Yo Josh! I told u I would review your place man here u go!Josh(the manager I believe)helped me out big time. I was on my way to Texas with my family moving and my brake lights went out. Stopped in and Josh helped his customers quickly and got to me quickly. I got the wrong bulb came back on to get another and he quickly helped me resolve the issue and got me and my family back on the road within 10 mins. Thanks Josh keep up the good work!

A gent named Joshua Esquibel helped me out today. He went above & beyond when compared to other attendants. I went in for a car battery replacement. Not only did he install it for me, but when said new battery turned out to be a dud he wasn t about to shy away from making sure he took care of the problem that arose. He ran tests & determined the issue & found me another battery that would suit my needs immediately. Throughout his work he continued to explain what was going on informatively & with a friendly professional demeanor that made me feel I was in capable hands. After installing it for me a second & final time he double checked things were as they should be before leaving me. For this reason I will be a repeat customer & will recommend this store specifically in the future. Thank you, again, Joshua!

Jose is an impeccable worker. He is very knowledgeable of the material his work requires. Went in and needed help getting a battery and parts for my truck and Brenda Acosta was such a big help! I typically get left alone when I come in but she was helping me figure out what was wrong with my truck and told me exactly what I needed!!!

We visited the AutoZone on HWY 46 when our battery died on our way out of town. Leo J, the store manager, helped us get set up with a new battery and even installed it himself. He was very friendly and efficient and helped us get back on the road quickly!

On 7-28-20 I called to verify part availability. Leo the manager answered and provided me with quick service. He told me to hold a minute which I did, I didn t know he was going to grab the part. I told him I d be on my way to pick it and make sure it was already at front counter. He said it s already here just give associate your telephone number. His excellent service in preparing everything before I even asked is customer service that keeps me coming back. Also I had a part under warranty and he looked up to verify and exchanged hassle free. I will be coming back when they have my parts that I need at this store.

First off cleanest Autozone I have been into. I had went into the store for windshield wipers and wasn't sure how to install to them. Angelica was such a huge help and nice as well!

Just wanted to do a shout out for AutoZone in Wasco California. Preston help me check to see if my alternator was bad and he did such a professional job and I was just very happy with the service try to give him a tip and he would not take it said he would rather me give them good review and I just want to say what an amazing Experience I had there.

The staff is extremely friendly.My rented car had some battery issues, Executive named 'Leo' helped me with free checkup and diagnosed that it was issue with alternator. Showed me how it works on computer, and showed it to me in my car. He advised me how to get it fixed.This was my first ever visit to an AutoZone, and they won my heart with their service & helping nature.

Went to buy a radiator and was told it will be arriving the same day at 7:30pm. I go to pick it up to be told that the item did not make it, and will be arriving at 10am the next day. So I go back the next morning to be told that the item had not arrived and that it had to be paid before ordering but yet even though there own employee the day before told me that I can pay for it once It had arrived. They literally throw each others problems to one another. Very disappointing. What a waste of TIME. Will not recommend... O'Rielly's here I come.

Placed an order with them for a part I needed. They didn t have it so they ordered it and told me it would arrive in store in two days. Two times i went in and it was cancelled mysteriously both times. Finally, just decided to ask for my money back and went to oreilleys instead.

I'm not from the area and went in here after a dismal experience at NAPA. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I've been in there both yesterday and today and had a great experience both times!
