This guy dont know anything about cars . He change oil and check air filter . After tu at he broke car front bumper plastic .. he remove all nuts bolts for changing oil.. they hire stupid mechanic

Service by department manager Ivan Diaz was excellent. The work they did on my car was magnificent. Every thing went well and was at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this location for maintenance needs in or on your vehicle. Work well around pets. I had my dogs inside my car and they still did all my service. The entire walmart store had me do their job for them .-. As simple as technology is these days I expected a very simple shopping experience but maybe my expectations were to high.

Poor customer service from Sharon at the auto service. I have been bringing both of my vehicles here for about 2 years and have never had a rude associate assist me like Sharon did. Associates like these shouldn t be wearing a Proud Walmart Associate Vest

Tip... if you're waiting for your vehicle to get serviced they have no seating. However if you go to the lawn center area they have the outdoor furniture display area which is inside the store you can sit at.

Takes way too long for an oil change. The workers are slow and some don't show up on time. Went there at 7am when they open, but had to wake to 8 for them to get ready to even see what I needed done.

Well I called the one in Wasco they told me they don't have no employees so they going to be closed early and then I called and Delano they told me they have the tires so I can go to right now so they put it right away really nice people thank you very much

Wasco Ca. Walmart Auto Care Center review, They put Never Seize on lugs that's a plus they use a Torque Wrench to torque lugs that's a plus, but I took my moms 2007 GMC in for front tires only and I was told an hour later that they mistakenly drained the oil that I had just changed myself with full synthetic, they put none synthetic back in( that's what they told me anyway) . I had to change it again it's a diesel needs synthetic. Okay they made one mistake I'll give them another chance to redeem themselves so I toke my 2016 Ford F150 in for 4 new tires and they broke one of my Tire Pressure Sensors cost me $110 at Ford to replace it. I'm done with Wasco Ca. Walmart Auto Care Center. I paid for full warranty on eleven tires in the past 6 months at Walmart Wasco Ca. I will try a Bakersfield Ca. Walmart Auto Care Center in the future for warranty work what a pain I live in Wasco Ca.

I was told they will put my car in front of the other ones because I order the day before and I recieved a text message I call to let them know I was coming but, no the wait it was ridiculous 3hrs to put 2 tires .no recommendation

It's not a pleasant experience going here. You got a guy buying groceries in front of you while you wait for the same cashier to see if they'll patch a tire. I rather stick with the specialty shops

Good prices but American tire depot beats all of their prices just call and ask American tire depot for quotes
