Great customer service! Came to get a new set of tires after noticing damage to my front tire and Anaik was great when explaining different types of tires and the reason why my front tire was damaged. I got an alignment as well. Overall it was a terrific experience getting tires as this was my first rodeo and had no clue where to begin. I would recommend this place and will come back in the future for any additional services.

I've visited Firestone once before.On this current visit I had a full checkup on the car. I saw that the manager at the counter and the young associate were working very hard on it for a couple of hours as I waited for my family member to pick me up. They were very speedy and thorough with my car. The manager was very kind and communicative.Overall I feel like I trust Firestone more than my auto dealer because of these experiences and will come back for more check ups!

Danny and Anna were communicative and friendly every step of the way. I appreciated the honesty when Anna said they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle and would need to keep it overnight. Danny was also very understanding when not all tires were shipped together and graciously held some on sight until the remaining tires arrived.

Great value and service. I came in for a set of tires. I was not pressured to buy any additional service or products I didn t need. They did offer the Firestone credit card but I declined to apply. Overall great experience. I would recommend this place and will come back in the future for additional services.

Anaik Martinez, the store manager was the best, very professional, excellent service, a humble and courteous person. Took care of replacing my 4 tires, and alignment, and checking the brake sensor of all the tires and also oil and filter changed, of my mini cooper. I'm very happy with the service and I highly recommend this Firestone complete auto care in Nogales avenue in Walnut.

My car suddenly could not start on new year eve. It was towed by AAA, and they informed me Firestone was open, while most of the garages were closed. I never had car repaired at Firestone thinking it is only for tires. It came out fine, and I got back my car running next day after new year day. My car had the starter and intake boot replace. I was informed of the progress even on new year day. I am very happy with the services, including the receptions.

Service advisor Anaik was friendly and extremely helpful. Typically service advisors are not the friendliest or courteous, but even with the line of customers forming at the opening of the store on a Saturday AM, she greeted each customer with a friendly smile, treated everyone with respect and courtesy, and had a very pleasant experience.

I am so upset that after I rejected the recommendation of air filter change, they put my air filter upside down in my car, all the dust was settled in my filter was blowed in to my car. I got irritated and cough a lot. Please check your air filters after your service in this store. It is not fun at all.

A friend of many years takes her car there for all her routine services. They complete the work in a timely manner and return the vehicle as originally promised. The manager runs a well organized shop.

I had been doing my car maintenance for a few years with Firestone and I trusted them until last time. I did oil change, tire rotation and complete vehicle inspection. TWO days after the maintenance, when I was driving with my kid in the car, the engine light was on and a few minutes later, my car engine stopped working and my car stopped in the middle of the road! I was lucky I was not driving on the freeway and there were no cars behind me, otherwise I would definitely get into a car crash! I called Firestone and the guy who answered my call said you just did oil change. I said no, I did complete vehicle inspection! He said, well, your car was okay when they checked your car. What a joke! The maintenance here is not a lifesaver but a lifetaker!

Brought my 4runner in last summer for an alignment and oil change. Since then, when I apply my brakes, my steering wheel shakes and my driver's side suspension bounces like crazy. I work graveyard so making it back in has been an issue, but now I've noticed I've had a small oil leak for a bit. Maybe the leak is unrelated, but this is the last place I would take it to get it checked out.

I purchased lifetime warranty alignment here for my Jeep Wrangler. Alignment was shaking at 35mph. I made an appointment to return it but forgot about the appointment. After several months it did it again but this time more violently while I was at 50mph. So I finally made an appointment but they wouldn't do the alignment. They said it is a suspension problem and the steering hose were leaking and contaminate the steering arm. I wouldn't recommend you getting any lifetime warranty from this place.

It is very disappointing for the first time trying to change the break pads at Firestone at walnut location. Danny and Annik are both no honesty. The appointment is at 8:30am and I waited more than a hour and told me technician will be at 9:30. And also I told them just change the pads but they told me to change rotor and pads otherwise they will not do the work. No honest to customer at all.

Up sale a nail in a tier with road hazard warranty. To a new prorated tier when the warranty covers a flat repair at no cost to the consumer.

I greatly enjoyed the customer service, and honestly were it a retail business it'd be a five star rating just based on how awesome the guys in the front were. (Especially Richard, thank you for all the follow through and that drive to El Monte for a part).So the reason this is a four star review is as follows: I brought in my small SUV knowing I was going to need rear brakes and rotars. Being good mechanics they did their own inspection, which I respect and also recommended a brake fluid flush. Danny on the front desl was extremly helpful and talked me around to that last part.Just after closing they finished with my SUV and gave me back the keys. As soon as I got in the brake light came back on. (Problem) I told them, they test drove it and said it didn't turn on during the drive but to bring it back if it happened again. Next morning, on the way to work, brake light comes on again then turns off after a while. Toward the late afternoon (by then I had called and been told to return Saturday) the light was now on solid.Saturday afternoon, I come in. Richard checked me in, and I asked if he could get them to replace some missing lug nuts for me (with ones I purchased and brought) while they figured out the light. They found that a floating sensor near the master cylinder was the problem, it appeared to be gunked up which should have been noted in the flush. They cleaned it but it turned out to be a bit too late, the sensor was no longer working. Also the guy who put my lug nuts on hand tightened them and had to be prompted by another staff member to go use a wrench. (Come on random shop guy, I could have thrown them on by hand!)So, had to do visit number three on Monday. They replaced the part, no cost since it was missed in the first appointment.So, the initial miss of that sensor and the hand tightened lug nuts worry me about some mechanics. . . But the customer service, the guarantee, the friendly atmospher, the clean waiting area all make me honestly not mind the three visits. The customer service folkes made me truly feel they were there for me.So yes, four stars though I really hope the hand tightened lug nuts thing was a new hire. Really hope so.

Poor and disorganized customer service. They have low prioritization for appointments for lifetime wheel alignment. Appears that they're interested in getting payment for lifetime alignment, without regard to fulfilling appointments for future alignments.

Very disappointed with my experience today here at Firestone. Drove in with a flat tire, was trying to get it fixed. Was asked if I had an appointment. Really an Appointment?? Like I could have anticipated this "flat". I was then told I could get it fixed but I would have to leave my car there for the whole day . The whole day to fix a flat?? Needless to say but I went down the street to another tire place. Tire was fixed within 15 min. Firestone I'm done with you... this is not the 1st time I've had issues with this Firestone service. But I can honestly say today was the last time. So for this I only give 1 star. At least the gentleman at the desk was nice when he spoke to me.

Had them mount and balance 33" tires. Balance came out good, no complaints. Charged ~$65 which was a great price, less than what they quoted me on phone. They lost one star for the large greasy foot print on my floor mat.

I had some issues with an alignment that wasn't done to my liking and my wheel had some grinding after. I took it back and JR took it for a test drive, aligned it properly, topped me off with power steering fluid and they made me aware of a leak. The car runs quiet and is aligned perfectly.

My sister's car went to this Firestone to maintained, but the battery was died, and the car was not available to turn on after few weeks. I knew the battery died that was not their problem, but they will not let you know if it is low. Another case, my sister also changed an air conditioning regulator at last year, but it only worked a few month. Now, it keeps making noise. Dealership checked it, and find out there is one small piece gear broken. Dealership said if it still in warranty, send it back to the Firestone to repair. But the sound was not always come out, the Firestone said no sound no repairing. Even, tell whatever the dealership to the firestone employee. They still said so.Once my car and his to this firestone to change oil. They leave a little oil came out on my and my father's engine. For my car, it just made messy. My father's car came out white smoke after he drive a few days after. He send it back to the firestone, and the store said we have to changed so many components and this will cost us couple thousand. My friend helps me to take a look, and find out that was because of the oil drop on belt and belt heat up the oil to make the smoking.

Ever since I ve been going there I ve had more car problems than before. I thought it was total car care. They only take care when it breaks down where is there preventive maintenance. There not checking your car even when you tell them something is wrong with or tire . My spindle broke even when I had been in there 3 weeks earlier to get an alignment because my tire getting worn on the outside edge. Their inspection is pathetic.

Service of lifetime alignment, oil change, brake inspection, rotation of tires. With appointment made a week ago I was told it would take from 2 to 5:30 or 6. Didnt know I needed to leave car and I refused the work said to do only oil change. But they ended up doing everything with an attitude. Wont go back again.
