Call for someone to come out and put on my spare for me. It would have been a 10 minute drive for him. He quoted me $260. To change a tire. And he was rude about it. Auto Care Towing was also a 10 minute drive from me, and did it for 90. I don't recommend using this guy

Very professional and geared towards customer service. I hit a pothole, blew out a tire, no spare, contacted my roadside service, who put me in touch with Amanda at Speed of Light Towing. Horrible very rude owners they are not wearing face masks the place is a total junk they make so much money off hard working people the least they can do is fix their place up! The prices are off the chart they had my car in there for 30 min and charged me $415.

Esa compania abusa de las personas le cobraron 105 dolares a mi prima para q no se llebaran a su carro y estando alli nosotras so es justo y el carro no estaba enganchado a solo por estacionarse 5 minutos afuera de mi casa.Like others I think is a robbery what they do. They changed 105 to my cousin who stopped outside for 5 minutes at house the cat wasn't hook and just to avoid to be tow away we had to paid that money I think is not fair.

Had my Mitsubshi Outlander break down last Friday. I contacted Speed of Light Towing, was immediately treated courtesy. The driver came, and towed my vehicle to where I was going to have my vehicle work done. From the moment he arrived, he showed great care in attaching my vehicle to his tow truck, and double-checked it twice. Not only to assess that he followed all safety procedures when attaching my car, but was also extremely vigilant that MY vehicle was correct and would not sustain damage. He gave me a ride to the garage. This gentleman was professional from start to finish, and my experience has been stellar with this company and ALL staff. Thank you Speed of Light.

In my opinion, Tow companies get a bad name and its because of companies like Speed of Light, the original owner has ripped off and screwed over alot of people for years, a friend of mine was a recent victim. Stay away from these guys if you can at all costs and send your business elsewhere. Or take them to court that is the only way to have justice

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. My dad is in mexico and they made me send him papers to sing and get it stamp by a public notary.My dad got a card saying I was authorize to pick up is car , so I send it to speed of light and they told me "the card is in spanish and we don't read spanish and if we go to court we cant present this because is in spanish".....hello!!!!!! in first place there is no reason to go to court and if they went there is people who can translate. They have brought me back and forward they since Thursday they said they need this and that for me to pick up the car when I get an present the documents they always put a but to the document and do not accepted. Today is Tuesday I went again with the paper stamp and they did not accepted because it is no the "right" stamp.

Son unos rateros y te cobran 105 sin que tu carro este conectado.They charge me 105 and the car was not even. Hookup they steal people's money get away from this company.

These people charged my cousin 105 so they wouldnt toe his car. It wasn't even hooked up!!! These guys are totally corrupted and to be worse he put the car was a civic!!! It was a prelude?!??! There way different ?? Scammed us man... can't believe I didn't get the license plate of that truck...

Fist of all the prices are rediculous! Who charges a $105 dollar "Gate Fee". Second, how does a towing fee become more than $400 dollars.
