These guys offer nothing but A+ work and service. Took in my truck due to some fire damage and they left it like nothing ever happened. They constantly communicated with me through out the whole process giving me constant updates of how things were going. Not like other shops that you don t hear from them in weeks. Highly recommend this place or any automotive repairs.

I have an amazing experience. The team gave me great customer service. They did the job in a couple of days and the results were excellent. They gave me a great price, which was significantly lower than the other auto body repair shop places I went to. The job turned out excellent and I was happy to have sought their services. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for quality work.

These guys are awesome and did an amazing job on my truck had a small dent and deep scratch on my front fender and they did an amazing job like it never happened. Will definitely go back again. Was a run around from the insurance but my boi got it all taken care of for my mom and me and the work has already fallen apart on one side and the motor that they replaced mine with is having issues ran good for 1000 miles and then started knocking they had no way of know the conditions of a used motor. But was hoping it lasted a longer than I did they did there best for the situationServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in to get a bumper fixed. The repair job itself was okay, but what upset me was the inspection I made after my car was returned to me. I washed my car prior to handing it off to the shop and it was returned very dirty. There was water and mud stains all over my tires and I can t get them off even if I wash them. The part that is used to buckle the seatbelt was broken by the staff and it s hard to buckle the seatbelt. Furthermore, a lot of my car settings were messed up once my car was returned: radio, steering wheel, car lights. If the only thing that needed to be repaired was a bumper, why were my lights and radio turned off and why was the steering wheel lowered? This just makes me believe someone drove my car far away from the shop. Maybe someone took it home and this is why all of my car settings were messed around with. Also, make sure to pay with a card or with the exact amount in cash cause he will not give you change. This is why I give this place 2 stars. I expected to get my car the same way I gave it to them.

Wow! Was my first word when I seen the transformation of my truck when I went to pick it up:) They do a great job and can work with your budget . I wish there was a Ten Star cause they deserve it

So very grateful for the incredibly kind folks at Express Collision! This place saved us while we were driving on the 5 and hit something- this was our saving grace in a pinch. Excellent service, extremely fast, no wait time. Thank you Johnny and the team!!

Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me in a time of need. I had no choice but to run over a truck tire on the freeway due to being stuck between traffic and it messed up the undercarriage liner. I arrived when the shop was closing and the owner and his business partner Vic helped me out. I know it takes heart to stop to help a stranger nowadays. �Mil gracias!

Can t thank Johnny and his team enough. We hit something on the 5 while traveling to visit family and Johnny was able to see us right away to assess and fix the damage to my car s underside. He and his team had us back on the road in 5 minutes!!! A true lifesaver. I wish I had someone like him as my local mechanic.

Service was straight forward. Had an idea of the cost upfront. They found extra damage during disassembly. I was informed right away. I was told 3 weeks. I let them know I needed my car back quick. They got it back to me in a week and a half looking brand new.

I had to come back 4 different times because of various issues with every time I brought it to them. After the fourth time I finally gave up. Extremely expensive and not worth it. I came here on word of mouth but I won t ever recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service. The staff does not serve well. I prefer to take my car to Bakersfield.Mal servicio. El personal no atiende bien. Prefiero llevar mi carro a Bakersfield.
