Scuffed my expensive rims!I had an appointment at 4:15 PM to replace 4 tires and I end up leaving around 6:30 PM. As I m walking towards my car, I notice scuffs around 3 of my wheels that were not there prior. The techs were banging them with hammers to remove the wheel and I could hear all of the commotion from inside the shop. Manager Eduardo promised to make it right and have my wheels replaced which I appreciated and told me to return the next day. I arrive the next day and another manager overrides his decision and only offers me a small discount instead of replacing wheels. I had to go back and forth to at least get a discount that would cover the repair for the wheels. It sucks because I trusted this shop and drove 30 miles because I wanted to give them my business only for it to come back and bite me. If you have a nice set of wheels avoid this place like the plague!Below is a photo of my wheels before and after the shop got done with them. Zoom in and take a look.

Extraordinary service! We had a flat tire while on a road trip, traveling on I-5. We spoke to the manager of American Tire regarding the size tire we needed. He had it in stock, and offered to keep the store open past closing time so we could get a new tire today. We arrived 15 minutes past closing time, and he and his crew were waiting on us. Friendly, professional and fast service!

Kudos to Lucio and Edgar! Needed an oil change on my Hotshot truck and these two got me in immediately and I was able to get back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks gentlemen!

I was really happy I came here to check on a tire flat I had they went above and beyond with doing a good service if anyone is in need of any tires service I really recommend you going here very professional and fast. God bless them with alot of work!

Called in to get new tires ordered for a trip and Eddie was able to order them and get them with In a few hrs! Came in and was helped by Ricky great customer service Wasco location for American tire depot is by far the best in kern county

Needed an oil change in our RV on our trip. They handled it very well and all the workers were very polite and seemed to enjoy their work!We ll probably stop again on our return trip from Tucson.

We purchased a set of tires here a while ago. Thought I had gotten something in my tire causing it to go flat. Took it in today. Turns out I had bent my rear rim by hitting a pot hole. The guys there fixed my rim and had me back on the road in no time with no charge. Great service I highly recommend them .

I would not recommend the tire store located in wasco. It was the worst experience I ve had at a tire shop. I went early in the morning to get an alignment and a flat tire repair. They had told me that it would take 2 hours. I specifically told them that the back Right Rear tire had a nail that needed to be fixed. After my wife picked it up 5 hours later she noticed the tire still had a nail. I had to take it back a second time to have the tire fixed. Little did I know that they offer free tire repair only to get you to come in and once there they try to till you that your tires need to be replaced and can not be patched. Yet the tire that was flat was 2 months old. This is no way to run a business!

We came here 2 min before closing time and Ruben and Lucio we happy to help last min. They did a good job and were very nice and professional. We recommend and will come back in the future!

Arrived just before closing time on a Friday night, and they didn t hesitate to go above and beyond. Stayed 45 minutes to wrestle a 4 tire dismount/mount and balance. Awesome service!

This was my first time at this shop. I needed an oil change and a filter change for my car and they offered quite a few deals and discount. I was willing to pay anything for my car done but the deals were great! Wait time was amazing and the staff was pretty nice. I was very well taken care of. Thank you

Quick service hardly had to wait and they solved my car issue quickly. Prices are still a bit to high even for a good quality car battery , but you get what you pay for. Thank you again American Tire Depot in Wasco, Ca.

Went in with a flat tire prepared for the worst. Tech came back and said it was the valve stem. No charge. Couldn't be happier. In and out in 20 minutes. Excellent shop. Highly recommend. Chris H.

The staff was great! They were friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and concerns. Service was fast! I was expecting to wait for a longer period. Overall great experience! Will defentily be back when for my next oil change.

Brought in my car because of a flat tire. They worked diligently and patched up my tire quickly. Lucio in the front did an amazing job of communicating with me, and letting me know what needed to be done for my car. Everytime I come here he is always very friendly and exceeds expectations.

Had a great experience! I went in because my tire had low pressure and right away Edgar informed me that my tire had a nail in it. He told me he could squeeze me in before they close. They had me in and out in no time! They were also very communicated with everything.

Getting a flat tire far away from home is the worst setback on a road trip. Lucio and Edgar took care of me and my car faster than I ve ever had a car serviced in my life. They were so hospitable and friendly and have amazing prices :) you can t go wrong here!

Fast and friendly. Very courteous, and ready to inform on the concerns of cost, and repair.I went to see my guy Lucio, again, for rear brakes On 5/20/23, had me in n out in no time, always communicated with me on the status of the job, Nice to have found the &50 Discount on line, for the job.
