Purchased my 2021 Nissan Titan head unit and works perfectly so far.. Not a lot of market for a good quality head unit and services from Phoenix Automotive.. Coraima was very helpful in going over all the functions of my new unit.. would highly recommend Phoenix Automotive for your Nissan Titan head units.thank you!!

Great radio !!! 2012 silverado lt crew cab !! I had no issues with the installation, and all went just as promised. It works well no lagging, BUT... I wouldn't try to have high memory apps running in the back ground, it then may get laggy. I worked for a sound shop in Los Angeles, so I'm used to high end head units, but I'd purchase this unit again. It's already my 2nd unit. 1st was 2004 honda accord sadan. Excellent !!!!

Spent 300 having a radio installed after twirling 7 hours one way for a specialist to Do install. They tell me a connector is missing and it will be another 300 to finish the job or put the old radio back in. Contacted customer service they informed me they shipped my radio out intentionally without the connector because they didn't have it in stock, and they had intended on sending it at a later date. This was never communicated to me it was found out after hours on the phone with tech support. If I had known I would have waited to have it installed or I would have canceled the order that already took over a month to ship. It has now cost me more money then I spent on their radio to have it installed and Uninstalled just to get my car driveable again. Have a permanent air bag srs light now that I have to take to the dealer to get sorted out. Would not recommend wasting your money. They have a store front in California everything is made and all tech support is in China. They can't over night anything because it all comes from China. Tech support speaks poor broken English and is very hard to understand.

Unit fits perfectly. Instructions leave much to be desired. Support via Google Meet is the only way to resolve a problem. Don t waste time emailing.

Would leave this company a "0" if possible. Purchase a screen for my Lexus. After several attempts to install by a professional, the unit never worked. Each time I received different instructions on how to install. It was as if they had no idea how to get the unit to work so they kept guessing. Of course after all the attempts (and $400 to my professional installer) the unit never worked and the return date had passed. Now they want a restocking fee. Do yourself a favor, move on and don't purchase from this company.

Great radio I really love it comparing to the 6 inch factory that came with my truck. CarPlay issues was causing some annoyances but one they send me the update file, everything was good after that. Love the fact that I have streaming abilities that was a plus for me. There s one issue that Phoenix need to work on .the display is not so great during the daytime. Screen visibility needs some improvement. Maybe there s a way to fix that but I haven t found it yet because I m still trying to navigate my way around this unit since it doesn t come with a manual c mon Phoenix get the ball rolling with manuals. Tech support is awesome when it comes to getting help I m very pleased with that. Thank you Shereena! Overall I think it s a great unit love the big 13 display that allows me to see things much better and clearer now. I really love the esthetics of it. Money well spent .I definitely recommend

I tried for several days to resolve a no sound condition with no luck. I called support and Anne talked me through the solution and I had sound in less than 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable and she is professional in the way she treats callers.

I recently ordered a new phoenix tablet style radio from Phoenix automotive I had some hesitation with the order due to previous reviews regarding tech support or lack there of. I installed the unit in my vehicle and unfortunately had an issue with my installation of equipment and the unit not working properly I called tech support and they scheduled an appointment for me to get in contact with tech support I had a video chat with a technician by the name of Jin he called at the specified time and walked through the installation with me and found a part of the wiring harness not plugged in properly he instructed me to plug it in and asked my to cycle through to ensure unit was working as intended. I am very pleased to say they were very responsive and informative as well as helpful I would definitely recommend purchasing their products. The only downfall or negative thing to say is I wish the unit came with installation instructions. Thank you

Ordered a unit in the begining of December and was told it was being made in China than all of a sudden it came to their warehouse a week later and of course they didn't have the right unit i ordered so I agreed to get a open box unit and they told me it would work with my truck that they will bench test it before shipping it and when I get it first thing the heat was on and will not change temp or fan speed or even let me turn the heat or AC on my seats got the tech support to call me and went back and forth with taking the unit in and out of the truck for 3hrs just to be told I have to push software to their unit for it to work and that they are done helping me out with the install. Than I asked about my refund for the new unit to open box unit and it's been 2 weeks and nothing yet so I am sending it back and getting a full refund and going to a different company. Better to spend more money some times than it is to save some.

Buyer beware. I purchased a unit for my Yukon to install. I noticed that the installation manual link on the website didn't work. When I contacted Customer Service, they mentioned that they don't have an installation manual for my vehicle - 2017 GMC Yukon. No documents, wiring drawings, nothing.The package arrived within about a week. The box looked pretty rough and looked like it had been used multiple times. Lots of tape that had been cut open and retaped on the outside of the box, and cut open, retaped, etc.I opened the box to find the unit damaged, the knob broken, and the corner of the unit poking thru the side of the box. The box used for shipping was too small for the actual unit so it couldn't lay flat and was at an angle so the corner was forced into the side of the box. There wasn't much plastic wrapping and more than half of the bubbles popped on the wrapping so there wasn't much protection for the unit.I contacted customer service with lots of pictures of the damaged unit but they wanted me to file a shipping claim. The issue wasn't a shipping issue, it wasn't packaged correctly which led to the damage. I had to go back and forth with them to return the unit. Once it was returned, they told me that it was damaged and only gave a partial refund. Of course, it was damaged, this is why I want to return it.I keep going back and forth with them to get a full refund and am still fighting with them.I would stay away from this company.I think they are sending out broken units hoping that shipping insurance will take care of it.

Purchased an android unit for my land cruiser, and had some issues with the initial set up but their tech-support was great in following up and helping me resolve most of my issues. Really appreciated the ability to speak to someone and the quick response time.I do wish the Android units came with actual instructions, though. It would make it much easier to work through the settings instead of trial and error.

I purchased this item without my wife's knowledge, as she might not allow me. But, by the time she sees it, she was shocked and amazed. Which means, I did the right purchased, lolAnd the customer service/technical support was very knowledgeable during the video chat, that he able to solved the problem right away.The only downside, was that... couple of stuff was not included in the package compared to the video they provide. First, I did not received the extra USB bracket beside the cigarette port, so that port was empty now. I also did not received the safety hazard bracket, which I really really need it, so what I did, I just used the old one from stock while putting a double sided tape on it (not recommended) as it was not the right one, different size, no holes for screws or whatsoever.. Last thing, there's no manual as a reference. Referring the video was not enough... But, overall!! I am super happy with the item and highly recommend.

I ordered this multimedia Ford Explorer Police Interceptor 2017 on 12/10/2022 to Ukraine. Delivery was carried out through Europe and took a very long time. But all this time the store managers were in touch. When installation began, problems arose with the climate control. Technical support was always in touch and made efforts to fix the problem. At the moment everything is installed and working. I was pleased with the technical support.

Got this head unit for my 2015 Chevy Colorado had a few technical difficult after installation but Phoenix and Ms.Corina team was extremely helpful and resolving the issues. I would highly recommend this product make a huge different appearance inside my truck.

I bought a radio from these guys and i received it about 3 weeks later. came in cracked screen. well luckily i had insurance i got reimbursed.i was told to keep the radio so i called phoenix and asked if i could buy a screen replacement. I ordered one in for 160dollars an paid 15 dollars extra for expedited shipping. this was on feb 2nd.. its now feb 16th item was not sent out. no call backs. I called in and asked what was going on. I was then told that I wasn't priority because they have to prioritize there customers as if he was saying I wasn't one. He then said I'll receive the item when they have a spare. No eta. was pretty much told I'm not important because i wont pay them to fix it. I was never told this when i initially called in. I was told 3-5 days shipping it will be shipped immediately. I was also blocked from calling the store because he didn't like my questions.... Horrible customer service an its a waiting game when your receive item. Also they haven't refunded me the money for screen. I sent in a request. I wil update this if they do.

Ok, I gotta say after seeing the mix reviews on these units, I was sort of skeptical on my purchase. Especially since it took over a month to get here. But I did finally receive it, and got it installed. Installation was fairly simple, mostly plug and play. Doesn't fit like original but with minor mods it worked out. Now, I did have trouble figuring things out on it, could not get sound, no camera, no radio, pretty much nothing worked on it like it should of. All it did was turn on. I had watched videos and figured out some of my problems. But still had issue. After a couple of the scheduled sessions with the techs and 2 weeks of playing with it, this thing works great. It's a little finicky at times just like any other electronic but all in all it works great. I was going to the ios6 conversion but at a fraction of the price this ended up being a way better option. So I guess for those who are thinking about purchasing one of these and are not, like me, techie, just be patient and set up an appointment with the techs and they will get you going.

What a rip off they send you an incomplete radio missing pieces on purpose because it doesn't work properly. By the time they send you the right connector after sending the wrong one multiple times over a course of months, you're out of the return period. So your stuck with an incomplete broken radio that you can't return. It takes so long for them to send things because it's intentional to void your warranty and also because they're really in China and it takes forever to ship it internationally.

Amazing products @ fair prices. Always available knowledge base and FAQ for quick help or a call back from tech support for deeper needs. Either way, help is always available and aftermarket products are top notch. Install was simplistic for connections behind dash/head unit and for what couldn't be resolved the support team helped me fix. Only videos and written instructions could have been more current with sold units. Thanks team!For reference: I purchased 12.1 vertical Android 12 head unit for my 3rd Gen Tacoma and a 360 birds eye camera system to interface with the head unit.

I came by since I had a troubleshooting appointment. I first thought that the unit was giving me some issues with the apps, but all it was was just my lack of knowledge. Coraima kindly helped and guided me through everything. She is very nice and patient. I am very happy with my screen and I am overall happy with the customer service Phoenix Automotive offers. I highly recommend its products.

By far the WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a radio 24 days ago, and have yet to even receive a shipping confirmation. I've emailed them several times and get to run around. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend doing business with these degenerates.

We been trying to get Phoenix Automotive do to the right thing. They sent us a defective product in July. there has been very long delays on their part to respond to this issue. We finally received a label and the package has been returned ONLY to find out they want to charge us a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 1) How can you suggest that you are going to restock a defective item and 2) how unethical is this company to penalize their customers for a defective product!!! where are you ethics.Additionally, we have long closed our account and they now refuse to issue a check - their response to our informing them of that was for us to call the BANK.... this is the response: Hi X Owens,Sorry, the refund will only back to the card that you placed the order, you can contact your bank for more details.Thank you.Ruby.

my radio had issues that were intermittent and like all intermittent issues a horrible situation. To start the installation is simple and easy the features or great and the customers service and tech support is awesome it took less then 5 mins for the tech to solve my issue with the calibration that my son reprogrammed I love this company and would refer anyine to them

I had a great time coming here, install was easy and smooth and best of all affordable. I met with Coraima who was absolutely amazing, a true professional. This company should promote her or at the very least give her a raise. She took the time to go over all my questions and walk me through using my new system. The screen looks so much better now. I was very please with their professionalism from day 1. I made multiple calls to their customer service with a lot of questions, before buying the 10.4 vertical screen for my 2010 Cadillac CTS. Glenn took the time to explain everything. Once the unit was received within 2-3 weeks, I scheduled my local installation. Corayma was very helpful setting up my appointment and assisting me with all my questions. After the unit was installed, Chris took the time to show me the basics on how to work my beautiful 10.4 screen unit. Even after a few days, when I reached back to their office, they were very professional and helpful by sending me a few links to figure a few features I wasn't very familiar with. Overall, I would definitely recommend Phoenix Automotive to all my family members and friends. Thank you again for all your help guys!!!!!!!
