Mercedes ML 350 service needed and i found this location online. I was done with Mercedes dealership HIGH prices...Had a great experience working with service advisor David Ly andmaster mechanic Miguel. Both are very professional. I highly recommend this location and their prices are fair.Happy customer!Alex Cruz

I'd rather come here then Mercedes of west Covina any day. They work with any price and guarantee dealer parts. If you want an honest mechanic these are your guys.

This is the BEST place to get your car fixed, honest people with honest pricing, Hank and all the people that works there are great and provide #1 services to all customers, they have always help me to get me back on the road quick! I have always have them to service all my cars for the past 10+ years, keep up the great work Hank!

The worst auto repair shop I have ever been to in my 39 years of life. They are so rude disrespectful and prejudice. And all i needed was to rotate my rims and tires, and I got a handful of comments and they even threaten to call the police, for what?? For asking how much it would cost to do my tire rotation. Dats crazy never go to this shop it's not even worth the negative vibes. Better off going to another shop cause those kinda of vibes get stuck to your persona along with anyone around you. Yeah so DON'T go their.

Amazing place with a knowledgeable staff that won't try to rip you off and just take your money. I haul freight all over the states and was way overdue for my 40k. I just moved to Arizona and on my way to la noticed the car want running right. When I got to LA in the morning I googled repair and they came up. I stopped and was expecting to need an appointment or come back later. They took me in the spot even though they had every bay full of cars. Did my service for such a low price that I quickly paid and left before they could change their mind and charge me more. And did the snake stuff Mercedes does. Except Mercedes wanted 1600 for the 40k maintenance. I would highly recomend this place if you're driving one of the nicer car brands. And I could tell they're well sought after because every 10 minutes a new nice car would drive up wanting service. They got me on my way quick and cheap. Off to Chicago now.

amazing people, amazing service ~ took my lexus in cuz it died otw 2 vegas & i had it towed back, which WIHA SILVERSTAR checked out & informed me my car should still b under warranty ~ other places might not b as honest fast 4ward couple months later, i brought my car over 2 them again 4 a 30K mile service & was also happy 2 learn they washed my car Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Vehicle maintenance, Oil change

Do not recommend this place as they gave me false information. Went there this afternoon as I had a nail in my tire. The gentleman ask what he could do for me, I replied that I had a nail in my tire and I need a patch. He asked where is the nail. I said it was left to the center. He looked at the tire and said no I cannot do it as the nail was on the edge. No way was the nail on the edge. So I said forget, I then took it to my normal mechanic and he look at the tire and said yeah that is an easy fix.He could had easily turned me away and said he was too busy, but to lie to me and say that they couldn't patch the tire was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and believe they were too lazy to work with me.

Long story short. It was our first time at this Automotive shop. An employee name David tried to tell us that we need to replace our car's Rack & Pinion for $1250 because that was the reason why our car is drifting toward the left. We didn't accept the offer and went to another shop that we been doing business with for over 10 years and they found out that it was our car's tires that was the problem; not the Rack & Pinion. If you're going to do business here then be careful for they may try to make you pay for something that is not needed at all.

My car had a problem can not start after drove for two hours I have to jump start every time I thought the problem is alternator not working probably I went to this shop Melody and William checked , it s not a alternator or battery but battery wire connector loosen and they charge $0 I saved $600 they are very honest/

Not the best attitude. Car had a weird rattling sound after oil change and when we went back it was because a water pump had broken. Right after the oil change? (Coincidence? I don't think so)
