard. (It has been a good while since I've had to come here, since the past experiences weren't so great). Unfortunately, he put in the wrong information and warranty was given to someone else. When I went to go pickup the part I ordered they couldn't find the part due to the employee putting in the wrong information. Another employee was able to help me switch the warranty and information back to my account and found the part I ordered. I rented a Serpentine Belt Tensioner Tool and didn't realize this was meant only for spring loaded tension belts only and not for "STRETCH FIT" belts (they assured me this would work for my vehicle). My mom went to go return the tool and asked for a belt stretch tool and they responded with that "the person attempting to use this tool doesn't know how to use it". (my brother has a truck with a spring loaded belt) there is a big difference between the two types of belts. No offense but apparently these employees don't know what they are selling/renting. Now I recall why I stopped coming to this store a lot of there employees here don't know jack about the auto industry. Only reason I came here is because they were the only store near me with an alternator. 2 Stars are for the 2 employees that tried to help me out.

The workers there were too lazy to print out a receipt for something I had to return. They lied to me by saying they couldn't so I went to another autozone where they told me they can print out receipts. They refused to return something that was returnable due to their huevoness. Screw autozone

The best one I have ever been to! Tested my battery while in the car, recommended a replacement, lent me the tools to change it, and even a place to clean up and wash my hands! Awesome manager!

Called looking for one specific item in stock and on the phone they said that they have it, when I drove to the store and walked in they in fact didn't have the item. Very poor service and waste of my time.

It's a super neat cool fuzzy dice and loud neon windshield wipers and fluffy mattson car cover seats and paint and chemicals now I go there again yeah they're sorta helpful and their auto zone way

Very long wait at this store but very helpful once you get assistance. I had to replace a dead battery, and they let me borrow tools and even helped me to install the new battery.

Terrible experience! I ordered some parts and they didn t have them at the time they were supposed to be delivered so they told me to come back in 30 min. I came back 2 hours later and they only had half the parts!!! The clerk that helped me was NO HELP EITHER. I will not go back
